Solved

Hello all. This is a boring question - but I just asked for a seat reservation refund from the Interrail site, via my account. I was told I would be refunded £43 and so I went ahead with the refund (albeit £12 less than what I originally paid). However, when I got the confirmation email from Interrail, it read ‘Total Order Amount: £0’ - which worries me somewhat, in that I received no refund when I was under the impression that I would get one. Any help would relieve me somewhat of anxiety! Thank-you.

I have a interrail global pass for one month. How ever a lot of trips give me the sign of “Not available for some travellers” how yo fix this?

I have activated my mobile pass (updated to version 25.0.0) at my travel date (22/8) and entered two days’ travel. The first two days are now shown as “used.” But I cannot open “Show ticket” as clicking on the first day button does not work. Is this normal? Must I wait until 22/8 to be able to show the ticket?

Hi I am wanting to use up all 15 days in one month rather than 2 month is this allowed on a 15 day 2 month pass? Many thanks

Hi there - I’m trying to get a train from Berlin to Warsaw and PKP Intercity is quoting me 50 dollars Canadian , Deutsche Bahn website is quoting me 33 Euros - all of which are expensive… while the App for Eurorail is only saying 6 Euros. It’s the same train  so why the difference? Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

I think the title says it all: this is not the same question as, “Several trips possible instead of continuous with the 2 month pass?” I just want to give each section of a very long journey (France to Georgia and return) a different name.

Hey guys, I am thinking about using the current Interrail offer. Since I'm planning a vacation in Corsica in the summer anyway, I wanted to ask if you can also use Interrail there, for example from Bastia to Ajaccio? For any experience reports I would be extremely grateful, wish you a nice Sunday :-) Warm regardsRené

Hello,I made a reservation for a train tomorrow morning. There was no information for site reservation required and it was impossible to reserve a seat on the website. At the train station the staff told me that I couldn't Takeshi this train.

Hi all, I am considering purchasing an Inter-rail pass for an upcoming trip to Europe. I have a couple of questions: Is it  possible to select your seat when booking via the Inter-rail/Eurail site  - rather than have the system do this automatically?I suspect it may well depend on the country? The specific train I am interested in is the Paris  - Hendaye TGV.I can see on the French Railway website that there are individual seats available in first class. The question is, can I chose these seats when booking via the interail/Eurail Website? The same question as above but Re the B-Europe site   What is the latest you can reserve seats via the Inter-rail/Eurail site? i read on another thread somebody tried to do this the day before but they were unable to. Any help or answers would be very much appreciated. Cheers

Buen día, quiero comprar un pase de 4 días en un mes, por las islas griegas, puedo comenzar a usarlo desde Mikonos o obligatoriamente debo comenzar desde el Pireo? Gracias!!!!

Hi everyone,We are planning soon our return trip to Belgium from Sweden. We start from Uddevalla in Sweden  leaving on the 25th August 2022. The app says that it is advised to make seat reservation between Goteborg C and Copenhagen C (train 1) and between Copenhagen C and Kolding St in Denmark (train 2). However, i can t find the website to make these seats reservations (for train 1 and train 2). On the way from Belgium to Sweden, these trains were really full and since we travel with 2 children we really would like to make seats reservation. Seat reservation in Germany are done and it was easy. I would like to do the same for these 2 trains. Thanks a million for your help.We have a interail pass of 4 days for 4 persons. Cecile  Herve and the kids

Hello everyone! Can someone tell me how can I book a seat reservation on the TGV from Munich to Paris? I need to go on August 23rd at 6:46 (TGV 9576). However, I can’t book it anywhere, not even on the app or the Deutsche Bahn website. Please if you can, let me know what I can do.

Hi, my husband and I booked interrail mobile passes today for our travel to the Netherlands from 20th of June. We live in Germany for the last 5 years. We still didn't activate the mobile passes yet. However, by mistake, the country of residence in my pass was selected as Netherlands. I would like to change this immediately since I am traveling soon. Please help me at the earliest to change my country of residence to Germany. Everything in my husband's pass is correct. We both booked together and have the same order number. Kindly help me in changing the country of residence to Germany in my mobile pass.

Hi everyone!I’m planning a trip to Italy this September and I am abit confused on what tickets i should get,i currently reside in Germany and if i want to get to Milan i will need to use the nightjet that will pass by Basel and from Basel i can go straight to Milan, i am not planning to stay in Basel but does that mean i will need the global interrail ticket? or can i just get the One Country Pass?my plan is to only travel around Italy and the only time i will be in basel is when i need to switch trains to get to Italy I would love some feedback on this!!

Hi all!I’m currently planning my Interrail trip and was hoping to get a train from Zagreb, Croatia to Belgrade, Serbia. The Rail Planner says there are no trains that run this route, despite the two cities seeming to be connected on the pdf Interrail Map 2022. Does anyone know why this might be? I’m wondering if I’m entering the wrong stations, or if there may be ongoing railway work? Any advice would help a lot!

My sister and I are going from London to Munich and thereafter to Italy. We have Global Interrail Eurail 1st class passes for one continuous month. Is food included at first class ticket reservations?

Hi,I’m travelling from Glasgow to Paris to start my Interrail trip this week but I need some help with how an outbound journey is defined. I have the Global Flexi Pass with 7 travel days so am planning to use my outbound travel day for Edinburgh-London and then London-Paris via Eurostar on the same day. My question is whether I’m able to use this same travel day to travel from Glasgow-Edinburgh in the morning even though I’m not travelling to a border/port. Or would I have to just purchase the ticket full price?Thank you :)

I was planning to purchase a Eurail pass for travel both around the UK and on the Eurostar from London to Paris on Sunday August 29 for myself and two teenage children. How do I find out if there are any reservations available on that day before I buy a pass?If there are no reservations available, I will buy a Britrail pass instead.

Si on achète un pass 7 jours/1mois, on peut voyager 7 jours + voyage aller (Rennes-Munich par exemple) + voyage retour (Amsterdam-Rennes par exemple), ou les voyages aller et retour sont décomptés des 7 jours

Hi all, utilising the app for planning but why can't I see what the cost is from town to town

I am making an ambitious attempt to travel from Bergen in Norway to Madrid is Spain. I have made it to Hamburg. I want to get a train from Karlsruhe to Paris at at 7.32am tomorrow morning. However, it requires reservations. I know there is space on the train (can see on the train provider website), but it is too late to make a reservation via the app. I will be arriving at Karlsruhe at 6.56am, I doubt the ticket office will be open in time. Neither the service provider's telephone line. Is there anything I can do?

I'm having a problem booking seat reservations. As soon as I get to the processing payment page the website freezes. I've tried it on mobile and laptop. Any ideas??

Hi, I’m planning to go on an island hopping trip to Greece in september, but my plane lands in Athens. Can I take a ferry from Athens to (for example) Naxos with the pass? Or do I have to buy a seperate ticket for that? Because I can see the different islands you can travel to, but Athens isn’t on that list.So I was wondering if the ports in Athen are also a part of the Greek Island pass or not. Thanks!

Hi everyone!I would like to book reservation of trains, and had already added my paper pass to My Trip. However, after adding a reservation to my cart, click on checkout, filling in my billing and contact information, and click continue to traveler details, the page never moved and I’m sure there is no error message or red warning text on the page. So I can never complete a reservation online. And I opened up the web console to see the log, and found the server kept returning 500 to my webpage.I’ve written an email to the eurail official, but seems they are too busy to process my problem.Does anyone else encounter this kind of problem? ***ADDED INFORMATION***My pass class is 2nd class pass type is eurail global pass valid from May to July, and I would like to book the train in June

Hi I just used my inbound for the night train but the inbound is connected to the day before and now I can’t use the ticket anymore today even though I crossed the border past midnight. Is there a possibility that I can use the ticket still today in my country of residence?
