My connection it's ok but my app Rail Planner doesn't working!!! Message: "It looks like you're offline. Please go online so you can update your tickets and Passes." Help me!!! I'm going travel in 2 hours!!!

I will be flying into Mykonos and would like to explore Greece using the Interrail pass. I want to get from Mykonos to mainland Greece, ideally Athens but not wedded to it. Eventually, I would like to get to Thessaloniki and spend a few days. After this I want to go to Skopja, North Macedonia.

Hello,I was scheduled to take the train this morning, but cannot because of a problem with the rail planner app. I am trying to add my pass to the app (I have double checked to make sure the pass number is correct), but the app tells me “Something went wrong”. The app is also updated to the newest version. Any help is much appreciated, it’s a pretty urgent problem.  Thanks!

Hello people,Any help or suggestions welcomed. I brought a promo global pass and am unable to add my mobile pass to the rail planner app. When I do try add the pass it says ‘Something went wrong’. Ive tried and couldnt previously activate my pass  and the validation period is for 1 month and it runs out today. Slightly worried as I am supposed to be travelling from Paris to Amsterdam on Saturday and need to reserve seats! I also don’t want to lose my money!  any help welcome, thank you, Marcus

The bots couldn’t help me so I’m hoping the community can. I’m on the Eurail site ordering a seat reservation for a Narbonne to Madrid train which requires the seat reservation to be mailed to me,  At checkout I selected my state from the drop down menu, but then on the travelers details page which shows the mailing address the state is not appearing.  Instead there is the number 16 where the state should be.  I tried going back and reentering my mailing address several times but it keeps replacing my state with the number 16 on the travelers details section for mailing. I am hoping someone can assure me that this is normal for states in mailing addresses to be replaced by a two digit number under traveler details for seat reservations. Thank you in advance for your help. I’ll await a response before completing the transaction.

This is my first year to use the interrail global ticket with my family. We want to travel from Kolding to Ringkoebing. In this connection, the bus is part of the trip.  Do I have to pay extra for the bus?

Hi, on August 18th-20th there are strikes in Britain, but i  didnt find an information about the eurostar trains. Does anyone know if they are affected? Do they run normally?

We purchased EURail Passes and went online to purchase our seat reservations for our Train from Strasbourg to Paris.  We click on the train we want that departs at 8:19 the next screen shows a departure time 12:19 with a different train.  When I enter information each step the time switches between 8:19 and 12:19 with the final screen where you purchase showing 12:19.  Why does the time and train switch back and forth.  I tried different times and it seems to do the same thing with all the times. We live on the east coast of North Carolina and do not know if the time difference is an issue.Any help that can be provided is appreciated.

Hello Eurailers! I’m trying to purchase required seat reservations. I fill in all info and tickets are added to my cart. When I checkout, fill in all info, the next step is “Continue to traveler details”. This either takes me home page & all data is lost OR a blank page comes up! Any advice?

I’m am trying to book the overnight train from Budapest to krakow. When doing it on the pol rail website the only options it is giving me is to collect the tickets in Poland or get them shipped. However I am already travelling and am booking the train for 3 nights time. I have tried to ask at the train station of the country I am currently in but they was unable to do it. Could anyone advice how to book this please by getting an e ticket maybe.

Does anyone know if there is an error in the interrail reservation booking system right now? I've been trying to buy my reservations (yes, unfortunately late) for Essen (Germany) to Barcelona and back in July since yesterday. I have also found connections, but in the purchase process I can't click on the button to proceed to payment.I am very very frustrated and even considering flying!

Hello, can a Greek citizen buy and use a Greek island pass?

I am a US Citizen living in the Uk on a spousal visa, which rail card do i need? And would both cover starting my journey from the UK, i.e getting the tunnel from London to Paris etc?

Hi guys,  I already purchase the 4 days interrail global pass and ready to go to our trip this week. But I have some questions:I plan to use three day pass to go for my 1st trip (13 - 19 August ) and plan to use the remaining 1 day pass to travel to Sweden on 27 August. Is it possible? What should I do on the app to make sure that wont lose the remaining one? I plan to take a direct train that will depart around 5 am arrive on 00.01 the next day. It is counted as 1 day or 2 days? Is it better for me to take the train that arrive earlier? Can we use all trains/metro in Amsterdam and Paris? Or only train that we can find the route on rail planner apps?  Last, what are your tips/advices for a smooth travel with family on current condition? Thanks very much for your kind reply!  Best regards,Ana

Hello Interrail Community! My name is Minaa, and I bought a continuous interrail ticket a few weeks ago. While filling in my details, I put in my parent's adress in Switzerland (my Nationality is also Swiss) but I am actually living in the Netherlands since 2 years already. So my initial outbound journey is from - and my final inbound journey is to the Netherlands. I will be travelling really soon, so I contacted the customer service 2 weeks ago, but I still don't have an answer (and the pass has not been activated yet). Will it be possible to change this soon? Thanks a looot in advance!

Hi! I bought a 7 day in 1 month pass a few months ago for my Europe trip, but now plans have changes and I only need 4 days. So after reading the FAQs I bought the 4 day pass so that the 7 day can be refunded. However, after purchasing,I have not received the email for the pass number so I can’t start the refund process. I did an email to customer service but still waiting to hear back after 48hours. Hoping someone can help me with my two problems:)

Hi, I tried to add my pass to Rail Planner but didn't work. Also tried to restart my phone, re-installing the app. I had an iPhone some months ago and I thought that maybe on that device will works, but neither this. I don't know what to try more and technically I’ll travel within 6 days, on 16 August.

Hi, I want to travel from Saarbrücken to Mannheim and the interrail app suggests TGV9551 at 10:58 but does not say it requires reservations. Is this true?? I thought all TGV travel needed reservations? Is it because it's completely within Germany that it doesn't? Thanks,Q

Hi guys, I won an Interrail Pass this spring and I have already planned my trip for late August. I bought my seat reservations but one of the tickets hasn't arrived and the Eurail team wrote me that it can't be reshipped due to the lack of time. I can't find any information about the refund of a single ticket, whilst having the possibility to use the other ones I have purchased. Have you ever had a similar experience? Could you help me?

If I choose to travel to a place where I don't need to a reservation seta, will I not receive a QR code? just on time? how does it work, you only receive the QR code if you pay for the reservation and if you don't pay you have to wait to see if there will be any empty accents?
