I need to go from Venice to Anacona. I don't need to book a seat to Bologna.  But on some I need to book from Bologna to Anacona.  Do i  just activate my pass for the day ? Thanks Maryann 😊

I'm trying to book a night train from Zürich to Amsterdam, but it seems to be impossible. I am able to find a train called 'Nightjet 402', but  when I try to get tickets to it using ÖBB app, it just says 'ticket not available'. I have tried many other apps and websites, too. And I have tried many different dates. Do I have to get tickets to that train at the train station? Or is there some way to book those in advance (seat reservations or tickets)?   (I have interrail global pass)

I bought 2 eurorail passes for myself both of them are 7 days travel i have used the first one and now I'm trying to add the second one to book a trip but can't find it anywhere and couldn't find any help on the website please let me know somebody

I bought a second class pass for a trip. Now I want to book a sleeper train (coupe with 6 beds) from Utrecht to Neurenberg. Only that option disappears every time. I can only choose second class seats. Do I need a first class pass for sleeper coupe? And if this is true can I also book second class seats with a first class pass or are you required to make first class reservations only?Thank you in advance.

Hi All we are wanting to change our Paris Nord - Bruxelles train to Paris Gare Lyon - Bruxelles. Can anyone recommend how I do this?? regards Lorraine

Hi there, first time with Interrail, ambitiously traveling Rome-Amsterdam with two kids! I got a bit put off by the reservation costs as shown on the Interrail planner app...adding another 70€ish to the trip...wow! I guess with ÖBB it's cheaper, but they don't show the same trains (ok, I guess, I can add them 'manually' to the app) and the Trenitalia parts are not bookable? Are they sold out? How do I do this best? Thanks!

How long does it take to get a refund

Hi,Have ticket from Budapest to Zagreb arriving in at 22:00 but was not able to reserved seat for the 22:30 Zagreb to split overnight train via Interrail site as said no seats. Leaving in 2 days. How can I book this overnight train using my pass instead of staying over and getting the 7am train instead.

From my previous research, IC201 doesn’t require reservations for eurail users  However, my eurail app now says reservation is needed.  I want to cut the cost of reserving through eurail, and directly do it with the train company.  I saw on another community post that this can be done through db or obb website. However, both says reservations not available.  Any other way for me to make a reservation?

Morning! I read about the DB and the train union’s negotiations breaking down last week (22nd/23rd June) and there now being a ballot to strike. If it goes ahead I believe the strike would happen over the summer. Does anyone have experience with how long the timings of these things take. ie it’s been said that it takes around 4-5 weeks to get the result of the vote and then from there, if they do vote to strike, how much notice do they usually give before they go on strike? We’re be travelling through/in Germany on 24th July, 28th July and 1st August.OBB night jet Brussels to Vienna 24th JulyVienna to Diessen 28th JulyDiessen to Dijon 1st Aug Thanks in advance for any insight.

I’m trying to find tickets for sleeper train to Prague from Karlsruhe or some place near that. And I can’t quite find any available tickets for sleeper cabins, there’s only tickets for couchettes. Is this because all the tickets are sold out or there’s possibility for me to find tickets few days later? Thx

Hello. I would like to book seat reservations at an international train from Krakow to Budapest. The website says that we can only get the tickets delivered by post, and not by e-mail. It that right? and do we have to buy the tickets at the station in krakow? Best regards

Hey guys, just trying to plan my trip at the moment and trying to look at getting from Gibraltar or Seville to Faro. When I enter it in the app it’s giving me a crazy route back up Spain, into Lisbon and down to Faro taking over 24hrs. I’ve seen that in like other intineries that people have done it. Would any of you have some guidance on this please ?

Hi everyone,I’m planning to travel from Istanbul to Sofia this summer by the Sofia-Istanbul Express overnight train. The train should be departing from Istanbul Halkali station at 8pm on the 29th of August and arrive at Sofia at 9.37 am the next day. However, when I try adding this trip to the rail planner app, I can only find a train with a connection in Plovdiv (in Bulgaria) between 5.41am and 6.35am on the 30th of August. Therefore I should have to use two travel days to make this trip. I’ve read on the seat61 website that this train is supposed to be direct between the two cities and therefore only cost a travel day. Has anyone done this trip recently and know how I can manage to book it on the rail planner app? Thanks in advance, Arthur

I am following the instructions to deactivate my pass however it says to click on the three dots then click deactivate. I am not been given this choice instead it says transfer to another device. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

This is my first time traveling internationally. When I first started using the eurail app I used trains that didn’t require reserving seats so I didn’t realize that I had to book seats separately from the app.  My issue now is that I’ve just been told that I do have to reserve a seat. I’m trying to travel from Paris to Barcelona on June 30 and I can’t find any available trains. Does anyone have any advice on how I could find tickets to get there or any alternative routes? I’m traveling with a friend so I would need two tickets.Any advice would be really appreciated!Thank you

I was trying to book a train reservation, i’ve understood that the App timetable doesn’t match the Interrail site, because the App is updated only once a month.Due to this mismatch the train that i wanted to book is available on the site, but doesn’t exist on the App.I booked a mobile pass, how can i use the online pass as a ticket if the train the that i wanted to book is available only on the site and is unavailable on the app, how can i show my ticket?

Hello,I booked a reservation (for Eurostar, with a 4 days global pass) and received the electronic ticket by email.I don’t understand how it is linked to my pass. What I mean is: do I need an activated pass with a day ticket generated for this day as well, while using my reservation? Or, because of the reservation, a travelling day will be automatically subtracted from my pass?Thank you very muchJulien

Hi! I purchased a "4 travel days in a month" ticket, but my issue is that I planned to be too far from my home country on the last day, so my doubt is:Can I use my last travel day to take a train to reach an airport to go to my country by plane? I mean: is it mandatory that the last travelday should always include a train to the country where I live? Hope my question was enough clear, Thank you!

Hi!I live in Germany. Does traveling from Aachen (Aix-la-chapelle) count as outbound travel? Regard, Jaesun

Hi! I’m planning to do a route in Scandinavia this summer and after doing Norway I wanted to go to northern Sweden and then Finland. I tried to create a route on the rail planner app which went from Bodoe to Kiruna to Rovaniemi, but I can’t find any train available. Maps at best gave me a bus route from Bodoe to Kiruna but nothing else to go to Rovaniemi. Does anyone know how I can get there with public transportation? Would I be forced to go back to Oslo and then through Stockolm in order to get to Kiruna by train? Finally would I be also forced to take the ferry at Stockholm in order to get to Finland and then take the train to Rovaniemi?  If anyone else has done this route or a similar one and has some input or someone whose from there could help me I would apreciate it very much. Thank you!

Hi, My friend and I would like to catch the train from Budapest to Amsterdam before we start our cruise. As the train ride is quite long is it possible to stop over in other countries?

Hi,I’m from France and planning to travel to Germany. I was wondering if I buy the one-country pass (Germany) Would it include my trip from France to Germany and from Germany to France?Thank you in advance!
