Hi everyone,I booked two tickets on the interrail website but I didn’t receive anything (paper ticket), and I travel tomorrow. Can my ticket be found directly by the controller in the train?Has anyone been in that case?Thank you very much !Théo

In just over a week I’ll travelling from London to Milan via Paris and Zurich. Eurostar have just emailed me saying that the train I will be taking from London to Paris will depart an hour later due to strikes. This means that I won’t make the connections that I have reserved. With my new arrival time at the Gare du Nord the quickest way to get to Milan no longer takes me via Zurich so I’d like to get refunds for my connecting trains and reserve some different trains. Is that possible and how do I go about it? Thanks in advance.

My wife and I have just got mobile flexi passes and have added them as individual passes to our seperate devices. What is the best way to be able to book our rail tickets so that we definitely get the same reservation and seating together on each train trip? Thanks for any help.

Hello,Looking to get the Bar to Beograd day train in a couple of days. I see the night train is on the interail app but not the day one.Does anyone know how we get tickers for this train? Thanks,Adam

Hello. So I’m traveling with a night train but the night train is delayed and I can’t catch my following train. So this is my last inbound trip and the following train is in my home country. So technically I don’t have the chance to take a train which comes later because I used my travel day in combination with that night train. What can I do?

We activated phone eurail app using my ID but it doesn’t show my wife who is on the same ticket ?   So she activated app on her phone with her ID and created trip reservations but it doesn’t show me.  We purchased eurail ticket together, which shows both of us on the purchase receipt with separate ID. We cannot reach anyone with eurail to explain this… Thank you

Hi all, This is my first  ever booking of Thalys, I decided to use the train instead of a plane because I thought it would be more reliable but looks like it is not. We have travelled to Cologne from Portugal and have a Thalys booked for tomorrow to get to Paris, from where we willl fly back to Portugal. However, I just got a message from Thalys that due to the flood the train won't be stopping at Cologne tomorrow?   Can the situation still change? Or do I need to run ti the ticket office now?How do I get to Paris? They suggest to use Aachen or Dusseldorf but I am not sure how to get to Paris from there??? We have the hotel booked for tomorrow and no booked stay in Cologne so we would really like to get to Paris tomorrow :) Thanks a lot in advance for any tips

Hi All, I am from India and this is my first time travel to EU. While my travel from India to Paris is on 3 OCT where I will stay for 5 nights, I have already booked my train ticket for further travel from Paris to Barcelona. I booked it on Trainline app and the ticket has Interrail Eurail logo in it.. I am bit confused whether I can use this ticket for travel from Paris to Barcelona since I have read somewhere that Interrail Eurail pass is for EU citizens. While I know that it's not the pass that I have taken, it's a ticket but wanted to confirm with you all that I can travel on the ticket. Thanks in advance

Hi, I bought a mobile global pass and I’m trying to book a reservation for the train from Oslo to Bergen (Norway). Unfortunately, the paper ticket is the only option I can choose on interrail.eu, and that ticket will arrive too late. I know there is also the possibility to receive the ticket at the hostel I will stay, but it’s not that simple because it’s required the hostel owner name (obviously I don’t know his/her name). Is possible to get a reservation in another way?

Hello everyone,In my "discoverEu" app it says I must book a seat for a train, but when I come to the website in order to book the seat it says it isn't mandatory and I can't do it. What should I do? Thank youuuuu

Hi - I’m planning to fly into London and take a train on New Year’s Day to Amsterdam. I’ve read that the train should still operate on a schedule similar to a Sunday schedule. Then planning to go from Amsterdam to Paris.I want to book these in advance but searching says the times are not released yet. Can someone let me know when these will be available to make reservations? Thanks!

Hi everyone. I leave tomorrow Switzerland so I am finally ready to activate my pass. I went to go activate it and it asked for my passport ID number. When I put it in, it keeps telling me that something went wrong. I leave tomorrow morning and I’ve already made all my reservations. Please help! I am desperate I don’t know what it’s not working.

Hello, I have a question about making a reservation from bucuresti to budapest. We first made a reservation through the interrail reservation page, which led to paper tickets being sent. Unfortunately the tickets were not accepted by delivery and are being returned to sender now. We don't have enough time to reserve paper tickets again. We tried to reserve tickets through the Hungarian and Romanian railway company but then we have to pay full price (ticket and reservation) because we can't manage to get discount with our mobile passes. Is there someone who can help us with booking the reservation directly at the railway company? / Does anyone know if we can get these tickets at the Romanian (or Turkish, as we are now in Istanbul) station? Thank you in advance!Krista

Hi, I'm trying to get into my rail planner- app, I haven't had any issues before but since it has just updated it won't let me past the privacy policy page. I check the box to agree, but then it says something went wrong. I need to get into the app but don't know how. Any suggestions?

My number pass cover is wrong it’s began with IN.. and i have to travel this night  Can someone please help us i have the number of the pass  And an other question because i didn’t receive my pass yet, can we travel with a scan of it ?? thanks

Hi, I would buy a 4 days in one month pass but I have a doubt: I wouldn’t pass nights in these cities so I’d go somewhere and the same day I’d go back home. Could I go to 4 cities taking 8 trains (milano-home; napoli-home…) or have I to visit 2 cities taking four trains overall? thank you all in advance :)

Is the monthly pass valid for a calendar month? So if we activate our one month pass to start travel tomorrow 5th Sept, is our last travel day 4th October - 30 days? But if travelling in October, we'd have 31 days? Is that how it works?

Hello. My partner and I are traveling to Europe in a few weeks and we are wondering if the global pass is best purchased before arriving in Europe or if it is the same price buying it once we get there?

We have a Global First Class Pass, but due to a misunderstanding, we’ve only got standard class seat reservations on some of our trains. Is it possible to upgrade the seat reservations to the first class / premier seats?

I am using the Eurail app and looking at trains from Stresa, Italy to Milan. All of the trips I am seeing in the app are about 2 hours (1:42, 2:31, 2:41, 2:38, 2:41) and many of them involve buses. In fact, the shortest trip is all on bus. I tried several different days and they are all long trips. I have personally taken the train several times as recently as 1 year ago, and know its under 1 hour, maybe even 0:50. Its the same train ride from Domodossola through Stresa down to Milan.  Is the app having problems, or are the train tracks out of commission? Last year, a track was under construction in France for a few weeks. I don’t know how to find that in Italy.

I have a mobile pass and am trying to book a high speed train but it wont let me. I am trying to book Brussels to Paris and there is only 1 train left for Saturday. Please help!

I reside in Canada and will be travelling to Europe with family on October 2nd on 7 day euro rail global pass. I have two questions. is mobile pass sufficient to travel to multiple destinations? how do I also request paper passes? (as backup just in case there are issues with mobile pass)  How can I change the DOB for one of the travelers. I tried changing it through my account but when I click edit, it is greyed out.

This was my itineraryBrussels to Cologne - Thalys 9471 - 19:25 - 21:15 Cologne to Zurich - OBB nightjet NJ403 - 23:42 - 8:05There is a flood at Cologne Hbf apparently which means no trains are calling there. That’s ok, I can reroute via Aachen to get to Cologne. However apparently due to a strike by the Dutch railway, the nightjet Amsterdam - Zurich is starting at Frankfurt (I think). Which I don’t seem to be able to get to in time to catch it up.I’ve tried calling the OBB helpline on +43 (0)5 1717 but it says number not recognised from my UK phone.I’m not sure what to do to get to Zurich for tomorrow morning, if it’s possible. Is anyone able to work it out? Or at least confirm exactly where the sleeper is starting from at what time.

Hi!I have been travelling on interrail passes a few times and I'm still left with questions at times. I am currently living in Germany and I would like to travel to the UK and travel around England. I would like to take the train to the UK - preferably via Paris and the Eurostar. What kind of interrail pass will I need? Do I need a global pass or is a one country pass sufficient? Will the one country pass allow me to travel from Germany to the UK in one day? Many thanks for your help and I look forward to hearing from you,Sarah
