Hi,I was delayed on Eurostar for almost 2 hours so I am entitled to compensation, but Eurostar say I must claim this from where I bought my ticket , ie Eurial. How do I do this ?

The station of Renfe Cercanias’s Tres Cantos does not appear automatically in the app so I entered it manually, the app gave me the QR but this QR was not able to get read at the entrance at Madrid-Recoletos station, the attendant at the station told me that Cercanias was not included in Eurail pass but the list shows it as included. Does someone knows what to do?

I've been waiting until it was 150 days before departure before booking my seats (which was today,  it had been saying they were bookable 150 days before departure) but now when I try to book Paris - Lausanne (switzerland) there are no trains with reservations able to book. Am I missing something?I’m looking for the 29th July.

Ciao, stò creando un triplanner e non mi dà nessuna scelta per il treno da bucarest a istambul ( dovrebbe esserci un notturno) e neanche da istambul a ankara.Idee?Grazie mille!

Hey!I have just received my first passport of my adult life and I wanna go interrailing during summer (end of June onwards).I am travelling on my own and would like to go away for around 2 weeks. Im interested in staying in 1 place for 2 or 3days max at a time and would like to hit as many countries as possible. I like the sound of travelling through southern Europe and I'm hoping some experienced travellers could help me out with suggested destinations. Thanks 😀 Linsey ☺️

Since my wife and myself started interrailing again three years ago, we always used paper passes as I did already more than 40 years earlier. This year we want to travel Great Britain and I wonder if we better switch to mobile passes this year as the ticket barriers present on many British station can probably read the QR-codes generated when adding a journey to the pass. And we would not need assistance of a station staff member to enter or exit the platform. Are there any experiences with Interrail/Eurail passes and British ticket barriers?

Hi all - we are 2 adults and 2 teenagers travelling to Europe in June/July 2026. Our itinerary looks like this:-overnight train from AMS-Zurich, then Zurich-Lugano, Lugano-Trieste, Trieste-Ljubjana, Ljubjana-Munich, Munich-Nuremburg, Nuremburg-Cologne, then Cologne back to AMS.When I mapped this in the Eurail trip thingy it came up as 9 destinations but 11 travel days (am not sure why). Would I be able to buy a 10-day travel pass and then just buy four tickets on another train for the final trip or would it be better to buy a 15 day one in case we decide to do some side trips anywhere? Thanks in advance for the advice.Alison

We are travelling from London to Dublin this summer and want to arrive in Dublin on the same day. It's still a few months away, but I'm finding it quite hard to figure out the best schedule. If I understand correctly, there are direct trains from London to Holyhead, but they don't seem to be running in August. Also, how long does it take to get from the train station to the ferry?Any advice on how to best handle this would be much appreciated.

Hello everyone. The interrail.eu website keeps telling me that tickets are open for sale 90 or 150 days prior to departure. But this morning i got up at 6:45 to purchase a ticket on the 27th of july and it was already sold out. Do the tickets for a day have a specific time they open for sale, or do you know of a website where one could purchase them prior to when they open for sale on interrail.eu? Help would be much aprreciated:)

My first Interrail is next month. The first day involves a train in France. I can see it in the ‘My Trip’ section of the RailPlanner app, but it says “seat reservations required”.Fine, except that I think that I have booked some. My credit card has the right amount (€12) for a date last month to what looks to be the right place. So where should I find it?

Bahn.com, B-europe.com, and Eurostar themselves show a train from London to Brussels on 14 March at 07:04 - but when I try to book it on the Interrail reservations page, it seems to have vanished?!  [Yes I checked a few minutes before on B-Europe that Interrail passholder fares *were* available].Any ideas? I want to book with the Interrail website as they seem to have the cheapest fees, E2 per trip.Thanks.

I just spotted a posting which has somewhat alarmed me.  It was referring to new restrictions that had come into place at Tirano if travelling toward St Moritz and Chur.  It would appear that there was a very long queuing system in place for people without seat reservations resulting in people not catching their planned train.Admittedly we will not be travelling on this line until September, and it is not clear whether or not this was just a temporary arrangement.  Even so, we have very little flexibility in our journey plans and so don’t want to take any risks.  (Our intention is to take the 9.41 from Tirano to St Moritz and then the 12.47 from St Moritz to Chur.)My question is how do I go about buying seat reservations for these trains.  I went onto Rail Europe to see how to book seat reservations.  (Not for our actual trips - as these are not yet available, but for comparable journeys in May).  However because reservations are optional all it said was ‘FREE’ and I could not see a wa

Good day,I have (iPhone) passes for me and my wife. We are planning a trip from UK throughout France, Switzerland into Italy in May. I have most of our train reservations in place (Glacier Express and Bernini Express not available in I/R site. Can I just use prints of the seat reservation “tickets” I have received via email? Or how do I add these journeys onto my pass? Also we are still waiting for two services in Italy to come on to the schedule, can I just board th4ese trains by showing our IR passes on our phone. It is all very confusing. Thanks for your help

Hi there, Im travelling with my friend this summer and we are keen to do some hikes across Europe. We are interested in Triglav and the Dolomites but are open to other suggestions for healthy, young but begginer hikers. We are travelling in late August time, and plan to spend around 1-2 weeks travelling.  We are wanting to make the most of the interatil ticket but dont want to not take everything in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I need to submit a receipt to the company. I need to specify the payee and the purpose. I don't know how to do it.

hi, I am looking to get the Pass Plus 5 day for a trip in August from Wales > Paris, Paris > Florence, Florence Zurich then Zurich .> Wales. four people, 2 adults, 12yo and 8 yo. The pass+ says that it includes three reservations.  is this three in total or three per person? It is not clear to me.  I would otherwise buy a four day pass. Also, if I bought the pass now, so that I could benefit from Eurostar booking, would it be usable when booking for currently unavailable trains that appear to be released around two months (late June) before travelling? I’m confused about what happens if the train is canceled and have to get a different one? Thanks

I am a first-time Interrailer; started by planning my journey via Trainline and similar non-Interrail sites, calculated the point-to-point prices and concluded that an Interrail pass would be worthwhile. I then bought some reservations and only later tried to use the planner to produce a nice tidy itinerary for my journey. I am confused on two fronts:The first stage of my journey is from home in Derbyshire to London and it tried to send me via the continent - a journey of over 24 hours! Doesn’t matter how many moons I choose (I assume these are nights away for the whole trip?), it won’t take me straight to London. When I tried to delete the journey and start again it told me to delete the travellers too. But I’ve already paid for reservations for them and don’t want to do anything that might compromise these vital documents. Can I safely delete existing travellers, given that the reservations don’t seem to be explicitly linked to any rail passes at this stage?

We have a 15 days in 2 months pass, and the My Trip section is beginning to fill up. Making it a bit cumbersome to scroll down to the next active travel day. I started deleting the journeys taken in the past, but noticed that they then also disappear from the past tickets. So I ended up adding them back again as I don’t know if they are relevant and must stay in the app. I had assumed that the travel in the past is locked and cannot be removed from the tickets. Therefore my question: can I safely remove them from My Trip, just to make this section less cluttered? Or do I have to keep them all in? The FAQs have nothing on this topic.

Hi, I just want to check how this works.  Am I right to think I can use one day of the pass at any time during the travel day validity period of the pass to travel within my country of residence and another day at any time during the travel day validity period of the pass and that would cover any number of train journeys?  For example with a 10 days in 2 months pass I may fly from London Gatwick to perhaps Sicily, spend 4 travel days making my way to Paris, then board a Eurostar to London St Pancras and take a Thameslink train from St Pancras to return to London Gatwick and the travel from Paris to London Gatwick (day 5 of the pass) would be one of my days for travel in my home country.  Then later in the 2 month period I could take a train from London Gatwick to St Pancras, change to Kings Cross, take a train to Edinburgh, change for a train to Aberdeen all in one day (day 6 of the pass) where I catch a flight to Oslo.  From Oslo I take train travel for 4 days (utilising my 10 days of

Hello, we are travelling in May and June without a return date which we intend to decide en route but probably the last week in June. Does anyone know if it is difficult to find a Eurostar reservation around this time with just 2 weeks notice. Thanks in anticipation. Gip

Quick question about the Eurail/Interrail 7 days in 1 month pass:Are travel days counted as calendar days (00:00–23:59), or 24 hours from activation? If I travel overnight from Berlin to Paris (depart March 2 night, arrive March 3 morning), does that use 1 travel day or 2?Does it change if there’s a train transfer after midnight? For example I board a train at Berlin at March 2 night and then there is a transfer at 06:00am from mannheim on March 3, then how many days it will consider. Thanks!

Hi! I have an interrail card via DiscoverEU/erasmus.  I booked a train ticket from Bruxelles-Midi to London St Pancras Intl for Tuesday, 16 June 2026 at 20:21-21:57. I reserved a seat with one of my free seat reservation credits. I got an email with my order confirmation and receipt, however I cannot open the PDF with the actual seat reservation QR Code/ticket. It just says that an error has occurred. I was wondering if there were anyway for me to fix this problem or get a new pdf? My order number is R2026101291
