Hi everyone,My passport got stolen on one of the journeys and now I want to change my old passport number on my pass to my new passport number, but the pass has already been activated. Can anyone tell me how to change this? I have already contacted support but haven’t heard anything and since I am travelling this monday to the UK I really need to change my pass ID-number to my current number pretty urgently. Anyone have a solution? Many thanks.

Hello Interrailers,  I want to buy a 50th anniversary Interrail Ticket, but I’m not shure, when the journey will exactly start in the next 11 month. In 5 month, my age changes from 59 to 60.Can I buy an 60 year Interrailticket if I’m shure, my journey starts after 5 months ? Can I buy an 59 year Interrailticket if I’m not shure, or do I get problems if I start my journey after 5 months, i.e. starting the journey when I 60 years old ?Thank you for your answers,st.eini

We already have our country interrail pass (Norway), but we cannot reserve seats via the app. How do we solve this? Thanks.

I broke my phone 2 days ago, I have a new one but I can't use the pass. I'm leaving in 3 hours, it's urgent !!

Can anybody sign post me to which pass I should purchase? I am UK national and don’t know if anything has changed post Brexit. Thanks in advance :)

Hi Eurailers, I am trying to book a seat for a EuroCity train (EC51, to destination Milano Centrale) for this Thursday, the 4th of August, but whenever I open the Eurail website I get notified “Prices temporarily unavailable. Check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation”. This has been for two days. Anyone knows how to still book it?

Can I buy a Senior Pass before my 60th birthday? I know I can’t activate the pass until after I am 60, but the website doesn’t seem to allow me to buy the pass in advance - it won’t accept my birthdate in the Senior Pass section, because I am not yet 60.

Hello!I bought my pass in May and activated it right away as it said that I could start my trip anytime within the next 11 months and also that I could change my start date later.I wanted to start around middle of August but now I noticed in the app that my pass is supposedly only valid for 34 more days without any way of doing/changing anything :-(((I haven't done a single train ride so far or bought any ticket. How do I proceed? Is there a way (for customer service) to change my start date and)or deactivate and reactive my pass?Or should I drop everything immediately and start my trip right away to not lose any more time/value?I'd be very very glad for a quick answer as I would have to organise a lot on very short term in the worst case.Thx for any help!

I bought 7-day Eurail Global Pass. But i only used up to 6 days. Could i receive refund for the balance 1 day? Please guide me.Thank you.

Hi,We would like to book a nighttrain (euronight) from budapest to berlin but the only option we get is a paper ticket. We are already traveling, so we don’t have an adress. Does someone know another option for an e-ticket to book this nighttrain?

Hi,I am 67 years old, would love to buy a 1 month 50 years celebration ticket 1st class and travel mid of Feb til mid of march.Would this work or does it mean month of February or march whole month?Thx

Hi everyone, I’m sorry if the question has already been asked but I couldn’t find an answer. I am planning a trip in central Europe and I already scheduled it. I would like to understand if what I thought of doing is possible:Travel day 1 - I would take a train from Turin, Italy (my hometown) to Bern, Switzerland (I will stay there for some hours) and then, in the same day, to Paris, France. Travel day 2 - after some days in Paris I would take a couple of trains to go to Bruges, Belgium. After that the next stops are Gent and Brussels, but I planned to buy tickets by myself and not include them in my pass, because they are cheap tickets and I wouldn't like to add travel days because it wouldn’t be convenient. Travel day 3 - at this point I would restart the journey from Brussels to Berlin (the last station in which I used my pass will be Bruges, is it against the rules? - I mean, it will be clear I traveled to Brussels not using the pass…). etc.My doubt is about “skipping” travel days

Hallo! LG,Irene

On the "frequent questions" it says you can't add or remove a trip after activating your pass, but can you add journeys? If its not possible, missing a train would mean you're stuck in that city, so I guess you can add journeys on the go but I just wanna make sure

The Global pass Mobile version is easy to use every day ? and is the same that paper versión?

Hello, we have a problem with our mobile pass #interrail. Its' our first time, we accidentally put our "outbound" for July 31, and our "inbound" for August 1.But we are leaving from August 1st to 6th. We cannot change our "out/in" because the 31 has passed.   Is there a way to solve the problem? Arthur Stephan

My paper pass was shipped 7days ago, but still not get the tracking code.  Any one experience the same thing? thank you

@Nanja Hey, I've seen that you're here to sort of help with queries and stuff, I'm really stuck!I had to restart my phone and then log back into my interrail app.  Once I tried to log back in it said that my pass was linked to another device so it couldn't be added to this device - but its still my same phone! I had to buy another train ticket to start my journey, but I still can't log into my interraill app with my pass as it won't let me!I have already bought the ticket though interrails website and made reservations etc.  Please, is there any way you can help me?

I have been trying to reserve 3 seats from northern Italy to Paris for weeks now.  At first, I thought it was because it was too early, but now the website says all the tickets are gone.  Does anyone know a way to contact interrail or the relevant train companies please?

Hi! I’m thinking about going to Stockholm from Verona on the 3 of august but I haven’t purchased an interrail pass yet because last time I was going to make seat reservation every train was sold out. So could anyone check if theres any available route to Stockholm before I buy a pass so I don’t need to waste my money?

Hi Railers! :)I’m in an urgent need to travel back home and all the flights and busses are super inconvenient for me - therefore I’ve decided to buy an Interrail ticket on short notice. Here a question as I’m not familiar with the interface of the app.I want to book my ticket to my hometown and it’s showing me the whole trip with a connection. I want to take the first connection with a train that departs earlier - is it possible to book tickets separately in the app or it must always be a complete trip? To clarify I’m traveling from A to B and from B to final destination C The train A→B is the a train arriving at the connecting station at 20:30. The train B→C is the night train departing at 21. Notice: the train company informed travelers that there will be railworks on the first route and that delays are possible. In order to avoid those unnecessary delays I’m planning to take the earlier A→B train (it’s a fast train operating every 2 hours). Is that possible? That way I can avoid any

I paid my pass and I did not get my pass because website said “Something went wrong, please refresh thr page”, I refresed a lot of times and I did not get my pass. I reviewed my bank account and the amount was charged. What can I do?

Hi, I need urgent help as I’m supposed to be travelling on Tuesday. I get “No ticket for this date” on my pass for the journey that I added when I press “Show ticket”, I’m already waiting for customer support to reply, but seeing if anyone has any idea why? Does it not show the ticket until the actual day you travel (Tuesday for me)? Please anyone? Regards,Pete Edit: (SOLVED) I’m sorry, I didn’t see the option to select the day from the calendar, it’s quite small! It’s showing me the tickets now!
