Hello i‘m traveling with bike on the train with the britrail pass  . Can i activate my Train on the same day ? I have to check which train i can take my bike . Kindest Pollux

I want to travel to Capenord from Stockholm, can you tell if there is a train to the north?

Hello,on sept 4th i need to travel from Leipzig to Carcassonne and on sept 18th i need to move back from Lleida to Bayreuth. I do not have a smartphone with me but I don’t have the time to wait for the printed pass to be delivered (it would be delivered before sept 7th). Is there a possibility to print the non-mobile pass by myself?Thank you very much!Vincent Kokot

If I purchase the paper pass, can I still use the mobile pass?  My concern is where there may be issues that at some stations they can’t use the mobile to scan our passes, or if I lose my mobile; so it would be preferable to have paper in these instances.

I just joined the group and I can’t seem to find:How does one save a trip using the “plan your trip” option on the website? That would allow me to plan different routes before finalizing the trip. Ideally, I should be able to save each trip and give a name to it along with the cost details and notes etc..Thanks

¿¿ Cómo se puede añadir el viaje de tren al pass si aún no están disponibles las fechas de los trenes ??

The interrail app options in cluded a setting for ferries but I can't select the Bari to Patras route in the planner. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi community,I have tried everything to get an answer to this problem, so I hope I can finally find my answer here. 1. In the app, I created a trip. When I added my pass, I suddenly got to see other schedules in the planner. Is this because of adding the pass? Because on the website I still get to see the old schedules? Can I use that too? Or is that not allowed with my pass? (I have the Global Pass)2. I am travelling together with a friend, so I created a trip on the website and added her pass to it. I can't do anything else with this trip. How can I link travel to this two-person trip and make joint reservations? I really hope you can help me!

Hello from Zermatt. I have plans to go to Como tomorrow with my Eurail Global pass. Ideally 11:13 from Zermatt through Visp, Domodossola, Locarno. No problems there. But my confusion is that the Visp-Domodossola leg requires a reservation, and no site is letting me do that, be it Eurail or OBB or anywhere else I can see. Have I waited too long and they're just sold out? If so does that mean I am unable to take that train at all? Thanks for any help.

Hello, I have to book a ticket from Bozen to Munich with the EC 82 . The train is fully booked for the 2nd class. My questions are:I have a 2nd class global pass, may I face issues if I pay additional price for 1st class Even if 2nd class is fully booked, OBB website forces me to buy this € 10,00 reservation . But I don’t get for what I should pay if I don’t even get a seat.  The eurail/interrail website doesn’t tell me I have to reserve something for this route.I attach the screenshot

URGENT Dear all,According to the website it would cost only one travelling day when boarding a train before 23:59 and not transferring after this time. However when I try to plan a train ride from Budapest to Prague the app shows the exact opposite. This direct connection departing at 19:40 from Budapest and arriving at 08:42 show a +1 travel day between brackets. This is not the only occurrence !! As you can imagine I am very disappointed by this, seeing that I wanted to maximise my traveling days by travelling over night. Moreover my (and my fellows) trip was planned keeping in mind that we could use over night trains using 1 travel day.  I was hoping you could help me understand this. Kind regards, Fabienne van Puijfelik

What shall we say to the conductor on trains that do not require reservations?

How do I book a paper pass - I can't find the option when booking?

I live in Germany and along my journey I want to travel from Warsaw to Amsterdam. This journey will be trough Germany my homecountry, so I will enter and exit Germany in one travel day. Would that count as either an inbound or an outbound trip or both ? If it counts as an inbound and outbound trip at the same time could I just travel close to the Dutch border with interrail, buy a separate ticket to the nearest city in the Netherlands on the other side of the border and travel the rest of the trip to Amsterdam with Interrail again ? if you have any other ideas/ tips/ tricks that would be great

On august 11,2022 a guy form customer service told me i should buy an emergency ticket of equal value of the one I already have because mine was not useful. However before buying the ticket I made sure that they will refund my money because I dont need two tickets.  Almost 20 days later I am being  ignored  by customer service Without an update on my refund, even though i have share the conversation I had with this particular person from customer service. I have evidence of him saying i will get the refund and I have not heard from anyone since.  what should i do? There’s no telephone number i can call and even if i write  another mail they still say my refund wont go and when attached the evidence they ignore me all over again how can i contact them without being ignore!?

Is the 2023 timetable out yet? I've read that it only starts running in June each year.

Suppose, if I buy a “one month Global pass” which I first use on May 23rd, 2022, thenIs it valid for 30 days in a row from the day I activate it?orIt just consider a calendar month and my pass will expire on “May 31” which is the last date of that calendar month?Extremely sorry in case you feel like telling this over and over again.

My husband and I each have a Eurail pass and have been able to use it to book travel for ourselves-- however, we also have our 2 year old with us.  Does he need to have his own separate pass in order to board the train?  I’ve read that we don’t need to purchase a separate seat for him, but I am wondering if he will still need his own pass or ticket in order to get on the train.Thank you for your help!

I’m trying to book euro star train on 9/23, a morning train.  When I choose the train I want and put it in my cart, the cart shows the travel date as 9/24, even though I’m choosing to travel on 9/23.  It is truly making me crazy, I’ve been on the website all day.  Can anyone help?

Eurail.com doesn’t let me buy reservations for a train from Edinburgh to London on 26/9/22.  If I buy from somewhere like trainline.com it doesn’t give me the option to use my Globalpass.  I do have a family and friends railcard that I can use but don’t know which way is the best way to goThanks for your help in advance :)

Looking at a few future journeys in Interrail web train times planner. I have just seen some journeys with a 1max, 1 change message.I am sure it should be obvious but what does 1 max mean?

In descriptions of interrail flexipass is written, that we news to write down our trips in correct order. We travel greece with 6 days (ferrys) and we want to book our trip back to italy in advance/ reservate seats. Is it possible to write down 1. and last/6th trip an fill in the trips between afterwards?Thanx, community!

I’ve added my mobile pass to a device I can not carry with me on my journey. Now I’m having trouble adding the mobile pass to my smart phone. Is there any possibility of adding or moreover deleting the pass from one advice and transfer it to another?

We bought 3 month passes in Switzerland, and have already used our Outbound and Inbound journeys, having travelled to UK, Belgium, Germany and Denmark before returning home. Now we want to visit Salzburg in Austria, which means leaving Switzerland again - so my question is, do we need to buy a ticket to the final station we go through in Switzerland, or to the first station we pass through in Austria? As I understand it, travel in Austria should be included in the pass.Any help welcome!Thank you in advance,John

Dear community, I hope you can help me with my question. I have a global pass and I am a German citizen. I am planning to take a night train from Zürich to Hamburg on September 22nd. The train starts at 19:59 in Zürich and will pass the German border way before midnight at 21:50 still on September 22nd. It arrives in Hamburg at 08:00 on September 23rd and I will need to take an additional train to my hometown from there. My question is: does the 22nd or 23rd count as my inbound journey day? Will I be able to take an additional train to my hometown after my arrival in Hamburg on the 23rd with my Interrail mobile pass? I am aware that I could split my travel into two legs if the train would cross the German border after midnight. However, this is not the case with this connection.I hope I made my question clear. Thanks a lot and best wishes!
