So myself and my  teenage child are heading to Norway in July we fly in to Bodo  and will be travelling via train over a 4 week period in to the middle of August. Norway has an 8 day within one month pass so do i need to count how many days travel for July then how many days travel for August and buy a different pass for both months or does the month just mean 30/31 days. I am so confused

We are planning to buy a 7 day pass within 30 days. The Eurail itinerary from Venice to Milan is more than one day, Can we take local trains from Venice to Milan and then use the Eurail pass from Milan to Nice?

Hello all, I would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this. We have 2 first class interrail tickets. We want to get a sleeper from Munich to Zagreb on 16 March. I looked on OBB and it looks as though there is something happening and we can’t get on the sleeper from Munich. OBB’s system said to change at Salzburg very early in the morning. I therefore booked a sleeper from Salzburg to Zagreb.  However, I recently checked on DB and it is coming up with a better option - to change at Augsburg at 11pm-ish. We would be able to get to bed at around 11pm rather than after 2am. See below: Can anyone shed any light on why this happened and offer any advice? Thank you!

My child will be 11 years 11 month when we are planning to start our journey. We are planning to buy 22 days ticket, during our journey she will turn 12 years. Should I book child ticket or youth ticket?

Hello, my last travel day is the 4.3. and I was planning on taking a night train because I read that it only counts as one day. I sadly can't activate it because it tells me that I need another travel day. I am not switching trains after midnight.  I also already bought the Reservation.Do you know what I can do to make it work?

The Interrail train map shows Santiago de Compostela as on the network but the app does not show any trains no matter which start/finish station I choose!  I have a Continuous Global Pass, can I just use it to jump on a train?

Hello, I live in Germany and would like to go to Paris for a weekend, can I use the interrail pass for all kind of trains in France (ICE/TVG, etc.)?

I’m from the Uk and am interrailing for a few weeks and then staying in Sweden for a couple of months. This will take me up to the 90 visa free limit. I’m then going to Bulgaria for a month straight from Sweden. I’ve looked online and it says I don’t need a visa because Bulgaria isn’t part of the Schengen area, but I just wanted to confirm this before booking flights etc.

Dears, In case you lose your Mobile phone or it has been broken, how long it takes in average to get a new Mobile Pass, to continue the trip. Thank you

Hi. I have a Eurail Pass but have bought seat reservations through Interrail. Are they the same or do I have to change my bookings. I am an NZ passport holder

Hello, For example when you travel from Paris to Nice and you also want to travel from Nice to Monaco for example, does this count as a travelday? Greetings, Xiang

I am arriving in Paris on the Eurostar from London and need to change to the St. Lazare station to get to Bayeux.  I have one hour between trains.  I read that the St. Lazare station is difficult to find.  Is that plenty of time and can someone let me know the best way to get from one station to the other please?  It looks like they are close but I am uncertain about train travel and want to be the best prepared I can be.  Thanks.

Hello everyone,For this summer im putting together my travel plan. I have a few things that I can’ t seem to figure out regarding the seat reservations on night trains. (FYI I have a 21-day interrail global pass) If I book a train, a night train, from Rotterdam to Zuerich HB it tells me the seats are included. Does this mean that when I activate this ticket, I will be guaranteed to have a seat on the selected train? And what types of seats are these usually? And if reservation is needed/possible, what do you guys recommend. I also want to go from Beograd Centar (Serbia) to Bar (Montenegro). This, again, is a night train. The Eurail website tells me I can buy Serbian tickets at the station. But wouldn’t It be too late to buy tickets if I need to take this night train the same day I get to that particular station?Lastly I am trying to get day train tickets from Zuerich HB to Rome on the 8th of July, but I can’t seem to find any past the 10th of June. Is there a reason for this?If someone

Hi,  I am travelling this summer and dont know which pass to purchase. I am holder of a Singapore passaport but have lived in the UK for a year and have visa and right to study. Should i purchase Eurail pass or Interrail?  Thank you!

Has anyone bought family passes and children passes not showing in your confirmation? If so, have you exchange the pass following their instructions to buy another pass and then claim for a exchange? Did they refund the fist pass -15 €? When buying the second pass including your child, did the second time did appear in the reservation?

Hiwe would like to travel to Denmark from Freiburg, Germany, to get a ferry there to Norway. It is possible to take the ÖBB Nightjet from Freiburg to Duisburg (starts 00:05) and then from Duisburg on another trains to cross the border as an outbound Traveldays? Someone said, this is not possible for people living in Germany, because the Nightjet is an Austrian train and does not cross the border to Denmark. It only would be possible to take the Night IC (which is actually the same train, but the German part with no cabins) to do this part as an outbound travel. Is this correct? And, in case it is incorrect, where could I buy the tickets for the NJ then, online?Gerne auch Antworten in Deutsch.Viele Grüße aus Freiburg.

Hello Eurail/Interrail Experts,I am travelling with my parents in Italy for a week commuting between Milan - Rome - Pisa - Venice.is there a way to Reserve seats with Eurail pass apart from Eurail reservation service? I am trying to avoid the extra reservation fee by Eurail. Thanks in advance! 😀

This is a chronic issue with Interrail staff. Very simply, I cannot fathom how a travel agency can operate with no telephone number, no way of contacting them, no email address. This is at the fringes of legality. All you can do is write to a chatbot that represents the current highest standard in artificial dumbness.Three days trying to get in touch with someone and instead I have to deal with this annoying piece of dumb software that tells me 750 times a day that I have received a confirmation email and a ticket has been created. Can someone send me a phone number or email address? Can I talk to some real person?

Hello there, I’m a French student in London and I would like to know if there is a pass that could help me do round trips from London to Paris during this whole month? I would like to go to Paris at least twice or 3 times starting in March if it’s possible. Is there any mobile pass that I could buy that’ll allow me to do so? Thanks in advance for your answer!

We have Global pass (2 month 1st class)We know its a train from Athens to Kiato then Bus connection from Kiato to Patras. Both Interrail app and Hellanic train website state seat reservation is compulsory for bus section. We believe as this is a train-related bus transfer, the bus section should be free using our interrail passThere appears to be no Online method of making this seat reservation without paying. Is the ONLY way to make this seat reservation to go in person to the train station in Athens?Thank you
