Solved

My birthday data is wrong, I already contacted costumer service but I am concerned that they don’t contact me before my first day (1 June. I don’t know how to change.

I have a train reservation for a train departing in about 10 hours that I received from the train station as the Rail Planner app instructed and I need to add the reservation to my pass on the rail planner mobile app but am unable to do so. Can someone please advise me on this? As an additional aside:Four ticket booth operators spent two hours fidgeting with my phone at the train station where I booked the aforementioned tickets and we’re unable to add the reservation to our journey for the travel day that had been activated.  My wife and I have been traveling throughout Europe for the past month, we booked 3 reservations through the rail planner website and only one of the reservations added itself into our mobile passes the others we had to show the physical reservations and awkwardly explain to the train conductors that our travel days were activated but for some reason the reservations were not showing up on my phone. We were very fortunate to not have been fined during our journey

Hello, I've been doing research for an upcoming trip for the coming summer and part of my ideal route would include going to Belgrade from Sofia. I've seen some information on a direct train, but I have also seen information saying that the line no longer runs.Is it possible? And if so, how do I go about getting to Belgrade. Thanks!

I have tried numerous times to upload my trip to my travel day tomorrow but no button appears on the trip to add to my pass. I have made a reservation for one of the trains as necessary but I don’t know what to do now. It was working fine for the previous travel days.

We have two 1st Class Global Eurail Passes and trying to make seat reservations. We are entering the correct Pass Cover Numbers, (E+8digits), on the Eurail website reservation site, BUT the Eurail website response on both is “Pass Cover Number doesn't look right”…..What is going on? The Pass Cover Numbers are correct...we double checked over and over.Eurail’s customer service is also rather useless…espcially that stupid bot.Is there any other way to reserve seats on TGV train (TGV9210) and THA train (THA9315) I am really finding these very expensive Eurail Passes to be very frustrating.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.ThanksJacqui

Hello! I'm getting Crazy. I want to know if there is the possibility to go to Sarajevo with the bus, because the rail line Is suspended.

Hi Friends,I was issued mobile pass with child as lead participant. Will this be an issue while travelling ? Do I need get this corrected before travel ? If so, how do I do that ?Thank you

Hi, a friend of mine won the DiscoverEU pass and he can't use it. Can he give it to me? I mean can he change the name with mine so that I can travel with his pass?

So basically, I am a UK resident, and I managed to get a free 7 day pass with the scheme run by the EU. I have decided that I want to purchase an additional pass to get some more travel days, probably another 7 day pass. However, since I do a lot of rail travel within the UK, I have noticed that I can purchase a 10 day pass for about £60 more than the 7 day pass - since I will have 2 passes, and I am currently only using one outbound and one inbound journey on my pass, I will have an outbound and an inbound day of travel left over, so I was wondering if I could then use these two days to travel around the UK, most likely starting and ending these trips at the same station (which is most likely Reading or Oxford, which are arguably close to airports) but if necessary I could say use it on a very circuitous route from Reading to Heathrow and then purchase a ticket to get back to Reading Essentially, the question is does the outbound/inbound journey have to be a journey on the fastest rout

I’m traveling in December, but will only need the trains 3 days. Frankfurt to Brussels, next day Brussels to London and later in the month London to Paris. Should I buy the eurail pass for 4 days in a month or is it better to buy each train ticket individually since I only need 3 days?

Hello!I am studying in Valencia this year and over winter break I am meeting my friend from back home in Amsterdam. I need to show up on the 21st of December and I get out of school on the 16th. I want to get there on regional, no reservation trains only because I already spent the money on the pass and I don’t mind if it takes a few days. On budget and on principle, I am not spending another 70 euros on the very first leg of my journey. The problem is, when I look up Valencia - Amsterdam on the Eurail planner with the no reservation filter, it shows me absolutely nothing no matter what dates and times I put in. What I’m wondering is if there’s ANY better way to figure out how to get from one place to the other than just going to the station in Valencia once I’m out of school and taking the first northbound train a whole bunch of times until I’m in Amsterdam. I can’t seem to find any other planning service that’s any more helpful, nor can I find complete timetables for stations themselv

Hi! Can someone help route me from Geneva to verbier? I have the eurail global pass. Thanks!

Hi there, I have a global pass of 4 traindays in a month. I would like to go on holiday in july on my own. Starting in Brussel I would like each trainday to be followed by 2 non-train days (visiting city). I did Germany last year and have already been to Poland, Spain, France. Any suggestions how far I can get with only 4 days of train, including getting back to Brussel?Tine

I’ve plan to go to Lugano from Milano Centrale and on that day I’ll use Eurail for Italy. And I’ll take Train RE80 from Milano Centrale to Lugano at 12:43 on 02.Jan.2023So I cannot find this train in timetable.Dose it means, I cannot take this train? or I can take but no need to reserve a seat? Thanks.

Hi! During our journey accross Europe we will be taking the Bernina express from Chur to Tirano over the Alps. We will be arriving in Tirano the 29th of June, and are planning to travel to Milano from there.  However, on both the Railplanner app and Trenord's (the operator) website there are no trains on this stretch at this date. On Trenords website the usual schedule with trains several times a day stops the 26th of June. After that there is only one connection which says "not purchasable". Is this simply because they have not yet updated their website with summer timetables? I cannot find any information about construction work on the line. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.  Here is the link to Trenord's website with the date I want to travel: [https://www.trenord.it/store/#/en/booking/step1?departure=TIRANO&destination=MILANO%20CENTRALE&from=20220629&fromstart=08:00&fromend=23:59](https://www.trenord.it/store/#/en/booking/step1?departure=TIRANO&de

Ich möchte den Pass stornieren und suche jetzt schom zwei Tage den Weg wie man das macht.

Hello, with a 3-day Finland pass for 2 adults and 2 children 5/8 years old, total cost 1 class €322, can I book a sleeping car? Is it possible to sleep with children in a 2 bed carriage? thank youluca from Italy

Hello, I'm the holder of 2 Eurail Pass. The reason why I made an inquiry is because of the seat reservation. I put those seats in my shopping basket to reserve the seats I want.If you enter the shopping basket, there is a button called 'checkout', and you press the button and enter 'Billing details' and 'contact details'. After that, I tried to proceed to the next step by pressing the button 'continue to traveler details', but the button did not work.To solve this problem, I tried various browsers on the computer, tried English, Korean, and Spanish on the Eurail homepage, reduced the number of seats in the shopping cart to two, and tried using my cell phone. But none of them worked. If anyone knows the answer to this question, please answer. Thank you.

Hey there,Is it possible with an Interrailpass to travel from Norway directly to the UK? Or any tips about that?

I have a train booking from Munich - Venice via OBB nightjet 1 December 11pm. We were only notified recently that Italy will be having strikes on 1 December 9pm - 2 December 9pm. Will this affect our train? Have called up OBB but they do not have any further details on this. Should we still go ahead with boarding the train? Can't imagine getting stuck on the train for 15 hours till the strike ends at 9pm...
