Hello, when I take a train from Schaffhausen to Warzaw the train goes through Germany. Does it take my Inbound Ticket then?I have a global pass.Thank you

Hello, I have a German passport but have lived in the UK for many years. I have full settled status here. I would like to use my global pass in Germany, how do I proof residence status in the UK? Will my usual proof of settled status be enough? I have other government documents such as a recent polling card or jury citation which you only get if registered as a resident locally. Thanks.

Hello!Today my plan was to go home from Cologne to The Netherlands (Heerhugowaard). But my train was cancelled and all the other trains were very delayed so I can’t go home. I decided to go back to my hostel were I slept last night because I don’t want to sleep on a trainstation. But now I used my Inbound day and I can’t use it tomorrow. Is there something I can do? Because paying for the trip from the border to my home is very expensive.

Hi, I missed my train due to large queues at the connecting station metro ticket machines and also the usual metro line out of service.Do I need to make a new tgv reservation or can I use the original one on the next available train ?

I'm inexperienced and would like some information that I didn't find in previous questions. Two weeks ago I saw the prices of a Global pass 3 trips in a month for 110€.Now I want to buy and this pass no longer exists!!!! am i wrong or did i see wrong? Our idea (my son and I) to go from Koblenz (Germany) to Pisa, stay 4 days and return to Koblenz. Then, until the end of the month, take a trip to Belgium and return on the same day, so I thought I would use the 3-day pass for €110My passport is Italian, my son's is German. As the pass no longer exists in the offers, we made a plan through the website and the round trip price (only 2 trips) was more than €370 !!!What am I doing wrong and how do I do it right? What we thought that each day of travel did not change the price of the ticket, is it false?Thank you very much.Roberto

Hi, I have made a reservation for me and my friends to go from la Spezia to Padova (Italy) but I am not able to click to validate the reservation and pay. How can I solve that ? Thanks in advance ;))

Hello!I have recently started interrail with a two month pass and have encountered a lot of issues that are quite stressful, since they prevent me from getting the trip qr code I need to board trains (although not always). My partner shared with me a trip he had created and I associated that trip with the interrail pass when I activated it. After that, when I checked my trip I saw the trip was fully empty (no trips added) even tough before they were there. From there multiple issues started:When i add a trip to my trip often times it doesn’t display in the trip details - after force closing the app or restarting my phone then the trips show up (often several duplicates, I guess from all the times I added them before) when I click in the QR code icon in a trip, and then head over to my pass, the day pass is not displayed (only the add a trip for this day message).Ive managed to get around this so far with a combination of using airplane mode, restarting my phone and a lot of different at

This is really strange.I bought my Pass of a third party (Klook.com). I added it to my Eurail app yesterday and activated it. I now need to make some reservations which you can’t make directly on The Eurail app - it directs you to the website. When I get to the website I have to log in again (I used the same email address to log in which I used on the app), it asks me to create a trip and add a traveller with a mobile pass. I use my last name and pass number (the same ones which I used on the mobile app to activate the pass) but it says the details don’t match!Has anyone faced this before?

I have a Eurail pass. On it there are 2 trips (for early June). I have been able (at last) to book the reservations for Eurostar that I need. BUT - my wife also has a Eurail pass. On it is 1 trip that we do together. Eurostar reservation OK. But she has also booked a 2nd trip back to the UK (not with me - alone), which appears in HER app, and for THAT trip she wants to book a Eurostar reservation. At that point she is told that she doesn’t have any trips booked yet. What is going on???

Good morning, we have a question about seat reservation.Me and my friends booked some travel days in Portugal and in some options it says that seat reservation is required. Now, when we try to book them it says that we need to do it at a ticket office or self-service machine so we supposed we have to ignore the warning and book them when we're there. The problem is that we keep getting emails to not forget to book the seats, so we are not sure on what to do. Thank you very much.

HelloI would like to take the train from Belgium to Slovenia.I would depart at 18:37 PM and arrive at 14:32 PM in Slovenia. This means that I will take a night train.I will be on de High Speed Train ICE 619 in Germany at night.  When I searche on the app, it doesn’t mention that seat reservation is required. I find this really strange since this is a night train and a ICE train (wich you mostly need a reservation for). Is this correct and can I just sit on the train at night or do I need to reserve a seat? Thank u in advance!Lotte

Hi

Hello, I wanted to book 3 seats from Milano to Zurich (13€ pp)Now I have the option to choose between 2nd class or 2nd class priority. Can somebody explain the difference to me?Screenshot is attached.Thank you!

We are a family of 4 (Daddy, Mummy, 2 teens), planning to bring our kids to the continent for the first time in November.  We are also going to use EURail across borders for the first time.  We have 2.5 weeks, and plan to visit France, Germany and Switzerland. We wish to do a loop, starting and ending in Paris, and have booked a 2-3 nites in each city/town.Some blogs/sites mention the (cheaper) 3 country pass but am unable to find it on the EURail webpages.  Is it still available this year ?  If not, how many days would one recommend for the Global Pass ?  There are reports about how the app sometimes does not work properly.  Will it be possible to print out a hard copy of the pass also as a backup ?  Or is it just more convenient to have a physical pass ? Should I buy the pass for my family now ?Alvin

We are a four member family travelling on Interail global pass. I had to change one the travel plans today. When I did the change in the journey and hit the save journey option, it only shows the trip details of the remaining 3 members and there is no way to save it to my trip.I tried so many way, I deleted the travel days and tried, now I have no journeys saved in my trip. Kindly help as I have to catch a train in 3 hours time.Tried the chat, it only gives an automated response. Filled up the online help form, got a reply that they reply within 48 hours. Will be much obliged and greatful, if any one can help me now. Thanks

I reset my phone, then downloaded the application again, when I want to log in, it says the pass is registered, I can't log in.

Hello! On the 16th I would like to take the intercity bus 835  from Villach to Venezia. The interrail app tells me that I need to book a reservation, but I can’t do so trough the interrail system because it wouldn’t get to me fast enough in the mail. I can find the bus on the official öbb website but it does not allow me to just book a seat reservation.  Can anybody help me with this? Do I have to make the reservation in person? Will I be able to in Villach? Or can I just not make a reservation?Thank you in advance!

I just checked my mail and stated that my train to Paris from London has been canceled for August 20th. When I tried to go find trains for the 20th or the 21st, it said there were no seats available. I was planning to see a Tottenham game at 12:30 on the 20th and get on the train at 20:01. That was the plan and all when now its says it's been canceled. I really need to get on a train on the 20th or at the very least the 21st since I have a flight to catch from Paris to Seoul on the 21st at 21:00. Is it possible to get on the Train 9046 on 20th of August or any of the earlier trains for the 21st of August. Even if there are no seats available, I don’t mind standing through the rides. Please, I am open to all possibilities, but I just need to get on a train. I’ve checked with bus routes and it's a 9~10 hour journey which prevents me from using the hotel that I booked on that day as well. I can’t make phone calls to Eurostar, since I’m overseas and my only option of contacting them is wit

Hi, I am travelling with my son and partner and we are mid-way through out trip - next destination Amsterdam. My partner bought his pass separately from my son and I and it is on his phone. His phone looks like it is about to die. Does anyone know if I can transfer his (activated) pass to my phone?!

Hello, I have a question about travelling in my country of residence. My trip should start in Koeln and i wanna travel towards Strasbourg first. The best Options are one or two stop options with the ICE, where i also have to switch the train. For example: Koeln to Karlsruhe and  than Karlsruhe to Strasbourg. Would that be allowed? Thanks in advanceJohannesYu can also answer me in german if you want :)

Hello Community!Tomorrow (Aug 14th) I need to leave the Shengen zone and I have a departing flight out of London next week. I am trying to find trains from Paris to London tomorrow (Aug 14th) but they all say “Prices unavailable.” They are all Eustar trains. I Understand it means the Eurail passes are sold out, but there are still tickets available on Eustar. However, they are QUITE pricey. Is there a way I could go to the ticket office or maybe Eustar online and buy tickets from them with a EuRail discount??
