Solved

I have 3 reservations in my cart but when I go to ‘add traveller details’ I am booted out of the Cart and I am at the main page again.  On this page the Cart shows empty, but when I go to ‘Book Reservations’ again, it shows 3 items in my cart.  I just keep going in circles and can not add traveller details or payment:(

Can I change the Name on my ticket so a friend of mine can use it because i can‘t use it

I was going from Heidelberg to Warsaw on Global Pass. From Berlin, I had to reserve a seat. It was written, I have to pay 6 Euro, but they charged me 66 Euros. if this was the case, I’m student and I couldn’t have gone by Ryan air in 25 Euros return. And Interrail didn’t mention any of the cost. I have got the receipts, how to get refund? Kindly guide me. regards

if Eurostar doesn’t run due to the strike, I will miss my accomodation in Bruxelles and it is not refundable. Can I claim compensation?

I have a Global "5 days in 1 month" pass. I have not used any travel days, nor have I activated it. In the search interface for reservations, I am not able to pull up results for dates outside of a certain narrow range, about a month. The message “Your pass isn’t valid on this date” appears if I search for dates outside of this period. It is impossible to plan my journey and to determine when to start using the pass without being able to build an itinerary and knowing which reservations are available. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,I bought 4 Interrail Greek Island 4 day passes for myself, wife and 2 kids. They run from 15th Aug 2022 to 14th Sep 2022. When I try to make a booking on Blue Start Ferries (accepts Interrail Greek Islands 4 day pass) for ther end of August the booking system says they are invalid.I’ve spend maybe an hour on the phone to Greek Island Ferries (different numbers I was fwded to) and they insist that my Order numbers are invalid. The order numbers are IN307xxx82-1, IN307xxx82-2, IN307xxx82-3, IN307xxx82-4 (I put the xxx here for security).Greek Island Ferries tried with and without the suffix (-1). They also tried using my passport number (also on the Interrail pass). The passes say “INTERRAIL ONE COUNTRY PASS ATTICA GROUP (FERRY COMPANY) PASS” FLEXIVALID: 15/08/2022 - 14/09/2022I tried using the Interrail chatbot over several days but while it says that a customer services person will get back to me, no-one ever does.I tried emailing the support email support+id262960@eurail.zendesk.com

Hi,I want to travel in Switzerland, but there is only one route suggested for my destination. Can I travel for example according to a Google Maps route but use my Interrail Pass?Thank youAlso, maybe someone knows approximately how long does it take for the Customer services to reply?

I wanted to start my journey and the Pass activation on August 3rd 2022 but accidentally clicked August 4th, how do I change that?

I want to travel on August 15 from Bologna to Paris. I looked on the Interrail website and it showed me two legs:Bologna-Torino and Torino - ParisIt advised me I needed seat reservations on both legs, which I purchased as advised. However, when I added the journey to my Rail lanner app, it said that Torino-Paris is ‘Not in the Pass network’.So I have a seat reservation but the app says the trip is not valid.Do I have a problem?

Hey,I want to start travelling tonight. My planned route (as also recommended by the railplanner) starts in my home country this evenging and has two other stops in my home country after midnight.I know wonder if this is even possible, because one only has one outbound day (and another one which I will need for inbound). Is this possible, with only needing the one outbound day? Thanks in advance:)

Hello,i want to book a Interrail Ticket for September for a group. As we travel by train in Sweden, we will need seat reservations. And to be sure to have the seats, i want to do the reservations now. Until september, the passport of one of our group will expire, so i have to change the passport number. Because of this, i think, the Interrail Pass must be changed, Can i do the seat reservation now with the old one, will the Number of the Interrail Pass change due for the new ID?Extra question: We will have the paper version of the pass, because we will travel for 7 days in the wild, and it might be a risk, the our mobiles won’t survive the harh swedish weather, or that we wont have internet to activate the pass the day before. If we change the paper version, the will be a fee of 15€. Will be there  extra shipping costs?Thank you very much for your helpWith best regardsHeeeeMan

There is a train/bus/ferry from Athenas to Istanbul? Thanks

Hello, I seem to be unable to add my interrail pass to the app. I got the pass two years ago as a part of the Discover EU programme but it was postponed due to the pandemic. Recently I received two mails with two different pass numbers and neither works. However, in June I already added the pass to my app, or that's what I thought, and it worked back then. I haven't activated it back then. I really need advice because I was planning to start my trip already next week and I send two emails already but I'm afraid they won't respond on time. I would be grateful for any assistance!

Hey guys 🙂I’ll take the ferry from Bari to Patras and I would like to continue my journey to Athens afterwards, but I could not find a train .. I only found a direct bus connection ..Do you know if there is a way to travel by train ? Thanks a lot :)

Hi can you use the Eurail pass from Zurich to mt Titlis and back

Hi,We are traveling on July 4th from Patras to Athens. I’ve been using the app, but I can’t see any trains to add to my pass for our trip in Greece (we’re coming from Italy, already travelled from Paris)  Does anyone know how I can book travel with Eurail through Greece? Can I use the app?  Do I need to manually put in a travel day? (not sure how to do that?)  Any help, guidance - would be very appreciated.

Can I take over 2 traveldays from someone else?

Hi everyone. my pass and that of my husband is a global one month unlimited pass. i now wish to change the first day of my pass from the 5th to 6th of August. the online faq says this can be done by cancelling the first travel day and selecting a new earlier travel day. however, on my unlimited pass, there is no option to cancel a travel day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Hi,I have deleted the application by mistake and am travelling next week. When I reinstall the app, I cannot   link my pass anymore. Any help on how I can resolve this. Thanks

Hello; In order to do my trip I purchased three 4-day passes, booked seats on several trains and booked hotels.  After I had everything set and planned, I received two emails from Thalys informing me of the suspension of two trains (one on the 4th, between Paris and Brussels and the other on the 11th, between Cologne and Paris).  These cancellations affected tremendously my vacations, resulting in the suspension of my trip and considerable financial loss (cancellation of the interrail pass, reservations for seats on trains and hotels).  Can anyone be held responsible for my losses? If yes, what procedures should I take?  Thanks

On my trip from Budapest to Pula the overnight part goes from Budapest to Divaca. Before midnight the tickets of all travellers in my coupé where checked and approved. After midnight we where checked again and no one of us 3 was able to show the ticket to the inspecteur.Since I have to change trains my trip was already split in 2 parts. I showed my ticket for day 2. It was accepted. Both other travellers were on their way to Ljubljana. They travel with a monthly ticket. They were allowed to travel further. So why were we not able to show the ticket?

Hi I'm trying to book 2 seats on the 3:12 train from Paris to Barcelona on Aug 12. It's currently available but shows as paper tickets only and that it might not arrive on time at a Paris address I've input. What's the typical number of days for paper arrive. What do I do if I don't get the tickets in time?

Hi everyone,I have a question about combing one country pass with a standard ticket to travel between two countries (Swiss and Italy). I am planning to travel from Thun to Milan via Brig, and I hold a swiss country pass. I plan to take a EuroCity (EC) direct train from Thun to Milan. Would it be possible to ride this train if I only buy a ticket from Brig to Milan given that my one country pass already covers Thun to Brig? or do I need to change a train at Brig?Thank you
