Solved

I was hoping to do this trip:Brussels/Paris - ViennaVienna - HamburgHamburg - Stockholmbut unfortunately for early September these are sold out. Are there any other night trains that are a bit less popular and I’d still be able to get reservations for the first few weeks of September? Also the new Hamburg - Stockholm sleeper seems to be completely unavailable right up to mid-December. I can’t find a single date that has booking available. Is that because every single ticket has been sold out?

Hello everyone,I am currently in Thessaloniki and want to go to Ljubljana, but I’m having a lot of difficulty finding a bus or (night)train that has this route.I’ve already contacted customer service, but since I’m leaving tomorrow I want to try everything I can.So: does anyone know of a bus or train route from Thessaloniki to Ljubljana, preferably included in my Interrail Global Pass. Thanks in advance. Stijn

Hi, my pass was working fine until today. I had all my tickets and travel days planned but when I entered the app today, my pass wasn’t linked to my trip (called ‘eurotrip’). The app made me enter my pass number again and created a new trip called ‘my trip’, this one is empty and started 1 day early. The app won’t let me link again the one I already have. What can I do?

I have the One Country Pass for France. Can I use this one from Mulhouse to Paris on the TGV Lyria?Or is it on the TGV Lyria not valid? Thanks!

My girlfriend and I bought a 3 months mobile global pass on the 10th of May, here in 2022. When is the last possible date that we can activate and hereby begin our 3 months interrail trip? Just to be sure that we understand the 11-months principle. Sincerely, Karen and Anders from Denmark.

My plan is to doMadrid-montpellier-lyon-parisBut there arent trains madrid-montpellierId have to go madrid-barcelona-montpellierDoes that count ás two travels or oneBecause I allegedly have only one to leave my country

I booked a three-month global pass I planned to use between early July and late September. As I had severe delays on multiple of my journeys in July, I decided to claim a refund. To my delight, it didn’t take long until I received a small sum. The negative consequence I wasn’t expecting is that my pass got deactivated even though it is valid for another month.I now know that the ticket has to be deactivated to claim a refund but instead of simply deactivating the pass for me without warning, they could have told me that a refund was not possible as long as the pass is in use.Is there a way of having my pass reactivated? I am happy to return the refund. I already contacted the customer service but still haven’t heard back. I’m planning to travel in a week and really need to make those reservations. Many thanks!

Os comboios noturnos (que saiem de um local à noite e chegam na manhã seguinte a outro destino) são gastos 2 travel days? Que dicas me dão para não gastar tanto tempo em viagens de 8/9/10h?

Hello! I'm in Italy currently and I'm having trouble using the Trenitalia self-service ticket machines to make reservations for Eurail. Does anyone have experience doing it successfully?According to the Eurail website "At a self-service machine at main Italian train stations. Select your train and click on "Global Pass". This seems really out of date and doesn't make sense. I can't see any Global Pass option at all.I'll head to ticket office to make reservation a little bit later (I was too short on time to queue earlier), just checking if I'm missing something.

I made a seat reservation for EuroStar that went from London ST Pancras INT to Paris Nord on 20 August 2022, 20:01. However, the train was cancelled due to railway strikes in the UK. I contacted Eurail for a refund, but they told me I needed to contact Eurail since I made I reservation here. When I checked my Order on the website, the system stats that I can not get a refund... I do not understand why I am not elidgible for a refund. Is there a way to contact customer support directly?

Hi all,I am planning on traveling through France with a one country pass. Do I need to activate my pass before I can make sear reservations in France or can I also make a reservation with a deactivated pass? Cheers,Martin

Just wondering...does Eurail Globe Pass cover rides between cities within France and Italy at all?Does the Global Pass give discount on attractions or just the pass of specific countries give discount? Many thanks!

i bought the pass from the browser, then i added it to the app and went to create the trip on the app. if i go back to the browser to book the trains the trip that i have on the app doesnt appear but an other one that was automately created is there. can i buy and book the train even tho there trips are not the same or i have to find a way to solve this?

The train I made a reservation for got cancelled by Thalys and I received the information per email that I can get a free exchange or refund. The train departs at Amsterdam Centraal on the 15th of September and goes to Paris North. When I want to cancel my reservation, I would only get back 75% of the reservation costs and the database still shows this train even though it got cancelled, so I assume that is why I am not able to get back the full cost yet.I already sent a request to the customer service two days ago; however, I can’t estimate how long I must wait for a response. Since this is a popular (and pricy) route and requires a reservation and there is less than a month left, should I already make a new reservation for an earlier train and then hope to get back full refund later or should I just wait for customer service to reach back to me?Other suggestions are appreciated as well! :)

hi we are travelling from Venice to Ravenna in October by train using our Europass can anyone tell me can we use it on the local train with Trenitalia between Ferrara (our change ) to Ravennathanks

Hello I am trying to book seat reservations but am unable to proceed to Traveler Details in the checkout.  The Traveler Details button is available and clickable, but nothing happens when I click it.  I have all fields filled out properly.

Hi! I want to ask an information about night trains. If I think the night train at 10 PM and I arrive at my destination the morning later (for example at 9 AM), I’ll need to use 2 days of my global pass?

Hello!    if i start my 2 month global continous pass at 8 PM . It will end at 8 pm in two months? thank you

A friend of a friend traveled by Eurail and told me that when you leave a destination you cannot pass through it again during the trip. Example, on a Milan/Bologna/Torino trip, leaving Milan and going to Bologna, I could not go back to Milan and then go to Torino. She said it works like a cycle, where you have to start and end in the city you started in without passing through it in the middle of the way. Can you please confirm if this is true?

Is it possible to use sleeping car woth mobile pass? Because usually, the passenger has to leave the ticket at the crew during night, but impossible to leave mobile phone.

My group of 6 people are traveling from Germany to Switzerland to Italy late September and early October this year. If we buy the Eurail global pass do we need to buy tickets/reservations on the various trains or can we simply show our Eurail pass and board any train during the time period we purchased the passes for? This is all new to us, and we appreciate the help!

Hey,we wanted to reservate the train but is not possible on the interrail Website and also not at a trainstation. Does anybody know what to do? thank you very much!!Anna
