Solved

Our customers are trying to set up their pass for tomorrow (21st December) but when adding the pass to the app it seems to think the trip starts today (20th December) and wants to use an additional pass day when it should not. We have asked them to uninstall and reinstall the app and the error is still happening.

Hi,  I'm currently travelling with an Interrail Global Pass (7 days) on my outbound journey from the UK to Germany. When my ticket was scanned on the train, the system showed the inspector a note saying "Valid in country of residence". This confused him (as I was on a train outside the UK) and he thought that my ticket was ONLY valid in my country of residence, i.e. within the UK.  However, I clearly booked a Global Pass, added the exact journey from the UK to Germany to the ticket and selected it as an outbound journey. My ticket also shows that its a global pass, its only the information that shows up when it's scanned that is confusing.  Why does the system show the ticket validity that way? Is it to highlight that, in contrast to other travel days, the outbound journey is ALSO valid in the country of residence?  I want to get some clarity on this in case I have to discuss this again today. Thanks!

Dear All:I am Kathy form Peru. I am in the midst of understanding the Eurail Global Pass as I am going to visit Europe for the first time. Enquiries below is what come across me when I plan my travel itinerary:I am planning to purchase a Eurail Global Pass 4 days in 1 month: on the eurail website it says that I can travel from 3 to 5 different destinations with this plan. When I go to "Plan your trip" they ask me "Where do you want to go first?" Actually I want to go to Paris first by train but from Barcelona and this is what confuses me: when I put that I want to go to Paris first they don't ask me from which city I will travel to Paris and automatically just because I put Paris as the first destination without them knowing from wich city I will travel to Paris they already charge me $82. The itinerary that I want is Barcelona-Paris, Paris-London, London-Bruges (Belgium), Bruges-Paris. These are 4 trips, but when I put on the eurail website this itinerary it says that is a “5 days tri

Merci d’avance.

My train from Paris to London was cancelled, I can’t change the ticket because I can’t travel the days before, and so I have to cancel my hole trip to London…Refunding for Paris-London was possible, as the train was cancelled (the reservation was made with SNCB and no problem). So, what about the way back, London-Lille ? Yes, the train is not cancelled, but… The reservation was made with eurail, which says “No refund”.  Does anybody has any idea for how to get refund ?

Hi, I am trying to book my journey reservations from London to Edinburgh on 29th December and the eurail website shows that I need to book reservation from ACP website. Also it is mentioned in “more ways to book” that I can use LNER website to book free of cost opposing 10$ fee in ACP rail. I want to know that can I board LNER train with just the seat reservation with my Eurail Global pass as the LNER trains are different timings on the LNER website and when I check the same in on Eurail seat reservations page the timings don’t match. The Eurail website only shows the trains listed on ACP website. I have booked free seat reservation for my journey but will my pass be valid as the same train is not listed on Eurail website only the “ways to book’ section suggests LNER website.

Modifier mon pass ? Je vous remercie pour vos réponses

Hey Guys, a small pretext… I want to go from London to Zurich on 1st January but all the Eurostar trains were sold out from LONDON-PARIS-ZURICH. So I gave some time and found seats in a train from LONDON-BRUSSELS. I am reaching Bruxxeles Midi at 11:15 AM and have reserved this seat. But from Brussels to Zurich there is a train at 12:25 PM from BRUSSELS-FRANKFURT-ZURICH operated by ICE. It says that no seat reservations are required for the same. But other trains like THALYS which require mandatory seat reservations are sold out. So I wanted to know that can ICE train from BRUXXELES-FRANKFURT-ZUERICH HB get full or something and I won’t be able to board at that moment without reservation? Because If this is the case than there would be no other option for me there to get to Zurich and I WILL BOOK THE NON MANDATORY SEAT RESERVATION.But if I can get on the train without any trouble than I will save a few bucks. Please suggest as I am travelling with a Kid and it would be really inconvenie

My husband and I are heading to europe for our honeymoon, however we wanted to take the sleeper train from Paris to Venice. However, I can’t seem to reserve a spot. Would anyone know if it’s still in service?

Im going from strasbourg to Geneva on Wednesday Dec 21st. It says seat reservations are optional and available. Should i make one? Or no? If I don’t make one, what happens? And how will I know which seats on the train are taken and reserved and which one I can sit on? thanks!

Hi there!I’m wondering if anyone had experience traveling to Istanbul in the low season? I booked the 19:10 night train from Budapest to Bucharest. So far so good. But it’s at Bucharest where the adventure really starts. I heard reports of lines being repaired and whatnot and the ticket office in Budapest just flat out said „go to Bucharest“ - so here we are. What are my options once I arrive in Bucharest? It seems that the train will miss the connecting train to Dimitrovgrad/Sofia by an hour according to the schedule, and I don’t see any other way by rail to get to Istanbul Halkali.  so what does the community say? The low season seems to have other schedules and there is no direct train to Istanbul. Shall I take a detour to Sofia by train and arrive late in the evening and continue the next day there or should I stay overnight in Bucharest to get the connecting train the next day?

Ojala alguien pueda ayudarme,Saludos

Hi guys.!! Help please. Trying to buy Global passes for a group of 9. and i am getting this message on the payment page every time. “ Something is wrong, Please refresh page.”  I leave Barbados tomorrow, landing in London Monday, and would like to go to Belgium Monday night.

I’ve been trying to finalize the purchase of two “Sale” Global Passes one for youth and one for adult and I’ve never been able to finalise the process. Each time I get to the payment stage an error shows up saying that something went wrong and I need to refresh the page but the same error shows up and I’m stuck. Anyone has a suggestion on how to overcome this situation? Thanks in advance for your help. Gigi

I'm American, currently in London and booked a hotel for Paris from Dec. 23 - Dec 26..Looking.at regular Eurostar the prices were super expensive. (Last minute trip) I aslo see it doesn't run on the 26th either when mymhotel stay ends. I also had a trip planned to go to Amsterdam Dec 28- Jan 2, so I thought instead of going back to London , I'd go to Belgium in between and book a hotel for the 26th and 27th then head over to Amsterdam.I belive I could get a eurail flexi pass 1month 5 ride ticket that would handle each stop. I am hoping the 'no trains' on  26th is only for Eurostar and I can find some other train to get to Belgium. Would I need reservations into and out of France only(plus 30 fee on each)? Let me know if this the best/ cheapest way to go or if there's a better route. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I really hope someone can help us! My husband got us a 4 day in a month train pass about a month ago. At the time, we planned to travel on the 17th, so he activated the ticket. However, when we went to make reservations he couldn’t reserve on the 17th and we had to reserve for the 19th instead. He forgot to un activate the train on the 17th and it is now showing he used one of his travel days and we havent gone anywhere! Any help or suggestions would be SO appreciated.

Dear Sir, May I use my 1st class EUROPASS to onboard Business Premier on EuroStar train ? Do I need to pay additional charge except seat reservation fee ?Thank you for your further guidance. Phil Lu

Hello,  We are using an interrail pass to travel from Spain (my home country) to the UK.  On the way back we are stopping in Paris and then want to get from Paris to Madrid.  As I understand it to get from Paris to Madrid I have to go Paris-Barcelona and then Barcelona-Madrid.  Is that correct?  And if yes.  Can I include both the Paris-Barcelona and Barcelona-Madrid journeys with my interrail ticket if I do the whole journey on one day??  RENFE have said I cannot travel at all in my home country.  But I think that is wrong.  Please could someone send me a link to the rules so that I can take them to RENFE?   Many thanks.

Here's my question: Does this pass only work when both stops are in Italy? For example: we're leaving Milan and headed to Arth-Goldhau.Would the Italy Eurail pass work since we start in Italy? Or not because we're not ending in Italy?

Just starting research for a few days in the South of France, and would like to get as close to some of the smaller old towns by rail.  Is there a site where I can access a list (or legible map) of rail stations throughout the region?

Sorry if this has been asked before ;-) We have a Global Passes and can see from T&Cs and other questions asked here that our outward journey (Edinburgh to London with LNER, London to Brussels with Eurostar) is covered. My question is simply this - we intend to use the sleeper from Brussels to continue on to Vienna that evening. So my question is - am I right that all that is covered. I am 80% certain and have both Eurostar and Nightjet reservations booked & paid for. It is just that I woke up in the wee small hours this morning with the thought in my mind - what happens of I’m wrong! Any advice will be welcomed and thanks in advance

hi, i’m having some problems with the reservations of the seats:on the Rail Planner app the price is 12€ for all the classes, on Eurail website the price is still 12€ but when i click on it, it magical become 22€, how is this even possible and how can i fix it?

How do you make a reservation on Avanti west coast? Thanks

Hello,I've been trying multiple ways to contact agents from interrail and I haven't got an answer yet. I selected as exit day the 5th of September by mistake but we exited our country today (6th of September). I tried to cancel the day of departure but the app didn't let me and now I have lost a travel day. Could someone help me please? In this image I selected the first day to try to cancel it and it didn't give me that option.
