Is there any other way of booking a eurostar reservation if it is "unavailable" on the rail planner app? I have to go on the 1 Jan to Paris from London and cannot buy a seat reservation. Is there any other website where I may be able to book a reservation?

Hello. I'd like to change my train reservation. Is it possible? . I'd like to change the train from "VENEZIA MESTRE" to "ROMA RERMINI" to 6:38 instead of 8:34. Same date!

I am wanting to travel somewhere next year. I don’t mind where, I just want to catch a long distance train that is most suitable for my needs. I am hoping your can guide me on what is available and best suits my needs.  I live with multiple sclerosis and use a mobility device to get around. I am terrified that my mobility device will tip during the long trips and would like to know if there is anything available to secure my device during my trip. I am very comfortable in my mobility device and will stay in it for the duration of the trip.   I would also like to travel with my partner. And he can assist me with my needs.  What is the best train and service for my needs?

Dear Friends,I am planning to travel from Rome to Venice when i searched in the rai planner the fast train service is not shown up for booking. Is the Frecciarossa train from rome to venice (which takes only 3:48 minutes) included in the Eurail Global Pass and if yes how do we do the reservation (Which website).Kindly guide me.Thank you all for your support and time.

Hey all!  In the beginning of January I am going on my first interrail trip together with a friend. We have a month pass with unlimited travel days, but only managed to get days off for two weeks.  We notice we want too much for the time we have and would love to have some suggestions/opinions on places we could skip or places we should see instead. Also we don't know yet how we could round off our trip back to Rotterdam from Prague. We now picked Leipzig and then ?Also, are there any places we could better visit in a different order because there are better (night)connections?  Thanks a lot!

How does it work for occupying seats on a “no reservation required” train connection between Copenhagen-Hamburg-Prague? We are family of three travelling on 22nd December and want to sit together. If and when we get three seats together at Copenhagen, how to ensure that they are non reserved for the entire duration to Hamburg? Can anyone at any of the stations ask us to move if they happen to have reserved that seat? Thanks in advance!

Hy im Silvester Vajda, I bought an interrail tiquet an avrile.2022. Last week I had a serious accident. I could not travell now. I would like to get back the fees. my reservation number is IN30505712.Thank you, Sincerely,Silvester Vajda, Email: vsilvester1@gmail.com

Hello, We took a One country pass for Austria with my girlfriend. We leave Paris for Salzburg and then go to Vienna and finally return to Paris from Vienna. To go to Salzburg we go through Mannheim and at each reservation whatever the time we can't book the tickets, it's written "Not available for some travallers" we have the same problem for the return (Vienna->Paris). I don't understand because It is written on the website that we have the right to leave our country of residence and return to it with the One country pass. What is the problem and how to solve it? Thank you for your answer.

HiiI will interrail in 2023 in UK and Ireland. I would have time for two months but I don’t know if it’s worth spending the whole two months there? I have no planned route and however I’d like to hike some days in the scottish highlands. Would you recommend buying the one or two months pass? Or have some must-sees in the region? Thanks for the help!

Hi. I’m sure this question has been answered hundreds of times but I’m still a tadge confused. I have a 2 month pass and it says on the App that it has to be activated at the latest by 9th April 2023. Does this mean that I can input a 9th April Activation date (with all journeys taking place between 0001 on the 9th April to 2359 on 8th June ) or do I have to activate the pass on the 8th April by 2359 and complete all journeys by 2359 on 8th June.

How do I get on the train with out the reservations I paid to have emailed to me

Hey I have an Interrail GB pass, first of all, of course, I have to come to great Britain from Hamburg i have been confirmed by staff and other sources that I can travel through France with this passport and use the Eurostar for my outward and return journey. The Interrail site which is the only one I can book my reservations on says "Not available for some travellers". what should I do?

Hi,I have a Interrail GlobalPass and am currently in Austria. I would like to book the Budapest-Bucharest night journey but on the Hungarian site, despite the addition of the pass, the fares are much higher than expected, perhaps they contain the seat + the ticket and I can't find a way to separate them. On the Romanian site, it is impossible to put a form of discount/pass in the entry data. Finally, on the OBB site, the ticket is indicated as not available. Do I have to wait until I'm at the station to take these tickets? I also want to book the Bucharest-Sofia but on neither site is it possible to select these departure and arrival points. How should I do ? Finally, on the Sofia Istanbul, I guess it is only possible to pick it up at the station. Is it possible to still get a seat by booking at the last minute ? Thank you in advance,

Dear Friends,I am planning to leave from Salzburg to Rome in nightjet train.I have two questions on this.1. As I am making the reservation directly on obb website with the global eurail pass discount how am I supposed to enter the travel pass in the eurail app.2. My journey starts at approx 10:00 pm and ends next day morning 10:00am without any train change so as per the travel day definition I will be charged for 1 travel day. But the ""Note: you cannot use your Eurail Pass to take a night train on your last travel day as the validity period will expire at 23.59"" what's the last travel day mean... kindly help

Hi all!Does anyone know if there is a train between Brig Switzerland and Rome Italy?

Hi, I have a few questions on train links in the Balkans that information online continues to give me contradicting advice so I will list all of my questions here to try and sort it outIs there a functioning direct night train from Budapest to Bucharest - some sites say yes and other say no Is there a functioning direct train from Bucharest to Sofia - if not, what is advised to do in order to reach Sofia Is there a route from Sofia to Thessaloniki (for context I am travelling in Summer) Is there a train line connecting Serbia and Bosnia Should I generally just skip Serbia and Bosnia as they are too cumbersome to travel with train? If in Sofia, what is the best way to reach Croatia? Thanks!

I will be traveling from Paris to Interlaken in a couple weeks and the reservation fees are over $222 for three people! And we have passes that are good for first class.Your website says that the fees are usually somewhere between 10-30euro.Is this correct?I have already paid hundreds of dollars for our passes; this seems exorbitant or wrong. Please advise, thank you!

I live in Wales and the first trip on my journey is Scotland, after that im going to europe then returning. I’m confused if Great Britain includes ireland, scotland wales and England- does anyone know if the home country rules apply to all of GB?

Hello! I booked the seat reservation of eurostar from London St Pancras Int’l to Rotterdam on 13 Dec. But the strike action is expected in the UK on 13, 14, 16 December and i was wondering if it is possible to refund the reservation beforehand. Or I can only know whether it is refundable if the strike does happen on that date (cause they haven’t announced if the journey is truely affected)

Hello, it's urgent! I had a 4 days pass. I had booked trains for 2 days that I could not take because of the strikes. They were all the same. How do I get them back? Thanks

Hi, we just made a seat reservation for Thalys on 5/1 and want to change tot 6/1. It seems that this should be possible. Eurrail says response time can be up to 2 weeks. Is this really the case? In two weeks time the alternative seats are most likely already taken.

Hi Dear community Members,I want to know that what countries are included in Eurail Pass? What is the duration period of this global pass?Does we pay any charges to get this pass or free of cost?
