Hi everyone! I was wondering if it is necesaary to print a ticket when you bought an electronic Global Pass. If I booked the seats, I need to print the seats? regards,

Hola!

Hey there, so my Phone broke and I cant access my interrail pass anymore. I bought a new Phone and wrote the customer service via the website support chat-bot about my issue and submitted a request, so they would transfer the pass to my new Phone. The Problem is they still havent answered until now an I am going to Amsterdam on the 27th of July and I need the pass transferred until then. Is there any other way to get into contact with the customer service? or other options? Thanks for the helpNici

Hola! Tengo una duda, podemos ir modificando el trayecto mientras vamos viajando? Y cuando es el último momento en el que debemos activar el qr de cada trayecto? Gracias!!

Hello,I am on my trip now so this is kind of urgent. I am trying to book train tickets online and due to the apostrophe in my name it will not allow me. The apostrophe was fine on the mobile app, but when I go online to do seat reservations it says “special characters not allowed”.I have tried deleting the apostrophe from my name and using a space, but since my pass is linked to the name with the apostrophe it is unable to be found. In other post the only solution was that the Eurail team changes the name on my account to one without an apostrophe so please can you interact with my post so they are able to see this and fix my account as soon as possible.Since I am already on my trip does anyone have any advice on how to get this solved? (I booked this through a travel agent so I never anticipated having problems) I have already emailed Eurail, but they have not responded. I have been getting kicked off of my trains despite using days from my global pass. I am also a young female travel

Hello. Is it possible to change an e-mail address after I created an account and bought pass already?Thank you!Martin

Hi, I have a questionCan I travel by train with mi passport in renueve fase. I have Peruvian passport but I'm live Italy for 30 years and i have unlimited permission to stay document.

I had two seat reservations on the 8th August:Barcelona-Sants → Nimes  Nimes → Marseille St CharBecause all the fast trains were out of order, I had to take another train where no reservation was needed, therefore my seat reservation was “canceled”. I had to take another connection, where I often had to change trains and that's why I missed my next train in Nimes and also the seat reservation. Can I get a refund for those seat reservation?

How do I make reservation for family in the app. So far I had to do reservation one by one for each family member. But I want to prevent the situation that we get separate seats.

Hi all!I want to go on a regional train tomorrow from Modena to Parma as part of my Italy interrail trip. However, I only found 3 regional trains departing at 9, 10 and 11 AM. Checking the trenitalia website, I could see that there are many more trains that do not appear in the timetable.I know the possibility of adding them to the trip manually as I have already done it, but I want to make sure that doing so won't be a problem if an inspector checks my ticket (I say if because the inspectors don't always go by, specially in regional trains). If you have ever taken this solution, could you tell me your experience? Thanks in advance. Best,Pablo.

I will begin travel in Europe 10 September 2022.My 60th birthday is 31 August but I will be on a houseboat without wifi connection from 22 August to 4 September.I’d prefer to purchase my Eurail pass prior to 22 August but am unable to find my birthdate on the purchase page… which I suppose means I cannot make that purchase until I am actually age 60.Is there any way around this?I fear that I’ll be cutting it too close to wait until 4 September when my trip begins 10 September.

hello, i bought an onterrail global pass but i registered as eurail instead of interrail? how can i change it? I would not delete the account and lose the offer, thanks

Sorry for asking, but I am still not clear about outbound/ inbound journey. I plan to travel from Lindau (Germany) to Stockholm (Sweden) as my outbound journey. The connection I would take is a day train and a night train from Hamburg to Stockholm. My concern is that I will leave Germany by this night train after midnight, which means I will be travelling two days to get out of Germany. As I read in other questions this trip is then counted as outbound AND inbound journey right? Are there any advises to work around this issue (except booking an earlier train)? Thanks for your help!!

HiI’m trying to travel from Florence to Brindisi in September but can only see the timetable for slower regional trains taking 20 hours +. I know I can do the journey on a fast train in around 7 hours. Are these trains not available to me on my pass, even with a paid for reservation? Or do I need to book this journey directly? Many thanksAnnette

Hi,  It is possible to make a few hours stop on a travel day? And use two connections on one day?Example: La Chaux-de-Fonds (CH) - Bern (CH) 10.02u - 11.07u                Bern (CH) - Utrecht Centraal  15.04 - 23.17u

Hi there I have booked a trip for 5 people. only 3 of them are returning together on the eurostar to London from Paris. How do I edit the passengers for just this reservation? It seems to be assuming all 5 want to come back

Hi! I have one question!  I used my inbound ticket from Slovakia to foreign country but I would like to come back to my country with plane. Is it possible for me to NOT use my outbound ticket?

I have used my first inner country travel day to leave from home to a foreign country. Before ending my entire trip I will head Home though for a couple of days. Afterwards I will leave home to other countries again. Here are the options: I could of course use the inbound trip when I return home in that setup, but I would rather use this home country trip to leave from home again (basically a 2nd time) a spontaneously start again In a new country (and buy an extra ticket for returning home).» is it possible to Use both of those travel days (inbound & outbound rule) to travel from home to other countries or is it impossible to book such tickets?

Hi,I hope someone might be able to help. We’re about to leave on our first Interrail trip as a family of 5. The process has been… testing so far, is the most polite way of putting it! We’ve finally got everything sorted for our outward trip from the UK - France tomorrow morning, but have hit another problem. The planner for our outward trip suggested one itinerary, which I guess meant it counted as one journey: Newcastle 0959 - London KX 1249; London StP 1431 - Paris GdN 1747. We reserved the seats accordingly (Eurostar via the app, the UK train via the train operator). We then found out that wait times at London St Pancras are currently up to 2 hours, which didn’t leave enough time to get through customs. So… I rebooked our UK train (Newcastle - London KX) as the 0858 instead, leaving the Eurostar the same. The problem now is that it seems this will count as two outward journeys, as it’s entered into our trip as two legs. As originally planned it appeared as one journey with a change i

Hello,I purchased a 4-day Interrail pass in May which was valid for 1 month with which I was able to travel on 3 days with no problem. I returned from Hamburg yesterday and wanted to download the 2D barcode for my 4th day but the APP indicated that I had used all 4 days.On the APP it was indicated that I had one more day on my pass but since the barcode could not be downloaded, I had to buy a separate ticket since DB could not help. how could I be compensated for this trouble caused by the APP?Thank you for your help!

Hello! I have a trip that’s coming up this weekend, but the year of my birthday was not saved correctly on my eurail pass. I was wondering that in the case that my birthday does not get fixed before my trip, would I still be able to travel using the pass with the incorrect birthday or do I have to get this issue fixed before I can travel? I have already submitted a form stating that I would be traveling this weekend. It has been 2 weeks (as I indicated on the form) and still have not received a response. I understand there is a high volume of customers right now, but I really need to get my birthday fixed before this trip. Is there anything that could be done faster about this issue as my trip is coming up in a couple days?

Hi there,I’m looking for help desperately. My two sons have just started interrailing but haven’t made their first trip by train yet (they’ve flown into a city and are staying there until Friday). My youngest son has special needs and eurail said that my older son would qualify for a complimentary carer’s ticket if I sent on his details which I did weeks ago. I have heard nothing back and I’m now in the position that I will have to buy my older son an interrail ticket as the trip they intend to make to the next city will cost more than the cost of the interrail ticket. I have tried contacting eurail, to no avail. Does anyone have any advice please?Spending money on another interrail ticket wasn’t in my budget since they said this wouldn’t be necessary.
