Solved

Hi, I have a problem  about my pass. The duration of my pass is from 23 December 2022 until 22 January 2023, but today is 02 January 2023 and it shows that my pass is expired so I can’t add any new travel day. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve contacted the customer service, but I didn’t get any reply yet and I am traveling today. Thank you.

If I use snälltåget, does this trip count as a travel day? Or can I use snälltåget just as long the pass is activated? The trip is considered as a travel day if the trip is listed on my mobile pass. But if I travel with snälltåget, I have to buy a separate ticket via your webpage, and snälltåget from Stockholm to Berlin isn't listed in the mobile app.

If I travel by ship (for example Viking Line from Helsinki to Stockholm), is this a travel day (if I have a flexipass with 10 travel days within 2 months)? Because a ship is not a train. And if I want to use the discounts that I can use (for example in cafe's etc) if I have the pass, can I use them only during the travel days (10 days) or during the whole 2 months?

Hiw soon can i get a caregiver pass. We already send a contact request. When should i recieve an answer

Ich bin Rollstuhlfahrerin und habe einen Schwerbehindertenausweis. Ich habe das Recht auf eine Begleitperson laut meinem Ausweis. Bei der Deutschen Bahn fährt meine Begleitperson umsonst mit. Meine Belgleitung braucht kein extra Ticket. Meine Frage: Wie ist das beim Interrail-Ticket?

Hi all,New to this website, so sorry if this is not the right place for this.Myself and my partner are currently at beginning stages of planning an interrailing trip for June 2023. We’ll be in Barcelona at the start of the month - but ideally some of the other countries we’d like to visit are Croatia, Austria and Switzerland. Our rough plan at the moment is to fly from Barcelona to Budapest. Then take trains from Budapest to Split, then back up to Zagreb - onto Vienna and then Zurich. We are thinking of purchasing the 5 Day in 1 Month pass - hoping that this will cover us. We are just looking for general advice really. Does this route seem doable to people? Have people done anything similar? We are cautions that this will involve a lot of night trains - are these harder to reserve? Any tips or suggestions would be great :)

Hey! I am travelling with my husband and 2 kids at the end of March on a 1 month global pass. We can only get 3 weeks off work but are hoping to cram in as much as possible. We are hoping to cover the following itinerary in the 3 weeks :Glasgow to London, London to Bruges.Bruges to ViennaVienna to Zell am SeeZell am See back to ViennaVienna to KrakowKrakow to PraguePrague to BerlinBerlin to HamburgHamburg to CopenhagenCopenhagen to GothenbergGothenberg to OsloOslo to BergenBergen to Oslo airport for flight home   is this too much???

Do you only take a day off your 5 or 10 day allowance when you are travelling?ie You don’t have to use 5 days after your first journey to use the pass, you can stay in a city a couple of days without eating into your allowance, and travel later?

i have purchased Eurail Global Pass (first Class)… Why i need to pay for seat reservation by having the global pass...

Compre 5 tickts solo usare uno ya que no viajamos, necesito cambiar los cuatro y reembolsaraun no lo he abierto

I am struggling to find any trains on the Journey Planner or anywhere else for Trains in Serbia and Slovakia. Including to Belgrade and other Big Cities?

Hello all - newbie here. I’m planning a family interrailing holiday this summer and going to buy tickets (global passes) today while the sale is on.We are going to buy mobile tickets. My question is - can I buy all the tickets myself and then allocate them to other family members, or does everyone have to physically buy their own?Thank you so much.

Hi, I'm booked on a outbound journey on the Eurostar from my home country UK and I'm using a paper pass (global) and will be filling out the journeys on the paper pass and not on the app.  Just a quick question and I'm sorry if this has been asked or is obvious to everyone else but I can’t seem to get my head around it.   When I'm filling out the journey there is a section to record inbound and outbound journeys where I record the date etc I'm doing this journey do I also write this on journey record part of my ticket where i fill out the other journeys that I am making.  Thanks so much for the help on this and sorry if it seems like a stupid question.

Hello,I have booked 2 Global interrail 4 day passes for 1 month, but the service provided is not at all what I expected.Indeed, several routes are not available and no alternative is proposed, although they were available in the train search engine on the website before purchasing the pass.No solution for the following routes:- February 13: Copenhagen -> Goteborg (initially present in the search engine for departure at 9:27 am and arrival at 1:20 pm)No possibility either through the website of the train company: www.sj.se- February 15: Oslo -> Bodo (initially present in the search engine for departure 14h02 and arrival 9h05 the next dayAt no time is it mentioned before purchasing the pass that we can not book at all the routes proposed in the search engine. Moreover, all these routes are available on the websites of the companies concerned. How is it not possible to book them on interrail website? Is there a way to book these routes listed on the site but marked "unavailable"?If no

Hi !I would like to book 2 tickets to travel from Copenhague to Oslo on february 13th (with a change at Goteborg). On interrail website it is impossible to book seats, but I found a possibility to book on sj.seHowever there are additional fees while it’s not mentioned on interrail portail (see picture above where it’s mentionned “included”) :  Do you have recommandations for this kind of trips ?Is it better not to book anything or should I pay the extra 1064 SEK (see picture above, I have made a simulation with interrail pass information on sj.se) ?Is there any other way to book seats on those 2 trains without paying extra fees ? Thank you for your help :)

Hi I was thinking of buying an Eurail Global Pass (Youth) to travel around Spain from May-June. May I know if I am allowed to opt for bed/sleeping cabins for overnight trains? Do I have to pay extra on top of the pass that I bought?  How may I go about reserving the bed? Thank you!

HI everyone,I am taking my kids to Europe this summer and am trying to figure out whether to get the 10 day or 15 day pass.  We will be starting in Spain and heading north. We plan to stay in Madrid for 8 days, and I would like to take day trips to some of the nearby smaller towns. I’m wondering, in your experience, whether it would be better to buy the 15 day pass and use those extra days for those day trips or if I should just buy the local fares and stick to the 10 day pass.  Everywhere else we travel, we will be with family or friends so train travel is only needed to get us to those next destinations, not travel in and around the other cities. Thanks so much for your help!

I purchased the Eurail Pass and requested a refund, and in the meantime, I purchased a Eurostar ticket. Can I use Eurostar tickets in this case?

I’ll be visiting 5 cities in March. When planning my trip on the Eurail site, I said that there will be 4 travel days. When selecting the pass, it suggested that I may not have enough travel days planned, and suggested I get a 5 day pass. I’m a little confused...does it not take into account that the city in which you start from does not need to be traveled to? I arrive there on a plane…Or is it suggesting a 5th travel day in case Things Go Wrong?

Dear all,I want to buy an Interrrail pass for 5 days in one month for Switserland. Can I use the 5 days whenever I want within the chosen month or do I have to use the  5 days sequentially.I noticed that for a global pass consecutive use is not required but I couldn't find the answer for the one country  passes. Thanks,Threes

Hello! Happy new year! I would like to ask you if there is itinerary between Vilnius and Riga

Hi I was just wondering if I could sit at second class with first class ticket, cause my friends are second and I bought first for the luggage holding, and I want to sit with them

Hello, Our journey in the app and on our pass was from Amsterdam Centraal to Mainz Hbf. Our first train showed it taking us to Frankfurt where we'd have to transfer for the last leg of our journey. However, we got to Koln Hbf and were told it was the end of the line. There was a group behind us that were also under the impression that we could stay on. They asked the worker and he said we have to get off, we have to listen to the announcements, and yelled at all of us for missing the 3 announcements telling us to get off. He said to go to platform 10. We rushed over there but there was no departing train that matched anything in our app. We looked for trains heading to Frankfurt or Mainz and there was only one and it was not on platform 10. It had already departed by the time we found it. We looked at 3 different information boards and a separate app for train travel and we could not find the original information we had in the rail planner. We ended up getting tickets to a train an hou

After much research into mobile paper vs. paper pass, I am leaning towards getting a paper pass just for simplicity’s sake and ease of use. However, I am still confused as to how I would make reservations on train in France for example WITHOUT buying an entire ticket from the native train company in order to get a seat reserved. Is it possible to make a reservation through the eurail.com website WITHOUT a mobile pass even if you own a paper pass? The situation I’m in is I’m from Canada and will be flying to France sometime soon but I dont know how to make a reservation on the TGV trains in advance if I had a paper pass. I assume showing up to the station one day early would make my chance of getting a seat reservation quite slim, but if I can't purchase a reservation in advance (ie on the eurail app or website), I might be in a bit of a pickle. Thanks for any help!

Hi, how do we request a refund for a ticket order that was not delivered on time? Thank you. Alice Suchá
