Hi, I accidentaly bought the wrong pass so I’ve bought a new one and I’m currently waiting for a refund on the old one.I noticed, when booking my seat reservations through the Interrail site, that it does not ask for a specific pass number at any point. Are seat reservations linked to a specific pass number or are they just linked to my account/my name? I’ve already purchased one reservation and I’m worried it will be linked to the pass I’m waiting to be refunded and not the new one.I’m starting my trip in just a couple of weeks so I’m anxious ro make my reservations but not sure if I need to wait until my old pass is refunded. The reservations I’ll be making are on the eurostar from london to paris and in france. Thanks

Hi, i will traveling to europe this summer and i bought the eurial pass but i’m unsure how to write my name on my eurial pass. Please advice me. I am a singaporean so the full name stated on my passport is, for example, “Tan Wen Xin Christy  ”. “Tan” is my surname. What should be my first name and last name?

Is it possible to activate two journeys in one day?We are traveling in England and plan a long trip to London on the last day. There we want to take the Eurostar and use the Global Pass for the return trip home. Time is a bit short and, if we miss the last Eurostar, we don't want to lose the return trip to the home country. Therefore, the idea, we take a journey to London on one day and, if we get the Eurostar, then activate on the same day the journey to Germany.Does anyone have experience with this?

Hello guys, I am currently on my interrail trip in Italy and planning to go to Greece, but we all know of the terrible train accident that happened there a couple of days ago, and the railway strikes that followed afterwards. Now I'm doubting if it's smart to go to Greece at all. I can't find much about it on Internet. Is it sensible to go there with Interrail? What are the chances of a new strike (or even a new accident?)? Is it even possible to travel from Athens to the north again by train?  Thanks in advance!

I am having problems downloading my reservation tickets. Pdf does download but appears to be empty. How to solve this issue?

Hi all, as I read on the page, I see I can change my passport number on the mobile pass, but what if we have the paper pass, and will get new passports? Will there be any problems (germany, greece, italy) travelling with a paper pass with a wrong passport number? We can bring the old (and new) passport with us. Best regards Karina

I bought a paper pass last year timed for travel from 9 April this year.  Special 50% deal offered at the time. Pass not yet activated. Issued by ATOC. However I now realise a mobile pass is likely to be easier, particularly as I’m travelling with someone who has a mobile pass. I’m going round in circles trying to find someone (other than chatbot which couldn’t answer my question) to tell me if this is possible and how it can be done. Any suggestions, or do I stick with my paper pass?

Hi we are looking to travel from Venice to Milan in June 12 2023, and Milan to Nice in June 15 2023.But looking at the timetables there’s no train that is less than 13/14 hours, im looking for trains that take less than 5 hours.Has the timetable been update for summer yet??Many thanks in advance.

I activated  my pass and  add all trains to my trip but  when  i try to reserve the seats  there  is  no option to  add to cart

Hi I'm new to interrail & wonder if you can help. I bought a 2 month continuous pass last May & need to activate it by 11 April. So I've booked a flight to Munich on 10th & train to augsburg that day to visit friends. I've not reserved train yet & assume I can change it - is that correct? And can I also change journey completely as long as I activate it bt 11 April? Thanks in advance. Carole

Hey,der EuroNight von Warschau nach Budapest wird auf der (veralteten) Nachtzugkarte angezeigt, aber ich kann weder in der Planer App, noch in der DB App oder bei der ÖBB finden. Weiß da jemand was?Danke!

Hello,I search for my trip for a route between Spain and Portugal (I want to travel from Algeciras to Lisbon)But after the 29.4. he shows me no trains between Spain and Portugal. The weird thing is, he shows me trains in Portugal and Spain after the 29.4. but no Trains between these Countries. Is this a error or is the data not yet available?

HiDane living in Australia (still Danish passport but live permanently in Australia) married to an Australian - will be doing train travel in Europe with our 2 kids in July/August (husband & kids will be traveling with Australia passports)1 - Do I buy Interail or Eurail ticket for me2 - If I’m on Interail is that a different app and can I still easily travel with the other 3 on Australian passportsThank you Mette

Hi,My husband is a dual citizen (SWE and PH), and we’ve both been living in the Philippines. We’ve read the rules about getting Eurail vs Interrail passes but we’re still a bit confused and want to be sure.I’m certain that I need the Eurail pass as I’m not an EU-citizen nor resident. But which pass should my husband purchase? If he buys a Eurail pass, can he still use his Swedish passport to travel between countries? Reason I’m asking is a Philippine passport requires visas while his Swedish passport does not.And if he does purchase the Eurail pass, what type of “proof of residency outside of EU” is acceptable? Thanks!

Saludos

Anyone here who have travelled from Sofia to Istanbul lately? Im trying to reserve a seat on this route, but the page says that's temporalry not possible. Does anyone know why? And is it possible to reserve the ticket in Sofia? Or do I even need a reservation? Help:)

Over a period of 10 days, my siblings and I are planning to travel this route in May/June:London → Glasgow → Edinburgh → London → Paris → Belgium → Amsterdam → Paris → LondonThe Eurail site automatically input dates for each trip (see below), but can we use the pass on any day within the month? I’m told Eurail does not operate in France.  I assume we can use the Pass on another trainline within France in order to travel to other countries.  Am I correct?

Good evening. I have a question for my first trip in the night. If a take a night trains from Roma to wien and arrive next day. Will i use my for two days travel?

1- I have to book some trains in august from Paris to Lisbon, when will be possible to book that trains? 2- Are there any available trains from Madrid to Lisbon?

Hello everyone! Can someone help me find a journey from Rotterdam to Rome? I want to leave on the 7th on July and arrive in Rome the next day (8th of July). What is the best route I can take that I can book right now.I have a 21-day interrail global pass. Thanks in advance :)Regards,Julian

I made a reservation with OBB for tickets from Munich to Genova, and I am not sure if it is what I think it is. The printed tickets are all German, and I have translated some, and see it does say I paid with a credit card, but I don’t see where the times or train numbers are. I emailed OBB customer service, and there are ticket numbers and a QR code in what I printed, but I can’t figure out where on the ticket where it gives  the info I need. I printed out a time table, but I don’t remember where that came from. I can’t find anything on the OBB sute to check a reservation, or to change a reservation. And if I remember, it gave a place to enter our Eurail pass numbers.

I have an interail pass and am trying to book a couchette on this route in April. It features in seat61 & europe by rail, but all the booking sites send me via Nurenburg or return no Nightjet. Is it operating in April? Daily? Thanks

Hi Guys, for context, im talking about an interrail ticket with time limitation here, so like the any train for 1 month ticket. So lets say i took a train from Amsterdam to Paris, do i have to board my next train in Paris, or if not Paris, france? Or could i, for example, meet some friends in Paris, travel with them to Madrid in one of their cars, and then board a train from Madrid like a week later?

Hi,My starting point is ZurichI have several questions about connections. Is there a direct train connection from Zurich to Belgrade? What is the fastest connection from Belgrade to Thessaloniki? Like in my picture (Belgrade, Sofia, Thessaloniki) or are there faster connections? How do I get from Thessaloniki to Istanbul by train or do I have to take the bus?

Do passholders get any discount on the Lauterbrunnen-Grutschalp cable car?  How about the Lake Thun ferries?
