I think it's very wired that I submitted the delay compensation form (https://www.eurail.com/en/help/delay-compensation) twice but nobody came to contact me nor did I receive any compensation. I'm wondering if I can find someone help me here.

Is the global ticket transferable to another person? I have already bought the ticket but cannot use it and would now give it away to a friend, is that possible?

Hi guys, my friend and I have a seat reservation for a train, but since we arrived in the city we realised that it is too early for us, as we still would like to enjoy the city. Do you think it is possible to change the time of the train but keeping the reservation?

Hi there, myself and my fiancé are looking to travel in 2024 for our honeymoon, are we able to buy the flash sale tickets just now and save them for then?  hope you can help.

I urgently need to change my country of residence as it was incorrect when I purchased the Global pass 1 month. I am due to activate my pass on Wednesday 13th June (in a day). I have contacted customer service multiple times with no answer and am getting nervous. Please could this be flagged.

I cannot find the PNR code for eurostar ticket in my email. The email says it can be found under the train details, but I didn't find it.

Hello, I am traveling at the end of September to France, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Sweden. I will spend the most time traveling between several destinations within France, particularly Paris, Reims, and Strasbourg. Does that mean I need to buy a separate pass for France AND another one for multiple travel days between different countries?

hi - it looks like if i havent activated my pass yet then it will be simple to get a refund. but the boioking platform then offers choice of additional refund protection for 23 euros. Do I need to get this extra protection or is an unactivated pass still ok to get full refund? Im worried that i might book my pass and then find that i cant get the seat  reservations i need (espesh for eurostar) -am travelling in october o hoping its long enough away but in cae I wanted to have the back up of a refund..thoughts welcome! thanks! :)

Hi, I’m trying to reserve a train to Poland in september, but it says that all the seats are already booked. What do i do?

Have two passes starting Sep. 10. First train is from Geneva at 9:15AM but when I tried to get seat reservations it only showed from Noon. Should I get those or is it for a different train or am I trying to get them too early or what is going on? Thanks in advance

Was soll ich jetzt tun? Ich kann ja nur den einen Journey mit der bereits gebuchten Sitzplatzreservierung buchen und benötige aber noch eine Sitzplatzreservierung, für die ich aber nur noch eine andere Verbindung nehmen kann.

Hi, one question. I would like a quote to leave Italy and go to Slovakia and back. In the pisos selector select only Italy (departure) and Slovakia (arrival)? Or do I necessarily have to select Austria as well? Because it gives me different costs. I should just visit Slovakia without (possibly) stopping in Austria. Does the use of the ticket refer to within 24 hours of the initial stamp? Because necessarily I would only need the first day out and the day of return about 10 days awayCiao, una domanda.

(ENGLISH)Hello,I'm still brand new here and would like to start in a month & don't want to do anything wrong … In my selected route abroad and also on my selected route back to the home country, i get a notification saying  “Conditions are valid" (orange bars, see picture 1). It is said that these conditions apply to travel with a one country pass and that more information could be found under "travel information".Unfortunately, I couldn't find any "travel information", nor find out why this notification is not displayed for all of the possibile routes this day  (but exactly for the routes we have chosen, since we are happy to have longer stops at the individual train stations —> picture 2 and 3).What do I have to do now or do I have to consider something special? Why is that shown to me (only on the selected routes)?I am grateful for any help!Kind regards, Katharina :) (GERMAN)Hallo, bin noch ganz neu hier und möchte gerne in einem Monat starten & nichts falsch machen…Bei me

Is delivery of mobile eurail passes really instant?! Or is there a delay of hours or a day or so while it is processed?I know its probably best to buy in advance etc, but in theory can you buy on the day and activate for same day usage?

My group and I were awarded passes and are travelling with a flexy one to Italy soon. We are a group of 5 and each one has added their pass to their device without finishing the activation in the app (just the first step with the code). When booking the reservations for 2 trains online (via the site) I added the group members to my trip and got the rwservations for all of us (I now have the seat reservations ready in PDF) Now however I don't understand how we can get the codes for the other tickets that do not need reservations. Do we all just add the trips to the separate devices and from there get the tickets on each device or do I have to add them all to my app?I added all journeys to my trip both those with and without reservations, but do we all have to do it separately? Does the fact that I linked them with me in the site mean that I also must add them in the app? Or can they add the trips on their apps and then get the tickets for the other trains.I just got very confused with t

Hello, I purchased a $400 USD Eurail pass and was confused about directions and entered the wrong start date thinking it was active for 11 months. I thought the ‘start date’ would be whenever you used it first. In any case, I’m about to leave overseas and just found out that my month pass ends in three days, whoops!I emailed and messaged Eurail on May 1st but still haven’t heard back. My flight is in less than 24 hours and I’m getting nervous! Anyone been in this situation? When can I expect to hear from them? I’m flying into Madrid, Spain. Is there a booth at the airport or something? Is there a phone number I can call? I’m freaking out. Thanks.

Hallo. Endet ein Interrail Global Pass (2 Monate), sobald man die Inbound und Outbound Fahrt verwendet hat, oder kann man das Ticket weiterhin außerhalb des Heimatlands verwenden? Mit freundlichen Grüßen :) Hi. Does an Interrail Global Pass (2 months) end once you have used the inbound and outbound journey or can you continue to use the ticket outside your home country? Yours sincerely :)

I misspelled my surname when purchasing my pass Is it possible to change a letter of my surname? I bought a mobile pass that I haven't activated yet, I just bought a night ticket and I don't want to lose my reservation

Hello, i want to take the bus from oslo to kristinehmn at 15:42 and the train from kristinehmn to Stockholm at 19:45. There is only a short transfer time about 10 min. Will the train wait if the bus has a delay or do I have to be afraid to miss the train in Kristinehmn so that I have to stay there over night?

I want to use Rail Planner with Interrail paper pass. But the controller asked for a QR code in app, code that I've never seen and there no instruction where to find it.

Hi guys! I’m a German citizen, but have lived in the UK for four years as a university student. Can I get a global pass with the UK as my home country? I don’t have a British ID card or license, but I have pre-settled status in the UK, and am registered at the university in London. I also of course have an address in the UK, as well as bank accounts etc. I am planning to take a train from London to Germany, and would ideally like to travel more within Germany Thank you in advance,Jonas
