Hello, I'm planning a trip on my interrail journey. Going from Stockholm to Tallinn but i can’t find Tallinn in my interrail app. It's not showing up as possible destination. So im wondering if something is wrong or i'm doing something wrong. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance!Siem

Please help me. I have read the answers to similar questions but they do not help at all with this issue. I have a Global Pass, I have created an account, but how do I get this pass that my friend bought added to my account? Our passes have not been activated yet, my friend has bought the part of the trip that we’ll take together and created it already, with reservations and all. How can I add these to my account and actually get my Pass under my account? Adding the trips to the app was easy, but we cannot figure out how I can actually add my pass to my account. Please, don’t reply with the same answers about reservations. I need my pass under my account since we will not travel the same route in the end. We thought it would be simple for one of us to buy the passes and the first part of the trip, had no idea it would make things this hard.

Hi - we need to book the sleeper from Krakow to Wien on 22/2/23 - we are now inside the booking window but cannot seem to buy a reservation anywhere Help!

Hello, I am completely new to Eurail.com, traveling on train through Europe and even more the the Mobile App Rail Planner. I am traveling with my wife and daughter from December 26th to January 06th (London - Paris - Chamonix - Milan - Venice - Florence), and I got the 7 days Global Pass through the website. I have been buying the different tickets for each route, so I already got them and even printed each of them. I see there is the Mobile App, which I already downloaded, and I have my account active. I saw today that our Passes are not yet Active. So, I proceeded and I activated mine, but then I do not see any of the tickets (for the Seat Reservations) that I have bought in the Mobile App, and I cannot find a way to add them there. I need to validate if I have to (must) use the Mobile App, or if I could just take my printed at home tickets (which have the barcode) and use those to board the trains? This is specifically for those where I need Seat Reservations, but what about those t

My son was travelling with us & his mobile pass is on my phone , unfortunately he has to travel home urgently tomorrow how can we transfer his pass onto his phone ??

Is 2nd class eurail pass eligible to book a 1st class Bernina Express?  I’m not sure if this is the under different conditions because we have to book it on the official website of the train and the booking fees are the same for both class.

Important! We created and paid for an order for seats that was supposed to be sent to the hotel (Hotel Wivel Narvik - Norway), but the post office in Narvik told us that the shipment would not arrive until 29.12.2022. And our tickets are for 27.12.2022 and 28.12.2022. We absolutely need to know the reserved seats in the trains in order to continue our journey. The other trains are hopelessly sold out. We have hotels and other trains paid for. What should we do?

I am trying to pay for a Global Pass with a Barclays Visa (USA) and keep getting a message Authentication Failed. I've tried changing browsers, changing computers, and called the credit card company. The card company pre-authorized the purchase and did everything on their side to try to get the payment to go through. From this board, sounds like others have had similar problems. I really want to use this particular credit card for the payment. Is there any other way that I can buy the pass if I can't do it on eurail.com?

Hi. I am a non EU citizen (from Azerbaijan) who is going to have 6 months stay permission (national visa-D) in Germany. Can i buy eurail pass after arriving in Germany? I need eural pass to travel to France, Belgium and Holland at weekends during my 6 months stay in europe. Some articles say, u need to buy eurail pass before arriving in Europe and it can not be bought online. So, lets say i arrive in Germany in april and have visa till november. Can i buy eurail pass in germany in may? Thanks.

I recently booked a reservation for Eurostar from Paris to London. I didn’t realize it was a 1st class reservation until I saw it on the ticket that it only valid for 1st class only. I actually did input my Eurail pass number in when booking, so I am not sure why it went through. There is no 2nd class ticket available to exchange. I am currently in Italy and not sure if the ticket office here can help since it is a different train operator. I was wondering if it is possible to pay the difference in price from 2nd to 1st class for reservation from b-europe. Anyone had the same experience? Should I call the customer service or I can just pay the difference at the Paris station?

I would like to change my 2nd class pass for me and my 7 years old daughter to 1st class?

Hello all, hope you’ve had a nice Christmas!I’m trying to add a journey within my ‘home country’ to my mobile Interrail pass. The problem is, the trains/route I want to take aren’t offered by the app (I think the problem is that the app doesn’t have the most recent timetables), and there’s more than one train/leg involved.I know how to manually add each train to My Trip, but when I try to create a barcode for this, it warns me that “when adding a journey or leg to your pass to travel in your country of residence, you’ll be prompted to use one of these two journeys. Once you’ve used your outbound and inbound journeys: you’ll not be able to add an additional journey or leg to your Pass to travel on trains in your home country”.This suggests that I won’t be able to add all the legs of my journey without using a travel day for each leg. As my journey involves more than two legs (and I still need the second ‘home country’ journey for another day!) this clearly isn’t an option.Does anyone kn

Similar to another post without proper answer. My Eurail app keeps saying that "It looks like you are offline. Go online to see your passes", when I try to view my pass (QR code). The internet on my phone is working fine (both WiFi and mobile data). I have restarted the app, restarted my phone, disabled the app and enabled it, but still getting the same error when trying to access my pass. I have reached out to customer support with no answer. Can I get my mobile pass turned into a paper pass to end this nightmare? Any other suggestions?

Hi all, I am about to purchase a global pass traveling from London, I would very much like to spend 3 days travelling the scenic snow covered routes in Switzerland during January 2023, does anyone have any recommended routes, many thanks in advance and A Merry Christmas To Everyone

Hi we are travelling from Milan airport to Milan central. Moving on to Florence, then Rome, then ,Venice and back to Milan central to make our way to the airport again. Staying in each place for 2 nights. Total of 9 nights but 8 days travelling. Does the interail pass cover all of these destinations and would it be suitable. Don't want to get caught with extra charges etc.  Any information really appreciated. Ty

French version below Hello, This summer, I'm going with my group of anime (between 16 and 23 years old) to Slovenia. I have a lot of questions about interrail.- How far in advance should the train be booked? (We go through Vienna (AT)). Is this reservation chargeable?- Are there limits in the size or weight of the luggage?- If we take the train at 7 p.m. and arrive the next day at 9 a.m., does that count as one or two days of travel?

Gr,Henk

We have tgv seat reservations for next sunday, but the train has been cancelled due to strikes. No rebooking is possible because all alternatieve trains are fully booked. We have to revert to slower local trains. SNCF offers a 20% reimbursement, but we cannot get this because the seats were booked through interrail. How can we be reimbursed by interrail? We cannot find any information on the website.

I'm not looking for tiny, out-of-the-way stations. No, I was just trying to find out a basic route in Eastern Europe. Details can come later. To my surprise (well, astonishment!) big city names, even capitals are not recognised on the eurail website. Dubrovnik, Sofia, Pristina, they are simply not to be found. How on earth then can I design a basic route if these big cities aren't included? Anyone who can explain this?

I’m trying to get seat reservations from paris to london on 12/30. When I’m NOT logged in it shows there is availability but when I login it states there is no price. I’m confused. This is my first time

Hi all, yesterday I activated my month pass, and planned on traveling from Rome to Amsterdam through Milan and Frankfurt. However, a delayed train in Rome caused me to miss my transfer in Milan. It was therefore already impossible for me to travel to the Netherlands by train that day. Since I decided to stay in Rome, is there a way for me to get my (inbound/outbound) travel day back, and the costs for the reservations that were made on the other trains that I was supposed to take yesterday? It was my first ever attempt at using interrail, so I’m not very aware of the rights that I currently have. Thank you!
