Hello, at 7th April I’m driving from Stockholm (Sweden) to Dortmund (My home in Germany). On the route that the Discover EU App gives me, there is a 1:44h ride with the bus 6001 from Slagelse to Odense (Both in Denmark).Via:Korsoer Nyborg LangeskovCan I take the bus with my 7 days Interrail ticket, that the EU gave me or is there a special bus ticket that I need? Thank you for your help. KInd regards Christian

I plan to use a travel day from Hallstatt to Innsbruck today. The first leg will be the replacement bus from Hallstatt to Ebensee on 17:01, but I can’t add it to my journey. What do I show to the bus driver to let them know I am using the Eurail pass. The only journey I can add is from Ebensee to Innsbruck. Regards,Danis Li

I am looking to make a trip in the summer, on my own (female, 41) and was wondering if this is itinerary is going to be too much as all my 'train-days' are quite long. Do any of you have experience with these trains and know if these will be comfortable, have catering,?Also, any tips on reservering seats in advance? According to the railplanner app I don't have to reserve for any of these trains. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I am unable to book the include BLS river cruise with my Eurail pass. The instructions says to put in the starting location as "Interlaken west (see)" and ending as "Thun (see)" but Interlaken west (see) is not in the Eurail application

Hello, I'm having trouble understanding how the pass works, the tutorials on the site don't end up helping me, I'm going to travel soon and I bought the Eurail Global Pass, and I'm afraid it won't work.I would like you to support me so that I can use it without problems.

What happens to my reservation when I miss my train because my previous one being delayed?

Hello,I want to travel from Paris to Germany. As it is a little complicated to book cross-country seat reservations I wanted to ask if you know which concequences it could have if you have no seat reservation between the last stop in France and the first stop in Germany. In fact I want to take the TGV from Paris to Frankfurt (and then continue on in Germany). I would book a reservation to Forbach (France) via travel.b-europe.com and a reservation from Saarbrücken (Germany) via Deutsche Bahn. So I would not have a reservation between Forbach and Saarbrücken (where the journey takes about 10 minutes). Do you know if this might have consequences / additional fees and if so, which?Thnaks for your answers,Simon

I noticed today when creating a daily ticket scan code that the train journeys to be made on that day were not being displayed below the scan code as has happened in the past. Is this a problem when the scan code is being checked at stations or on the train or is it purely the scan code the conductor is interested in?

I am having problems with the Interail App whilst trying to create a ticket.  The whirly Your Tickets are Loading is not stopping. Can anyone help?

Hey all,I'm planning a trip to Scotland from 19th until 30th of April this year. I will only buy an Interrail ticket if there are still reservations available for the Eurostar. I would be very grateful for anybody checking, if there are reservations available for the Eurostar on the 19th April to London (starting from Paris or Brussels) an back on the 30th of April.Thank you!

Hello, We bought a two month mobile pass, that must be activated before april 9th 2023. But our first travel day will be April 21th. We have activated the pass with the first trip on april the 21th, but we don’t see tickets (yet?). I guess it is better to deactivate again. Can we activate the pass just before april 9th without adding a trip and add the first trip the moment we actually start our journey on April the 21th? Thanks

I have this error when I doing seat reservation. But my friend can do the same booking without error!

I have a problem. I bought the 2-Months unlimited Pass on last year's promotion. hen buying the ticket on May 2022), I selected Germany as my country of residence as I was currently living in Munich for my university studies. However, by the time I start my journey (April 2023), I had already moved back to Turkey. I bought the ticket with a friend; he and I are both Turkish citizens and have Turkish passports. I will start the journey from Turkey and also end it there. So I am hoping I do not get locked out of the German railways because of the "country of residence" issue. I have contacted Interrail support and they informed me that "country of residence" cannot be changed after the purchase date. I would really like to be able to use the German railways for free as they are not cheap and are hard to avoid. They are geographically central in Europe, so I will have to use them. It will be really difficult for me, financially, to complete my journey if I buy a ticket for every train ride

Trying to book sep 22-23 night train Munich to Rome and am receiving a notification of no route for that day, however it appears to be a daily route. Anyone know if this will become available?

I will be traveling from Switzerland to Italy on a EuroCity train soon. I read somewhere that in Italy you need printed tickets for cross border journeys. I have a mobile Eurail pass. Since I have a mobile pass and have printed my seat reservations, will this be ok? Or do I need to print and validate something else?

Hi, I bought a 4 day Eurail pass and am trying to book my first train ticket. When I go to book on the Eurail mobile app it is not giving me the same options as the SBB site. I am wanting to book from the Zurich airport April 26 at 12:15 to Schaan Bahnhof. On the SBB site it has a 12:15-14:11 option that does not show on the Eurail mobile app. How can I book that ticket?

I will be traveling on a EuroCity train from Switzerland to Italy soon. I have my Eurail mobile pass and have made seat reservations through Eurail. I have also printed these seat reservations out. Do I need to validate my ticket/seat reservations? If so, how do I do that?

I’ll be spending 2-4 hours in Genova (depending which train I decide to catch), and was wondering what anyone who has been would recommend doing there and seeing there. I don’t mind walking and usually opt for the cheapest/free things to do and see.  Thanks

Bonjour, Nous voyageons à 3 en octobre prochain, les pass et le nombre de voyageurs sont correctement renseignés, pourtant quand je veux réserver cela ne me met que deux voyageurs...

Is there a route from milan to London without TOO many seat reservations necessary? I want to travel on 25th or 26th April, arriving not too late on 26th if possible.  Thanks.

Does a First Class pass allow travel in Avanti First or just Standard Premium in the UK? And are there hot meals served? Thank you

I have planned my whole trip with interrail but I need to buy the ticket from Paris north to Brussels central. The interrail website does not give me the purchase details, where can I book it? My pass is an electronic one, so every train reservation is validated via qr code (I don't need paper tickets), right?
