Can I exchange my mobile pass for a paper pass ?

Hi,I start my Interrail trip on August 31. Which day is the last I can use it? September 30 or September 29.Thank you!

Hi everyone, I am trying to figure out how to connect the mobile app and the website. I bought my ticket from elsewhere, so I just directly enter my global pass details into the Rail Planner APP, and I can have access to my trip. However, there is no need (and nowhere) for me to write down my email address, so when I need to make reservation to a certain trip, there is no way for me to connect my global pass from Rail Planner APP to Eurail.com website.Any chance anyone encounter the same problem? Also, I am going to add trips and travelers for my wife, and I am afraid that it might be affected. Thank you all for helping!

Dear interrailersNew announced rail strikes in the UK: https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/aug/04/rail-strikes-august-tssa-unite-network-railI have a Eurostar reservation, returning from the UK with the train from 11:04 on the 18th of August to Brussels. Unfortunately, the train is not visible any more on the Eurostar website that day. I fear it’s cancelled, since on all other days there’s still a train at that time. On the other hand, the eurostar website keeps stating that they expect that “most trains will be running”.I didn’t receive an official word from Eurostar yet. The customer service seems flooded and really slow to respond. Did some of you possible managed to get more information from Eurostar in regard to possible cancellations on these strike days? Thanks for your collective wisdom :)

I will be travelling by train from Schiphol Airport to Ghent in Belgium using a Global Pass. Can I also use this pass to get from the city center of Amsterdam to Schiphol Airport by train? And in Munich, what can the Global Pass be used for, apart from trains? I know that I can't use it for public transportation (buses and the subway) in most cities. But I heart it can be used for the S-Bahn in Germany. Is that true? Thanks

Hello. I would like to know if the bus is included in the interrail pass. If so, where can I see the ones available and where can I do a reservation for them?

Hello, iget problems with my pass because I was planning better schedule times on the mobile pass and happen that my ticket use the inbound just to another city and I can add to get to my own city, I contact them but I don’t know if I can continue my trip inside of my country, I have 9 day left on my pass so shouldn’t be a problem but i want to make sure because isn’t show me any ticket.

Hello! I begin interrailing next week and my first leg is from Zurich- Vienna, departing at 21:40. However, I made a mistake when booking the seat reservations. I booked the seat reservations for the NightJet train that arrives in Vienna at 7:58am. The train that is on my pass is a different train that also leaves Zurich at 21:40 but arrives in Vienna at 6:40am!! I am unable to add the Nightjet train to my pass and I am now unable to buy a reservation for the train that arrives earlier. Will I be able to board the nightjet train just using my Seat Reservation ticket or will I also need my Global Pass?

Spent all the time booking my seat reservations and the planning, payment taken PLuS a booking fee to receive a e-mail to say something went wrong. I e-mailed and asked for help via Facebook MeSOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH YOUR RESERVATION       Dear Rudolph ,   There was an issue with your reservations. Although your payment went through, there seems to be a technical glitch at the mo

Last month I bought train reservations that needed a supplement, both paper and digital. The digital tickets arrived the same day by email, while the paper ones were sent a few days later, however they have not yet arrived, tracking the shipment it seems that the package is in Italy, but it is not known when it will reach its destination. Since I have to leave for the interrail in a few days, I was wondering if it was possible to receive a digital document certifying the seats on the trains I purchased.

I have bought a interrail global pass and would like to start travelling in August. However, I would like to already add the first travel day to my trip to connect it to my pass. Am I able to activate the pass before the first travel day without already starting the month (as the pass is only usable for 1 month?thanks in advance!

HiI booked paper tickets for a TGV. What are the shipping times, since in a little over a month I will leave? Is there also a way to verify delivery tracking?Thank you

Hi!I hope someone can help me. The day after tomorrow, I want to take the train from Bologna to Stuttgart. I need two seat reservations. But I don’t really understand what options I should click on the OBB website.  When I click the 6 euro seat reservation it only reserves a seat on the the train from München to Stuttgart, but a reservation on the train from Bologna to München is especially important because it’s expected to be very busy. When I click on ‘ticket already exists’ I have to click the 6 euro reservation as well. Is it sufficient to only click the top one of 20 euros in total? I can’t see if I have a seat reservation then. I hope someone knows the answers :) Thanks!!

I have pass on my mobile phone. We travel in 4weeks. Am about to buy a second smartphone for my husband.  Can I download a second copy of the pass to his phone? Thought it might be useful back up?

Can I change my online pass to a paper pass? Happy to pay any supplement.

How do I book as a group via the mobile app? Is that impossible, can it only be done via the website? Also, why is the website so disconnected from the app? I have an account to log into on the website, but just have to enter my pass details to get into the app.  Big question: If I book an interrailing trip via the website will that come through on my app? As my app is connected to the same pass? Any help would be massively appreciated, only got a few days to book!

I booked a train ticket through eurail, and the printed ticket was supposed to be delivered. However when it's delivered, I wasn't at home so I couldn't receive it and now PostNL is sending the ticket back to the sender. They told me to contact the sender and ask the sender to resend the package, but I cannot find the contact of this company. What should I do?

Hi,I am planning a trip and wanted to end in Athens. I was thinking of going by ferry from Bari Italy to Patras then from Patras to Athens. I was wondering if there is a train from Patras to Athens, if not what would be the best option for someone with an interrail pass. And where can I see the timetable and reserver the ferry from Bari to Patras and do you know if it is included in the interrail pass. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello everyone,I'm thinking of buying a 2 month pass, but I won't be able to travel continuously for 2 months.  I know that within your own country it is possible to leave/enter the country only 1x. Would it be possible to travel again after a completed trip if you buy the exit ticket from your own country at your own expense? Thanks a lot for your help, much appreciated!Nina

I am a UK resident currently via the Youth Mobility visa, but that will be expiring while I am travelling. I will be leaving before my visa and residency permit expires.Am I eligible to purchase an Interrail pass?

Hello,I am a researcher at a Belgian university. I am an Indian national and currently hold a valid Belgian residence permit as I study here.Would I be eligible for the Interrail pass? I am looking forward to purchase the global pass for my holidays.Thank you very much.Warm regards,Joaquim

Hello, just lost my phone today on the train, someone found it back and left it in basel switzerland station. Tomorrow is my last travel day, i was planning to go back to paris but before that i need to go to basel from kehl germany. I cannot make reservations online with my computer, need help to deactivate my pass and add it on another device for tomorrow thank you !!!

hey guys! i‘ve booked the 3-month-ticket with a 10% discount, now there’s a 50% discount on the interrail website. do you know if i can get a refund for my „old“ ticket and buy the same pass, but with the 50% discount; or is my ticket already considered a promotional pass because of the 10% discount?

Travelling as family of 4 and purchased passes with one email address. If I add all 4 to one device using mobile app I assume we cannot split travel at any time? My husband needs to return sooner than the rest of us so should he load his pass onto his device separately? How then do I reserve seats together for the journeys together if that makes sense?
