Solved

My daughter is travelling Europe at the moment and she can’t access some of the QR codes in the app for trains she’s travelling on and is having to buy new tickets that the pass should cover. She has the latest version on the app. This is frustrating and stressful for her. What can she do to fix this please?

Hello everyone, I am facing a problem regarding my journey back to my hometown. I’ve chosen a night train, which arrives at 9:50 in the morning in Munich. For that journey the mobile global pass took one In/Outbound journey, which is absolutely fine. But after that I need to get from Munich to my hometown, which is far away in the north of Germany. When I try to active any more journeys on that day, I get the notification window, that I’ve have used all my In/Outbound journeys, but it is still a travel day for me or am I wrong? It would be so nice, if someone can help me with this problem. Wish you all a wonderful summer!

I am travelling from Bordeaux st Jean to Arcachon- a journey which is included with your interrail pass- yet I was charged €50 for a train ticket. When trying to explain and show my pass/booked journey the conductor had no time to listen. What do I do?

Hi,I lost my mobile pass, and following the answers from the other questions, I contacted customer service of Interrail.I have already contacted Interrail Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and also opened an issue, but nobody has answered me yet and not even an automatic email has arrived. Do you know how long I should wait to get a response from the customer service, since I am traveling tomorrow morning? Thanks in advance,Saeed

Hi all, Curious if any of you had experiences using Eurostar reservations for a different date than reserved date? I wanted to buy a new one, but it is now sold out for ALL departure times. Any tips? Do you think I would get in trouble? Cheers.

Hi there,I have a mobile pass, I was trying to get some discount code in the “benefits” section, but when I enter my code it says it is invalid. I tried with differnt services and it is alway like that, is it because the pass is mobile and not a paper one?Did anyone have the same problem? Thank you all!

I took a ticket for the Rome-Munich route with a change in Bolzano through the Rail Planner App. The Bolzano-Munich train is the EuroCity Brenner 86 which leaves at 12.34 on August 1st. The only problem is that no seats are available on this train. Can I reserve a seat on the EuroCity Brenner at 2.34pm instead even though it says 12.34 on my ticket?

Hello, I hope someone can help me. If I try to make a seat reservation on the interrail website , always they said that's isn't possible. Is it possible to do it in the CFR app or website? I hope somebody can help me.

I’ve found the train and connection I need. However, when I change the Type of Seat from Seat to Couchette (or Sleeper) Interrail/Eurrail is no longer listed as an available discount. How do I book a couchette (or sleeper) with my Global Interrail pass?Thank You

Est ce que je peux voyager dans des pays, même si je dois avoir une correspondance dan mon pays de résidence, sans utiliser mon voyage de retour dans mon pays de résidence

I really need help quick because I will be travelling very soon and I paid for 3 seat reservations on the route Bruxelles midi- Paris Nord and it said I should get a confirmation mail in 30 minutes but I did not receive anything. However I placed 3 more orders after this one and got all the tickets immediately so it is not a problem of payment or on my side. the customer service is not responding for 2 weeks and I really do not want to pay again ...

Last week I ordered a pass and the payment went through. However, I did not receive any confirmation email and I have not my pass yet. I tried to contacted the help centre but nobody helped me. Please I need to leave soon and need my pass

I am planning my first Interrail trip and am currently booking a ferry. There is a 30% discount for Interrailpass users. Condition is that the passport is shown when entering the ferry. Can I just show my Interrail app that has my mobile pass on it or how is that handled?"

I have a ticketing and customer service issue - essentially, I was double charged for tickets. I have been trying to contact Eurail since March (over 20 emails and messages as of today - and all I ever receive are automated responses.  This is incredibly poor customer service.  I have tried email, Facebook, Facebook messenger, etc, all with the same lack of response. Is there any way I can reach a human being? Thanks!

Hello :)I bought a ticket from Lyon (France) to Barcelona (Spain). For this reservation there is no e-ticket, so I need the paper ticket. Unfortunately I made a mistake in my address so the ticket could not be sent to me. What can I do now? Best regardsJohanna

Hi,On the app, I entered a start date of 15 August. I now prefer to start on the 14 August but I don’t see the option to cancel (as stated in the FAQs). I then added a journey on the 14 August (accepted) but the trip first day is still showing 15 August. I’m also not convinced that my trip as defined is lnked to my pass. Both are showing on the app.Any advice welcome.John

Hi all,I am using the Interrail Ticket for the first time. I bought the Interrail-France-Pass with 4 days of travel and I am living in Germany. I am planning on crossing the border at Saarbrücken. There are some persons who don’t smart phone. I want to know to whether we can use mobile pass vis iPad instead of smart phone. Thank you very much.

I am using the b-europe website to book several train trips.  There are three people in my party, and we all have the global eurail pass, and have activated our passes in the rail app.  When I choose an interinary using b-europe, it is not using our passes to reduce the price of each reservation.  I DO NOT SEE a place to enter our pass numbers.  My question is:  WHERE DO I ENTER OUR EURAIL PASS INFORMATION INTO THE B-EUROPE WEBSITE so that it accounts for the fact that we have the pass? I’m have spent 6-7 hours each day this week trying to get this to work.  I’m hoping someone can offer me a very step by step guided tutorial on where I enter our pass info.  I have a profile created for each of the people in my party and see several other options for pass numbers to be entered (Eurostar, Thaylus, etc) but nowhere to enter the info on our eurail passes.  HELP!

hi, yesterday my train was canceled from brussels to frankfurt,  i m not able to find a way to have a refund for seat reservation as I ve made it from the eurail website , do you know how to do it ?and can I ask for a compensation as I was obliged to take 5 trains from brussels to frankfurt ?

Does anybody have any idea what is going on, or how I can get around this problem, please? On 19 Oct I want to use my Eurail pass on the direct train from Naples to Taormina which goes on the ferry.  Looking on the Trenitalia and the Raileurope.com websites I see this is Intercity 723 departing at 0950, and it has seats available.   But when I look on Eurail.com this train is not shown, and the only options offered are non direct services such as the 0915 and 1050, where you have to get off the train and take the ferry as a foot passenger. So why is Intercity 723 not offered as an option by Eurail.com?   And is there some other way I can make a reservation for this train without buying a ticket: sites like Trenitalia only seem to sell reservations with tickets?I do hope somebody in the community has come across this problem before and found a way around it.  Any help is appreciated.Trenitalia offers 0915 direct trainEurail.com does not offer any direct trains
