Solved

Hello Friends,Can you please suggest me is seat reservation required for 5 year kid, in euro star Paris to London

I have two senior passes and want to add a child pass for our 10 year old grandchild, how to do?

Despite the “Solved” label https://community.eurail.com/topic/show?tid=9661&fid=40 the trains are still not bookable in the rail planner app. According to support a new release should have been launched last week resolving this issue.

TGV Barcelona - Valence for 11 august 2023. Times not matching in Interrail Website and SNCF Connect. Edit: I saw already another post where it is explained that schedules on Interrail website are not reliable as updated less frequently than that of operators.

I have a 1st class 2 month Interail pass with my wife, On non reservation/ sleeper journeys in Europe are we required to download a ticket to the App on all journeys or do we just show our passes which is on our phones? Thank you

¡Una pregunta más! ¡(disculpen las molestias)!De los trayectos que siguen, en cuales deberé reservar asientos (solo viajes duirnos)1.- Madrid-Toledo2.- Burdeos - París3.- París - Londres4.- Londres - Bruselas5.- Bruselas - Gante6.- Gante - Ámsterdam7.- Múnich - Venecia8.- Venecia - Milán9.- Milán - Florencia10.- Florencia - Roma11.- Roma - Siena12.- Madrid-Sevilla(¿Podría decírmelo por número que le puse a cada trayecto?)¡Eternamente agradecido!, ¡gracias por su auxilio!!

Hello,I have two questions :Just to make sure, reserving a berth in advance for the Stockholm/Narvik night train doesn’t mean it will activate my Interrail pass, right? I specified that I have a pass in the research to have the correct prices, and the SJ website is asking for my ticket number. It might sound like a silly question, but I don’t want to make a silly mistake (: I’m also planning on reserving another berth in another night train (this time Bodø/Trondheim) but when I try to make my reservation on Entur, I can’t seem to find the ‘filter’ in which to add my Interrail ticket as a form of discount for my reservation. What would be the steps to follow? Thanks in advance for your help and have a lovely day!Eve

I’ll be arriving in Bari on the ferry from Greece on Sunday at, theoretically, 0900hrs. The ferry is often late though so I don’t know which Bari to Rimini train to reserve. My question is, “how likely are they to run out of Interrail reservations?” Some of the trains are 5 Euro reservations and some are 12 Euros.

Hi guys!We are planning to travel from Warsaw to Vienna by Euronight trains (EN407) on 28th June. However I cannot find this train in the rail planner. I see the reservation is avaliable in the Polrail Service with option for people who have Eurail pass but this website is not shown or authorised? in the Eurail website. Is it too early for this train reservation or it is the problem from the rail planner? Thanks for all your help in advance!Jason

Hi!On March 13th I booked a paper seat reservation for the train from Warsaw to Szceczin on April 5th. I am a very anxious person so I am quite terrified my ticket won’t arrive on time (the estimated delivery date during check-out was April 3rd). I try reasurring myself by reading this forum and trying to convince myself that if the website let me buy the ticket it should be fine, but anxiety can do terrible things to one’s emotions 😅Does anyone know what I can do if my ticket doesn’t arrive on time to actually board the train? I have a big trip planned to see some friends and I would really hate having to cancel it all because of that one ticket.Thank you in avance!

Hello!I will be travelling as follows in May: Frankfurt → Berlin → Amsterdam → Paris → London.I am looking to buy a 5 or 7 day Eurail pass, but I don’t understand if I can use this pass to get from Frankfurt to Berlin. I keep seeing that I need to take the ICE train, but I don’t know if this is a separate pass?Thank you in advance.

I have bought a eurail global  mobile pass for 7 days in 1 month, for 3 persons. I am just confused about the travel days. Please let me know whether I can use this pass on any 7 days as per my choice within 1 month or the days are consecutive because if the days are consecutive then it does not make any sense to buy the ticket as it will not be possible for a person to travel all days. And my 2nd question is what is the travel day and what time will it start how will i plan my trip with these travel days/ My last query is about this 1 month. is this 1 month signify 30 days from the starting day or it is restricted in that particular month when the travel starts. If a person buys a mobile pass for 7 days in 1 month and he activates his first journey on 26th of april then will the pass lapse on 30th april or it will end in 25th may.

I have paid for seat reservations on Eurostar for a specific date and time.My train departed at 09:03 a.m. on April 15th I have the Eurostar App that still shows this date and time. But both the Eurail app and the Eurostar website timetables no longer show this train at all. They show a 9:30 a.m. train or an 8:30 a.m. train.I have written to Eurostar support to find out what happened to my reservation, but in the meantime I'd like to know if this is a common occurrence and how do people get it solved.

Hello!I am going to Italy this summer and want to hit the following stops along the Eurail:Catania - Naples - Rome - Florence - Venice - MilanAt the end of my trip in Milan, I plan to go to Bern, Switzerland.I am wondering, would I be able to get from Milan to Bern using the Italy One-Country pass at the end of the trip? I am choosing between either 5 or 6 days of travel for the one-country pass, but want to know if it will let me take an outbound train from Italy at the end.Thank you!

This is our first time visiting Europe. We are planning to purchase a 15 day pass for train transportation in the Netherlands and Germany. We are from South Africa and therefore not familiar with the Eurail and spesific transportation option available.  Part of our trip is going to Baden Baden. We will be travelling from Amsterdam to Baden Baden station usng the eurail global pass. However, we are not sure if the eurail pass can be used for a bus from the station to Baden Baden town (central). If yes, which bus should we take? If not, can you assist with the the cheapest option available to get to Baden Baden town from the station

Hello Everyone,I am looking for information about a night train option for a trip from Munich to Rome early August (4) this summer.  I see two trains on the schedule but can not reserve seats.  Will these trains run?  Do I just have to wait 90 days prior to then reserve berths?  There are 4 of us, what options for berths exist on these trains? Thanks Community!sean

I want to finish my Interail journey by getting to the Croatian coast possibly around either Split or PulaI will be doing some of the swiss scenic routes and thinking I should finish in Tirano at some point via the Bernina Express - do you know iof the best route from Tirano to Croatia?  IS it via Milan Venice Trieste Zagreb?   TIA

Hello,What is the recommended way to create 4 trips on my Global Mobile pass for the 4 family members who travel together?Do I create an empty trip and then make 3 copies and link each empty trip to a person? After that, do I search for journeys and add each journey to all 4 trips at the same time? So, in this way, I start with 4 empty trips and then keep on adding journeys? Our holiday includes 15 days of train rides over a month. So, do I create one trip and add all the 15 different journeys to the trip? Then, how do I add special reservations like the Glacier Express to the mobile pass?

Hi there, first time traveller here.Travelling around Europe with me two young children in Summer 2023.Just trying to get my head around how it all works! We arrive in Cherbourg Port in June and would like to spend a few days with easy access to Mont St Michel. I went to the SNCF website and typed Cherbourg to Mont St Michel, thinking it would give me routes and options to get there.I quickly worked out it's not that easy lol!I think input the next nearest biggest station Caen, and found a train that actually stops in Lison , which according to the rail map would be the place to change.Hiwever I can’t find any trains going out of LisonI tried Lison to St Malo, nothing's there an easier way to work out my routes? Many Thanks :-) Sinead

Hello Everyone,Just received my Eurail passes.  Tried to make a reservation from Budapest to Innsbruck.  Message I received that passes may not work.  The date is for July 24, ‘23.  Wondering if this is an issue of just waiting to be 90 days away or if it is Eurail pass issue?  Can we use our Eurail pass from Budapest to Innsbruck?Thank you,Sean

The timetable for Istanbul to Bucharest on the Interrail site shows the trip at over 2 days. When I looked last week, train was leaving Istanbul at 20.45 and with changes was due to arrive next day at 17.00. On the DB site, this train is still running but on the Interrail it's not. Can anyone advise? Is there a link to Turkish railway's timetable. Many thanks.

Is there a direct train connection from Sofia to Bucharest in August? Or do I have to change trains in Vidin and Craiova?
