Can’t find any train from Sofia or any other destinations to Athens. Aren’t there any international trains to Athens?

Hello everyone, I have sent this email to the three support emails of Interrail, and I was wondering if this situation also happened to another person, because I´m worried this is not normal… Hi, my name is Lara and I have won a #DiscoverEU travel ticket. After submitting my booking form, I have received an email byhello@start-discover.eu (on 01/06/2022) saying that they had verifiedmy identity successfully, but i did not receive any furtherinformations on my DiscoverEU travel ticket, or the account thatwould've been created for me, as it is said after submitting thebooking form:"Within the hour, you will receive via e-mail your flex pass. Theemail has as a subject “Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next”and is sent from the email address “customerservice@interrail.eu”."I have already checked my spam, looked everywhere in my email, andnothing. This email was not sent.I ask for your help because I am getting worried, I'm afraid that Iwon't receive my interrail pass...Thank you so m

I heard that when you book an outbound journey, you also need to book an inbound journey. But we are traveling one-way. Only need an outbound.  Is this possible?

We are planning to go from Leeds to Gatwick on Aug. 19. It’s not to catch a flight, but stay at a hotel there that night.I know the strike days planned are the 18th and 20th, but does anyone know whether I should expect issues on the 19th?We can change plans and go closer to south of London if needed, but would prefer to leave the Leeds area on the 19th if possible.Thank you very much.

Hi, I wondering if anyone could help me with the refund rules for a seat reservation Milano-Paris made through the Interrail portal. On the ticket it states that the ticket is refundable up to 30 minutes before departure. If I cancel the ticket through the Interrail portal, will I be refunded the full amount? Thanks!

Hello, is there no posibility to call Interrail by phone? I booked a ticket and now there a no seats left for my journey to France. Thanks!

Hello I contacted customer service three weeks ago to change my country of residence, as I moved countries. However, I have not received a reply and my trip starts TOMORROW.So I kindly ask you for your help to contact me so that customer service can change my country of residence.Thank you!

Hello, I have a digital Interrail pass  with 4 flexible trips within a month and wanted to book my last ticket for August 12th from Basel to Berlin in the Railplanner app (i.e. back to my country of residence). It was only possible to set the current day, August 2nd, das of the booking and I could no longer delete it. Now the app shows me that I had already used this day, 2.8., as the last day of travel, even though I had not booked a trip there at all. But I have to go from Basel to Berlin on August 12th. I already asked for help at the Station desk and capable Friends, Bus no Solution of the Problem. So, does  anyone here has an idea? Would be great :)

Dear All,I have a Global Interrail Pass, Poland is my country of residence and I am trying to book a seat on a Warsaw-Berlin train, PKP Intercity does not allow making that reservation online (it would for a domestic connection, but not international), so I tried to use the Interrail booking system. It does not seem to work: the reservation prices don't show the places are supposedly/possibly sold out, but that doesn't seem true, because sometimes prices do show, on the very same trains. But even then I can't do the booking, because the only option the system knows is to send it to me via paper mail, and when I fill in the address, I am told it is too late and it wouldn't reach me on time. Is this really the only option? Can't I just have the reservation sent in printable electronic form?

Hi, I’m trying to get back to Paris from Frankfurt but can’t seem to book a ticket beyond Karlsruhe HBF. If anyone has some advice that would be great.I tried the Rail Planner/Eurail site and DB bahn. Thanks

Hello all!I’m planning to start travelling at the beginning of August but I have the wrrong country of residence on my pass. Is it possible to change it? Hello, if I buy a 1 month to global eurail pass, only I can to use de pass in June or maybe July too?

I’m travelling at the start of September from bar, Montenegro, and was wondering if anyone had visited Belgrade recently. Are there any trains out of Belgrade that go towards Central Europe. I think my only option is a direct bus to Budapest. (Or going through Croatia from Montenegro, although really wanted to visit Serbia)  Thank you

Hi, we are planning to travel from Brussels to Paris (13.08.2022 / 7.13 pm) with Thalys and called the customer service for seat reservations. But, I just realised that they gave us 1st class seat and now I can not call them again. Anyone has the same experience? How did it go? I saw a post that someone can still board the train but need to pay the differences. However, I wonder how much the differences will be?  Any prompt response or suggestion will be very much appreciated since the travel date is coming soon and we will be travelling with a baby.  Thanks all and have a good day!

I am taking the Eurostar tomorrow - From Brussels to London with connections up from Germany using two ICE trains. I know there have been many cancellations and problems with these ICE trains recently, especially between Frankfurt and Brussels. The one I need to take was cancelled today for sure! There is an alternate route (via Aachen and Welkenraedt) which I will take if there are problems. With this though it is likely I will miss my reserved Eurostar. I have 2 questions! What is the policy for missed connections onto Eurostar? If the ICE trains are delayed / cancelled, will Eurostar put my on next available train, even if travelling with Eurail/Interrail? If so, how do I prove that I was intending to take these trains?! With a “normal” ticket, this is easy to show. But with a mobile Eurail ticket I will have to completely remove the affected trains from my planner / ticket in order to add the new (later) trains that I must take. Thanks!

I am flying  to Madrid from London on Thursday and would like to get the train to Valencia from Madrid on the Friday. Is the eurail valid for spain high speed trains ?also I am then flying to Amsterdam on the following week. Can I use the pass to get from Amsterdam to emmen ?

I travel tomorrow morning and today I got a notification saying I hadn't connected my journey to my pass. I checked rhe website to see how to do it and I've already done everything it said. My tickets show on my pass on the app so I'm not sure why I've got this notification? Has anyone else experienced this?

I booked an Interrail Poland Pass for my trip from Wiesbaden to Sedzilaw with my wife and the recommended train connection to do so is to take the ICE1557 at 8:26 am on the 15th August 22 and to drive to Dresden-Neustadt.The Pass however won't allow me to book the ICE to Dresden-Neustadt. The reason for this is according to the app that my bought Interrail Poland Pass is not valid in some countries.I used once the same Interrail Poland Pass and it worked out for me because of the "Incoming and Outcoming" guarantee. What can I do?

I’m unable to make seats reservations even if there is still place in the train.

I can't enter to the application, I keep getting the error Something went wrong I have a morning train and I need to show the ticket please help urgently

Hello,I want to travel with my friend through sweden and norway. We discovered, that there are no more rails in the higher north, above Narvik. Or between Narvik and Bodoe. Can we also drive with Bus? Is the interrail-ticket also valid for bustours especially the line 100 wich drives nearly all around the noth of norway?Or do we have buy tickets from ENTUR?Helen

I’ve made a mistake somewhere in my application and though I’ve got my mobile pass it doesn’t work when booking a reservation. I’ve misspelt my surname-can I change this myself?

Hey all! We’re travelling next Wednesday 17th august from Barcelona to Spain and saw that we can’t book the reservation online. There are multiple trains a day going through this route so I’m a bit confused why we can’t , can anyone give guidance? Should we wait to get to Barcelona and book at the station? Thanks so much in advance!

Hi! I was able to catch a train two hours prior to my reservation. This happend since that train had some delay, so I could make the transfer. It's a train with recommended reservation. But since I'm already traveling, I can't find the train in the system. What the best way to be assured of a seat?Already tried booking from a station later on the traject... Thanks!
