My trip has a transfer in Frankfurt and I am arriving at Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Regionalbf. From there I am making a 15 minute transfer to Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Fernbf. QUESTION... 1) Are these two the same train station? 2) What are the physical addresses to both these stations?Thank you in advance

I am going to be traveling in Italy next May for my honeymoon and I’m trying to set up my itinerary. I didn’t have any problems finding train routes from Rome to Florence but after we leave Florence, we plan to go to Cinque Terre. However, no routes show up when searching trains from Florence to La Spezia on Eurail. Additionally, after we leave La Spezia, we will head to Venice but I couldn’t find any routes for that either from La Spezia to Venice. What should I do about these two train trips?

I booked several reservations worth 72€ yesterday and got a confirmation email. The money already left my account, however, I am unable to access the e-tickets for the reservations. The reservation overview view says “You currently have no reservations”. Does anyone know what the issue could be or whether I can get my money back? Since the first train is tomorrow lunch, I’d really appreciate a fast reply

How do I get the incorrect birthday’s updated to reflect the correct dates.  Why does the system adjust it and change it even though I selected the correct day? Thank you for your help.

I bought the interrail global pass for 3 months and I am not an EU citizens but I have residence permit in the NL, I do understand how the inbound and outbound journey but how can I avoid this since I am going back and forth to NL since I don't want to pay extra for that. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi, I bought Interrail tickets for my mother and me since she'll visit me in Germany in March and afterward we'd like to travel through Europe together.I'm studying in Germany and have a residence permit as a student so, I use my ID and information to buy the ticket. However, I just saw that we both have Germany as a place of Residence in the pass. My mother is not an EU citizen nor does she have a residence in Germany. Is this going to be a problem? and is it possible for me to do anything about it?

I’m planning to travel between France, Italy and Austria with a family of 3 - 2 adults and 1 child 10 years old. We are looking to sleep comfortably on sleeper with 3 beds. Should we choose 1st class flexi eurail pass or 2nd class?

Hi,I made a reservation for a train from Nimes to Barcelona on November 20 but was not given the option to opt-out of paper ticket delivery.I provided the address and contact information of my Airbnb host but just received word that he won’t be able to sign for my package upon its delivery. I unfortunately won't be arriving in Monte Carlo until November 18- two days before my scheduled departure on the above train.Given that I've purchased a Eurail mobile pass, can I obtain an electronic version of my seat reservation? I don’t have an address of my own to provide because I’m currently backpacking. I’ve tried getting touch with Eurail customer service via email and visited a help desk in Vienna but no one has been able to help; I’m getting anxious.

Ich möchte natürlich sehr ungern noch ein Interraillticket kaufen..Kann mir jemand da weiterhelfen oder weiß eine Lösung?  liebe Grüße Miriam

I have a layover in Bologna for 4 hours and 11 minutes from the hours of 0109-0520. QUESTIONS.... 1) Can you sleep in the train station waiting area? 2) And if so,  is it safe? 3) Also, any tips you could provide for staying for thise few hours IF you can not stay in the waiting area?Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone! It's my first time to do an Interrail and I'm a little confused. I need help and hope that someone can help me. I checked the FAQ in the Rail planner app and I found out that it's not possible to go in a first class train if I have a second class Pass. First of all, I had problems to find trains that go to Stockholm or Norway in the interrail website, so at the end I booked a train ticket in the site "www.sj.se". I decided to book a first class ticket because I thought that this was possible, but reading that news now I believe that I made a mistake. Is this true? Please help and thank you in advance.

I saw the website stated that there is regional train from Milan to Tirano. Therefore, I’m planning to take train and then take the Bernina Express at Tirano. However, I saw the train journey is totally different during the early of December (2 hours) compare to the date that I travel (15 hours). Does the timetable accurate?

I have bought two passes (for me and a friend) on one interrail account. Do you need to link these accounts to make seat reservations together, if so how? Is it better to have the tickets on the same or separate devices?

I am currently planning to use my one remaining inbound/outbound travel day of my mobile Global Pass in the night from thursday to friday this week to travel from Venice to my country of residence Germany. Now I discovered that the available trains have really bad timing: I need to change trains in Munich towards northern Baden-Württemberg and my options are either:Arrive in Munich Hbf from Verona at 22:42 on November 3rd with ECB80 (would require one inbound day on November 3rd).Leave Munich Hbf at 0:01 with the ICE618, for which I can no longer use the inbound day, because it’s already November 4th, so I would need to buy a full price ticket.Or:Arrive in Munich Ost from Salzburg at 0:01 with the NJ468 (would require one inbound day on November 3rd).Then I would need to continue with S-Bahn and ICE, for which I can’t use the inbound day. I’m currently planning to use the first option and purchase a full-price ICE ticket for the rest of my journey in Germany after arriving in Munich. But

Hi AllI will be heading to Switzerland and Italy. Just checking if the ‘Eurail Pass Italy Only’ will cover the rail from Switzerland to Milan when I activate my Eurail Pass.

Hi,I have taken a pass today - 1st November and I am travelling from 19th December through the 1 month global pass. Can I enter the activation date on the application? If not, how can i reserve/book trains before hand - now and not wait till December? Thanks!

Trying to reserve from AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL (Netherlands) to ANVERS-CENTRAL (Belgium) and it won’t let me. Do I have to do multiple booking one go for it to work or? I notice that later dates won’t populate so I am booking it one by one instead of one go, is this an issue? It doesn’t make sense for me to wait for my full trip to populate train rides and they book it in one go.The experience of trying to use the App hasn’t been great either. There isn’t a notification to tell you that train rides are now available, I have to go to the app each day to check and now that I can see the trains available I can’t make a reservation.

I bought a 5 days first class Flexible Eurail Global Pass  via Rail Europe about 7days ago.I was trying to buy eurail intercity tickets after seat reservation ,In my cart , your company ask to me pay 66.64 US dollar But I can't pay that because of your system stopping at " continue to traveler's detail-At this time how can i pay for your seat reservation fees ?

Hi currently study in UK(university) and I have EU passport and non-EU passport. And me and my friends who study in Spain want to travel Europe in 2023 summer. And I want to start my rail journey with my friend so I am thinking to fly to Spain and then start the journey. in that case should I get Eurail pass or Interrail pass. If it is Eurail, do I need to bring both passports in journey?

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to interrupt my trip and used both my inbound/outbound travel days to The Netherlands. When I want to resume my trip from my home country, I can use my Dutch subscription until the border. However, how does it work with Interrail? Can I use my pass starting at the border, or at the first station after the border? In other words: Do I need to buy a supplementary ticket from the last Dutch station to the first non-Dutch station? Or do the two different train cards merge seamlessly?

Hi, my paper tickets for the journey from Montpellier to Madrid did not arrive in the mail. PostNL status indicates that delivery has failed on 21 Oct, after reaching a Switzerland sorting centre, with no further updates thereafter. I contacted swiss post which told me they do not have the location of the item, and I need to tell the sender to raise an enquiry with postNL.  I am waiting for a reply from postNL and Eurail on what to do next.  In the meantime, I was hoping to draw on the advise from the community on what to do. I travel in around 2 weeks time. Unfortunately It's only after facing such problems that I read many comments in the community warning about buying paper tickets. My questions are1. Should I request to cancel and refund my tickets, then quickly book a new one?2. If I book a new ticket, should I do it through eurail again and hope it goes through this time?3. If I'm in switzerland, am I able to visit a swiss ticket office (as mentioned by Rgvborgt in a guide) to bu

Hello, I am an international student with a Dutch residence permit and a non-EU Pasport. I am thinking of buying a 3-months Global Pass. My questions are: 1. Can I buy the Eurail Pass (not Interrail) with my non-EU Pasport even if I have an EU residence permit? Or am I obligated to buy the Interrail Pass?2. I see that the Interrail pass has the Inbound/Outbound Journey Rule. Does this mean that I can only use the Interrail Pass for 2 days only in my residence country (but in those 2 days I am free to travel as much as I want in my residence country)? If this is true, after my 2 days are gone, does it mean I need to buy a ticket to neighboring-country's border and only then can use my interrail pass again?3. Can I use the Interrail if I travel outside Netherlands and then go back to Netherlands again (since I am a student and have classes) and, after a few days, travel abroad again or is this violated the Inbound/Outbound Rule since I will me using many days of travel in and out of the

Is it possible to go back and look at reservations made months ago.  I made a reservation that due to changes in train schedules no longer worked and I am filing an insurance claim for the amount of it and new reservations
