We are due to travel in Europe on a two month pass. We are breaking the trip up because of family issues so have booked a trip around Scandinavia to start. This involves both the in and out uk journeys. Started planning the second trip to Poland. We are flying to Krakow and using the train from there. Tried putting in a train from krakow to Budapest but although it says ‘saved to trip’ when you look on trips it is not there. we have two passes and it is added on one but refuses to be added on the other. any reason why it will not show on trips and how do I move this on.steve

I would like to tie my pass to both my mobile phone and my tablet. The overview is better on the tablet so I´d like to use that for planning but the mobile is better for registering actual trips and has always internet connectivity (tablet can work on wifi). As I try to register my pass on the mobile phone I get a question if I was to disassociate my pass with other devices, when I press no I do not get the option to associate the pass.Any help on how to would be welcome.

Hello fellow travelers, Due to covid I started my journey a bit later then I had plannend. Because of that I can't use alle my travel days because I have to be back at home at the end of august because of work. That means that at the end of my trip I still have some travel days left (about 3 or 4 days). But my pass is valid till 18th of September. I thought I could do a weekendtrip for example to Paris because I have some spare travel days. Is that possible and how does it work with the outbound and inbound? Because I only have one left.  Hope to hear from you soon!

I plan to buy new iPhone in Nov22. However, I would like to purchase eurail global pass and make a seat reservation in advance. Is it possible to log-in my pass ticket into computer and make a seat reservation in Oct22. Then, in Nov22, I will do log-in my mobile pass in my new iPhone in Nov22

How can I change the language?

de qué forma puedo saber el número de kilometrajes recorrido en todos los trenes que utilice en mi viaje

Hi.  I have been in 50+ trains yet, but had a rather bad experience with train crew today. I have a paper pass, but i plan my journey in the app and since today, everyone was okay with only seeing the paper pass, id and me having the journey planned in My trip. Now, the conductor in train in Austria was rather angry and said that there should be some sort of QR code in the app that she have to scan and that it does not mean anything that i have it listed in my trip. I have the paper pass connected and after the end of every journey, it adds to my statistics so i thoungt that everything is right.  Is it? Was the conductor wrong and did she only confused it with mobile pass, or Is there something wrong with my pass?  Thank you a lot!

Hi, m currently on  night train from Paris that was due to terminate at Nice. Due to an accident it is 2h delayed and terminating early at Marseille. We were due to travel from Nice to Genoa today but will now miss our original connections. How do we ensure onward travel to Nice (and Genoa) without extra cost? Is there any compensation for the delay/not arriving at the intended destination? Using the 5 days in 1 month pass. Many thanks in advance for any suggestions!Jordan

Hello! My trip is gonna start very soon, in a week and I'm still not very sure about how does the app work. When I want to take a train that doesn't require any reservation, all I need to do is to add it to my pass and when the time comes, to show the QR code to the conductor. Right? What I'm supposed to do when I have booked an reservation for a train that required it? What I should do then? What do I need to show to the conductor? Except the tickets, is there anything else I need to show to the conductor? Thanks!

Hello.I am based in Manchester, England and we are travelling using the eurostar to Paris and back through Brussels using the eurostar once we have finished our 1 month trip.I understand the pass includes in INBOUND & 1 OUTBOUND journey from the UK what is not clear is does this include trains from Manchester aswell as the eurostar which will be taking us out of the UK to Paris? For example to get to Manchester to the eurostar it is 2 trains THEN the eurostar & the same on the return to the UK.Will my ticket be valid for these journeys before the eurostar or will I need to but separately directly from Avanti? Thanks.

Hi, I am a Belgian national living in the UK as a student. I understand that to prove my UK residence I need "an official residence document issued by the government. This must be a document that clearly proves that the Customer is registered in the country where they live." But I can't seem to find any way to get this kind of document from UK authorities. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have started loading “My Trip” on my mobile phone but would like to be able to do it on the computer as it is easier. Can this be done and if so, how? How do I share “My Trip” with my partner on their mobile phone?

I started travelling today with the interrail mobile app. Although I managed to get it all up and running for the first two legs of the trip, I am having critical issues with the app right now. The problem is that the rail planner does not work anymore: each time I select a departure or destination, the planner resets again so it is impossible to add a new leg to my trip. The FAQ states that it is also possible to add journeys manually, but this option seems to be missing in the app I have (version 19.0.0 om android 10). So in essence it is downright impossible to add any journeys to my pass and thus to get a valid ticket, so I cannot travel any further. How can this be fixed?I also contacted the support via email, but they say they will only answer within 7 days, which I think is pretty long if you are stranded with an app that is not working.

We ned an extra outbound day to go from Gothenburg to Narvik. We are leaving Gothenburg at 17.24 at the 23 of July and will arrive in Narvik at 17.42 at 24 of July. We have to change train in Stockholm and Boden. How do we do?

We had a trip planned on the 6th to go to from NL to Spain. On the 5th at 18:30 we get an email that the french rails are on strike the next day (our travel day) and we see that our train is canceled. Now it’s impossible for us to travel anymore because 3/5 trains were canceled and everything was fully booked everywhere. We went to the central station on the 6th very early in the morning to see if there’s any chance to get another connection but no success. We cancel the entire trip and we notice that we cannot deactivate the pass. The problem now is that we contacted interrail a bunch of times and after an initial reply from them they ghosted us. It’s been a week and no answer after multiple other attempts to reach them. This is really frustrating, we don’t want any sort of refund just a deactivation so that we can use the passes later. We never scanned our passes anywhere and everything is just going to waste.Any advice on how to proceed?

Hi, does any one know if the app with generating tickets works on a iPad? I see the QR code, but it is quite big and want to know it does not give rise to troubles when conductors on the train need to check it. Thanks, mo

Hello,My partner and I are looking for a Greek island pass (6-day). Unfortunately, we didn’t buy the pass before we started traveling and are now unable to receive one as the shipping time is 1 month. We are currently in Italy (Milano) and were hoping to buy one here but they all seem very confused at the station. Is there anywhere in Italy that we can buy such pass? Preferably around Milano or Rome. Sorry for the inconvenience.Kind Regards
