Solved

Hello, I have a problem with my interrail app. I tried to ad a journey to my home for the 25th of august, (inbound/outbound journey) but out of nowhere it was added to the 18th of august. Now i can't delete it and i can't add new journeys or anything else. can you help me? I feel stuck. Greetings, Siem

Why is that?I’m trying to book a ticket from Amsterdam to Paris which is in over 2 ½ Weeks. And Interrail does not allow me to use ANY of the reasonable thalys train times, despite me spending 250€ on this pass. There is still plentiful options avaiable on thalys’s official website – but I would have to spend the full price to make use of it! Plus why would I even consider buying separate tickets if this website brags about their partnerships with thalys and after I spend this much money on a pass that doesn’t serve any use.The fact that this company seriously expects me to spend 140€ on another seperate ticket, making the pass 100% useless is completly ridiculous and I am not recommending this do any of my friends after this trip is over.

Hello everyone :),just a quick question, if I buy a new pass and exchange it for an old one. Does the exchanged pass then have the new end date or the old end date? Thank you :) Jakub

I just bought my interrail Pass for youth People and realized that I indicated my wrong birth month. Because of that the Pass would not be valid from friday onwards (wrong birth date is the 13.8). I already contacted the customer Service, but didn't get any replay. Since it will expire (?) soon, I'm afraid that it can not be changed afterwards and I have to pay the whole Pass again. Additionally I wanted to start my trip next week. Should I just cancel my Pass, pay the 15€ Fee and buy a new one before saturday or what can I do?

I’m having problems making seat reservations for my trip in august, as the web is not accepting the payment once we have gone through the entire process (this is happening to my friends too).Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks in advance

As of yesterday, all the reservations I tried making on Eurail’s website is not working. Everytime I try to check out it gives an error bug and goes back to the main homepage. Tried with multiple countries & trains. Is this the same for everyone else?It is quite a pain to go to each train website to manually make seat reservations

Can anyone tell me what happens to my seat reservations if I miss the connection. Can I easily transfer it to a later train by talking to someone at the station.I am concerned I don’t have enough time to get from Paris Nord to Paris Lyon (50 minutes is what the Interrail Route Planner did).I think I would like to cancel it and transfer to a later train to give more time. But then I’d have to cancel the reservations which seems tricky. How do I cancel a seat reservation?

Hello, I am trying to make seat reservations through the Eurail online website for 3 routes (Zurich to Milan, Milan to Cannes, Cannes to Paris). It allows me to add all of them to my “My Cart” but when I click on the “Traveler information”, the website glitches and takes me back to the landing page. Please help! Is this a website malfunction?

Hey, I have a question for the mobile pass. Can I add a train on the mobile pass on the day i want to travel with it, although i have a Ticket with Barcode for this day. To example 2 hours before i get on the train.

Hello,We want to travel with our two dogs true Norway. We made several seatreservations, but at this moment we have to change our tickets because you need special seats were dogs are aloude. Is there someone who knows were you van change this? Greetings from Ilona

Hello, I need help , I live in France and I have a 1-month Global Pass. My first trip and from Paris to Zurich then from Zurich to Buxelles, the Brussels-London train stops at Lille in France, is that a problem because the train passes through France, my country of origin? thanks

Hello Friends. I am travelling to Europe this fall with my wife and 4 kids (8, 10, 11, 14). We have plans to visit England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Germany, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain. My question is, does the Unlimited pass work on all trains? I know some trains will require a reservation but I want to know if it will work on all trains, or just some. For example, we are spending 10 days in Holland and would like to use the pass to travel around the country between the major cities (Amsterdam, Delft, Utrech, Harlem, De Hagg, etc). Will the unlimited pass work for this?

Hola! Empiezo a viajar mañana, y ayer me salía en mis travel days que había usado 1/5 y ahora me salen 5/5, ¿sabéis por que puede ser?

My friend bought an interrail ticket for me but entered my country of origin rather than my country of residence. Now I would like to change it. I already contacted the customer service but they still did not reply, and I already see some of the trains I would like to take getting booked out. However, I read that customer service can only change the country of residence if the pass is not activated yet, so I dont want to book the trains already (as then I would have to pay reservation fees twice).  Is there a way to book trains already, to change country of residence yourself, or to speed up the process?  Happy about any tips!

Hi! I have an interrail mobile pass and have saved my trips on the trip planner app. I have activated the tickets with the grey slide button but somehow the tickets do not show up in my tickets or keep disappearing. Can you help me please?

I activated 6 passes (my family) on my phone but used the confirmation number rather than the passport number in the required box. (Long story, embarrassing I know) We have booked one trip it’s not for another month.  Can I deactivate and then deactivate (on same device) with light affecting my trip? (I’ve paid for reserved seats)Thank you kindly in advance :)

Hello to everyone , I Plan to Travel From Oslo to Stavanger next week. As others already have pointed out, the interrail app doesn't show the connection even though it apparently exists (the Norwegian railway website at least shows it). So I guess I will just add it manually to my pass . I have read where to make the seat reservation , but us it necessary it all? A great thanks

I just added the interrail pass to my app and didn’t have to give any identity card information (ID information). This is bad since some people want to check the id in the pass with my id card. What can I do?

I have the 10-travel day pass, and will start my trip in September, however when I started planning the trip in the app it says I have already spent one travel day. I put in the rest of my plan but now I have put in 8 travel days and the app says I only have one day left. As I am not starting in my home country I will not need to use a travel day for the outbound journey, but is that day reserved for outbound/inbound or something? I thought I could use my travel days for any trip (as long as I wasn’t travelling around my home country). I can see that the first day of the trip is marked as “Travel day” however, I have to take the bus for my first trip and this bus is not included in the pass, so it’s a manual entry in the app. Should I put the first “train travel day” as the first day of the pass instead? Would I then get in trouble as the bus fair was Interrail-discounted?Has anyone experienced the same thing or know why it’s doing this?

How can I book 6 seat reservations from Barcelona to Paris on the 9.10 train on Tues 4th October using my global passes?  I tried to make seat reservations via the eurail.com website but it says they aren’t available at the end of checkout.  I’ve tried trainline and rail europe but there’s no option to add my global passes so it’s charging me full price which is almost $1k.  It’s all so confusing for this Aussie :). Thanks in advance.

Hi, last week I noticed there was a mistake in my pass 20 minutes before the train I needed to take, when asked about this problem their quick solution was for me to buy a pass of equal value. Since then I haven’t heard back about when I will receive my money back, because I do not need 2 passes and need my money back I have been writing without any answer. Is there anywhere I can call since the mails/ customer service request are not stating anything on when I will have my money back? thanks in advance

I have added the journeys to my pass. The tickets are now showing on the rest of my family's passes but not mine. I've tried doing again but still saying no journeys on my pass even though I'm saving/adding them. Please help if you can!

Hey, I couple of days my ordered reservation tickets should have arrived at my home, but they were sent back to the sender. Is there any way to resend them to my home adress?

I want to book my seats on Eurostar from London to Paris on the afternoon of 28th September for 6 people.  But it charges full price.  How can I book but pay just the seat reservation price?

I planned a journey from Paris to Barcelona for my family of 6 using rail planner app.  As advised I paid for seat reservations on eurorail.com.  Upon checkout I was advised that the tickets could only be posted out and that i needed to supply the address of my accomodation.   This seemed completely ancient to me but I reluctantly proceeded.  Despite the day of travel not being for another month, the accomodation agreed to accept and sign for the tickets when they arrive and hold them for me.  This was inconvenient to organise and I really don’t want to do it for all the places we will be travelling to throughout our trip, not to mention the hassle if something goes amiss.   2 hotels I approached about it said they hadn’t heard of it before.  Am I doing something wrong?  Thanks in advance
