Hi I bought a 4 day pass, but now realise I need 5 travel days. I bought plus with my pass so I could refund. How can I get this refund? Im leaving on thursday so thought I would buy a new pass and refund the 4 day one. Does this seem sensible?? thanks! xx

I have a 7 days pass and I took 5 trips until now. However “my pass “ says I have only one trip left. What can I do?Thanks!Regina

Hi .. Can i purchase global pass at Larissa station because i don't to buy in advance ?

I purchased seat reservations on the Avignon Barcelona Service for 21 October. These were ordered and confirmed by Eurail who said paper tickets would be posted out. I paid £70. The tickets have never been sent. There is no phone number for Eurail. Repeated emails have been ignored. We are now left with no reservations for this train but have seats on trains just before and after. I am very disappointed with this service and especially the fact that Eurail just can’t be contacted.

Does anybody have information regarding a Transport National Strike in France starting Oct. 17 and running through Oct. 23?We have only seen it on one website (https://worldinparis.com/transport-in-france-strike-news-tips-for-traveling-to-paris) and nowhere else.Would that impact trains and flights from France? We are scheduled to fly from Bordeaux for Barcelona on Oct. 17 on Ryanair.I looked at trains as a potential plan, but most of them are sold out according to Trainline - with one available also using a bus to go from Narbonne to Barcelona.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hi there, I have a plastic ticket case for my Interrail from 2017 and I want to get a new one - or an equivalent. Does anyone have any advice for where I could get one from? Or anything else I could store my paper passes in :)

Hello everyone!I am writing to kindly ask you a question (anyone aswering will be much appreciated). I re-booked the seats as my prior order went wrong (apparently when I first tried there was a technical issue with Italian trains), this time I received the tickets in my email but I can't see the order in the Reservations Overview page in my Interrail account, is that normal?.Moreover, does anyone know when I’ll approximately receive the refund for the first order? I did write an e-mail to the custumer service, they read it  but never responded. Thanks in advance for you help and you kindness. Hope you have a nice day

hi guys, im trying to book seat reservations for a few trains - 10th Dec 2022: EC 52 from Milan Centrale to Spiez 14th Dec 2022: TGV Lyria from Basel to Parisbut there are no results shown on the Eurail app. It says that they don’t have train times for these dates yet as they are waiting for a timetable update. Any idea how long that will take or where else can i book my reservations other than the Eurail app? Thanks

Anyone know if the Eurail pass is good for this train?  I can’t find the BAri airport station on the app but i’m looking to get 4 of us with Eurail passes there to rent a car and then back into the city after we drop off the car. Thanks,Jason

I would like to know one thing,I have eurorail pass and I saw in you tube videos, people are tapping some card on entry gate, with my eurorail pass, how to get gate pass?

Hello, I hope you can help me.I booked the Interrail Global-Pass, because I wanna travel from Augsburg (DE) to Angouleme (FR) on the 2nd of November. My preferred choice would be the train from “Augsburg” 07:16 - 12:31 to “Paris Est” and then from “Paris Montparnasse” at 14:19 - 16:35 to “Angouleme”. The return is supposed to be on the 4th of November. Now the problem is that I can't buy a reservation on the Interrail website for the TGV to Paris because this error message appears:"Prices unavailable. No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable."  At first I thought that simply this particular trip was fully booked, but even the furthest in the future TGV train (10/12/22) to Paris has this error message (I even tried different parameters, like starting point, date, time, etc.).I have also not been able to find any other website through which I could book only

Hello!I have two enquiries:1. I will be travelling 15+ "travel days" spread out over the span of 2 months via different countries within Europe + different cities/regions within those countries. Would the Consecutive 2 Month Eurail Global Pass be best for me?2. In 2nd Class, are there generally luggage compartments/areas to store luggage? Or is this only in 1st class? Thanks so much in advance!

Hello everyone,Me and my girlfriend will start our interrail on Monday. We are excited about it after made a lot of preparation. We have our stops and we booked already some trains but I have some questions because I did’t find a clear answer in the posts here in the forum. For Krakow → Budapest : we plan to take a night train. I found this website mentionned in a post: https://booking.polrail.com/ Do you recommend it to book a couchette?  For Ljubljana → Split, I have to make a change in Zagreb, so take a second train from Zagreb to Split. In Slovenia,  I did find any information to book the first train. For the second, I saw that there is no possibility to book trains in Croatia. It has to be done in the country. Can you confirm? For the rest, I found myself or it didn’t require a reservation. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I’m new here. We are planning to purchase the global pass and our interrail travel plan would include total 12 countries, 4 night stays in hotels in 4 different countries. Our budged would be 2500€ total (including the global pass). Does this sound as a realistic plan for you? Both of us doesn’t have previous experience of traveling through EU by train. And I’ve other question about night trains as well, is there any night train (between any countries in EU) which would include private toilet inside the room? And are the night train rooms always shared rooms with random travellers or is there possibility to buy a private room as well? Thanks for advance for your help!

Hi,as far as the official Interrail map is showing a ferry to reach Helsinki from Staockholm has to go to Tallinn first before continuing to Helsinki resp train to Turku. Is this correct or is there an Interrail option to go from Stockholm to Turku or Helsinki directly (without Tallinn)?ThxJürgen

Hi everyone,I’m a bit confused. I bought a rail pass to travel next christmas and today, the 15th of october, there is still no train timetable available on interrail website further than the 10th of december.I’m afraid it will be too late. For example, the SNCF in France launched tickets for christmas holidays and most of the tickets on the main lines have been sold.I’m a bit disappointed and I’m thinking of asking for a refund for my pass and eventually buy a flight ticket I would have paid 100 euros less if I had bought it last month…Any advice ?

Hi,  Just a real quick y/n question, couldn’t find the exact answer anywhere: I am a German citizen, currently living in Ireland and I want to use the Interrail pass to travel FIRST FROM Ireland via UK to Germany and THEN again FROM Germany Switzerland. So can I use the inbound travel first and the outbound trip second? Thanks a lot Olaf

Hi,as I have a one month passport:if I travel in February I will have just 28 days for traveling,??? if I start March 1st I will have 31 days ??? or is there a possibility to start in Feb and to have also the 31 days for traveling???ThxJürgen

Hello! I have a short transfer time of 4 minutes from Lugano (regional train) to Lugano (intercity train). Is it possible to transfer within that short period of time? Would greatly appreciate any help :-)

I hold residence permit for Netherlands, want to travel from Antwerp to Eindhoven and Eindhoven to Antwerp on daily basis from Monday to  Thursday ?Is it possible using interrail global pass with validity period of 3 months ?

I have enjoyed using my paper pass and it’s time has now expired. I thought I read somewhere that the completed paper passes needed to be sent back to Interrail so that they could allocate your usage to the various train companies you used? Have I just made that up? Do they just use the mobile pass data to calculate the allocation now? Thanks
