Hello, I had bought 2 passes and am unable to travel sitee to personal reasons. I went ahead and requested refund but even though both passes had been deactivated, I only got refund for the one pass that was listed. Can someone help?

Hi!I am going to travel from Sweden to Germany and the UK in December-January. It seems like an Interrail pass will provide more flexibility and less costs than booking with the separate train lines, but I have a few concerns regarding this. First, I would still have to book seat reservations to be sure to be allowed on the train (in most cases, especially from Germany to the UK?) Second, seat reservation tickets for UK trains will be posted per mail which means I cannot be spontaneous about the exact date, and I have to book and receive these tickets before I leave for Germany? This seems to make it rather inflexible. (And I read about a nightmare scenario where one customer had to buy a full price UK Eurostar ticket despite having an Interrail pass!) Then a few other questions. Can I expect discounts on most regional buses? Would I need to buy a completely new pass / separate tickets if I notice that the period of time / number of travel days won't be enough? Does December-January us

Hi, I want to take a trip to Austria form the end of December to the start of January. So, I was thinking of taking the interrail 7-day global pass. From the terms and conditions, it is noted that the Interrail Global Pass is valid in your country of residence for one outward journey and one return journey which you can make at any time during your travel days. So I wanted to know if the pass is also valid for travel to several cities in Austria. Thanks in advance for your information.Charlotte SAGNARD

Hi everyone, I'm planning to take the nightjet munich-Venice on 12th December, but the site says "booking not available". Do you know when the 2023 schedule will be complete?

I just wanted to pay the tickets with my credit card, I filled all the forms and my credit card number, but when I clicked the button, all thing just restarted, and it had me to refill the credit card number again. Now, I’m worry about whether I should fill the credit card number again. I’m afraid that I have to the pay double tickets.

Hello, we bought an Interrail ticket plus for our son Joris in July. He was supposed to use it for a language study trip to England. Unfortunately, the interrail accounts on all possible trains were already fully booked, which is why he could not travel by train. We would therefore like to have the ticket refunded. As a precaution, we bought the plus version, but when you log on to their site and try to return the ticket, it always says: You currently have no orders eligible for a refund. How can we return the pass and get the money refunded? Pass number: G7T1JX Sincerely Marcus Bürger

Hi, I would like to book a ticket from Germany to Paris for December 17th and come back the next day, December 18th back to Munich. What is the best pass for this type of trip?

Dear eurail support team,@Nanja @Leo @Annie.  (Our trip will start in 2 days!) We paid for the mobile eurail pass 8 hours ago (around 14:00 UTC, 11/16) using the debit card.Still we did not receive any confirmation email. Besides, any orders cannot be found in the account information.. However, there is a confirmation that we already paid for the pass by the history of the debit card. Would you check what is the problem and what we should do? When you contact me (DM?), I can give our eurail account and order details, SIncerely,wj777

I bought an Austria Eurail Pass and I intend to take the train EC564 leaving from Vienna to Salzburg. It is displayed as conditions apply and I am not sure what that means. This is my first trip with a Eurail pass. Can anyone tell me? Thank you.

Hola. Viajo en enero y no me aclaro con las info que tenéis en la web. Quiero viajar desde Málaga hasta chamonix, luego a estrasburgo y friburgo y después a brujas,  y de brujas a Málaga.

I originally reside in Korea, and currently in London for travelI booked a ticket from Paris to Barcelona with a eurail pass even before coming to UKThe ticket was to be sent as a physical one, so I asked my airbnb host of where I'll be staying, that I could use the address of the place for the delivery and keep my physical ticket until I get there in person, which is this upcoming WednesdayThe delivery came but my host couldn't access the package, even though I stated my host's name and address very clearly when I made the reservation from eurail websiteMy host said that I need to make a document of power of attorney to the France post office, and we didBut my package got "went back to the sender" right after the POA document was systematically accepted, so my host could not get the physical ticket from the office for meAnd I was told this fact only from my host, never from Eurail nor France post office Has anyone had a same/similar experience?Does anyone know how to solve this kind o

Can I use Eurail Global pass with any hop on hop off

Hi,I recently purchased a 5 day in 1 month Eurail Global pass for my family. As I was planning for my trip, I noticed that the date of birth was off by one day for all travellers on my Eurail.com website account under the “Trips and travelers” section  for “Upcoming trips”. When I checked my Mobile Pass on the Planner App under “My Pass”,  the date of birth for all travellers was correct. I like to make sure that all the information on the website account is aligned with the Mobile pass on the Planner app.Should I be concerned about this and how do I get this fixed without messing up the info on the mobile pass version? Thank You!

Hi, I am wanting to reserve a seat on the 15th Jan from Zurich to Zermatt. I was looking for advice on how to make reservations on the Swiss trains. I also wanted to check as this route has one change at Visp for only 6 minutes - is this enough time to change trains?Cheers,Hayley

Hi, I am trying to find a route from Stockholm to Levanger between the 16 and 18 of December. Everywhere I look it says that the prices are unavailable and I don't understand why I can't book this route but can book others.

Hi!Me and my friend bought two Global Pass (mobile pass) and each activated them on their device. Tomorrow, 1st August will be our first day of travel. A few days ago I activated my Global Pass on IPad, subsequently I deactivated my pass and I reactivated it on my friend’s device who duplicated his trip and linked my pass to it. I would like to know if everything is ok and if the pass will work correctly. Thanks

Hi there, I’m planning ahead for a trip from London to Hamburg next summer and would like to travel Brussels-Cologne-Hamburg. When looking at potential routes (via the Interrail seat reservation tool), it only shows the route Brussels-Amsterdam-Duisberg-Hamburg, even for trips this month. That seems like a long way around with some very tight connections. Anyone know why that is? How will I be able to reserve seats on the route I want to use?Thank you very much.  A

We are trying to reserve a sleeper train online but at the checkout, it marks it as seat. Is there any way to confirm these are indeed sleeper trains?

We will be visiting our daughter who is studying abroad. My husband and I bought global passes and are trying to get from Lisbon to Madrid on December 13. However, I am never able to see any trains scheduled after December 10. Why is that? This is stressing me out, as I like to have my plans in place. Thanks for a response.

I currently reside in the USA (Texas), I have a Texas Drivers License but I have a UK passport not a US passport. Looking to travel throughout Europe this holiday season and came across the Eurail Global Pass. Would I be able to use the Eurail Global Pass given that I live in the USA, but have a UK passport?
