HiI’m trying to make a seat reservation from  Paris to Tours or St Pierre Des Corps in April 2026. When going through the Eurail seat reservation system, every train from April 5th to 11th says “No price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.” Surely not every seat for the whole week is booked out already? Or do they release seats  not until 2026 for April?Or is the system not working?Any answers welcome. ThanksJon

Hiwe just bought our first ever eurrail passes to go on a family adventure in June 26. Is there a guide to how to get set up?I’ve received the email confirming that we bought the passes, but I’m not sure if I need to do anything now about it? I’m slightly worried about activating the passes too early and then them running down. Is there a risk of doing that? Is there anything I need to do now? (I think we need to look at reserving seats in Feb - 4 months before travel. Is that right?)THanks!Ben

We have bought 4 Day Global Pass 25% discount. We are planning to travel in May 2026. Our understanding is we can activate it in next 11 month and once activated it is valid for a month. Is our understanding correct?

Hello. I have Netherland passport but I live in Curacao, Netherland Antilles. And I have Curacao citizen Id .I want to go Netherland and Germany, Which pass I need to use, Eurail or Interrail?

Hello! I participated in a giveaway and as I didn’t win they sent me an email with a 10> discount to use on top of the current promotion. Although it is not working… is anyone having the same problem?

HiWe’re a family travelling in 2 groups - the early group will be me & 2 kids and then 3 weeks later (when school is finished!) husband & 1 child set off.So questions are:even though I bought the passes on 1 order, are they ok to be triggered at separate times?can a pass only be added to 1 device - so I should have mine and 2x kids and hubby should have his and 1 child? Thanks! SB

Is the refund policy for the promo pass purchased today with 25% off,  the same as any other pass bought at any other time?  (ie purchased, unused and request refund , minus 10% fee)Thanks

Hi!I think I may be reading things too literally to see the obvious so apologies in advance to the seasoned interrailers!I’d be very grateful for your advice.  If I start my journey from home in Edinburgh and take the train to London and then the Eurostar to Paris all in one day, does this count as my “outbound journey”?  In other words, does this still leave me with all of my “travel days”?  (I plan to buy a Global 7 day travel pass so would it still leave me with all 7?)Also, if anyone has any ideas of alternatives to going through London that would be much appreciated. I had thought about getting the train to Newcastle and then the ferry to Amsterdam but that ferry doesn’t seem to be included in the pass and it’s ridiculously expensive.  There had been talk of a ferry from Rosyth to Dunkirk but that seems to have stalled. Many thanks in advance!  Alison

Hello Community. In to days i will travel from Berlin to geneve with a train change in Olten. hi everyonei’m from Iran and I live in Rimini now. I want to get the 5 day Eurail pass but when I want to put my info, Iran is not in the list of countries of residence. Chat GPT says to put Turkey,United Arab Emirates,Armenia or Georgia. Is that ok? I would appreciate it if you could help me.Negar

I have just ordered two interrail global passes for my girlfriend and myself. On the web site (not the app!) I then tried to plan a test trip without activating the passes. Now i cannotdelete or edit the passengers (the two of us) delete the trip completelyI’m a bit wary that I have accidentally activated the two passes. What can I do?

Good evening,I am writing to you regarding ticket reservations via the Discover EU Pass.I am planning to travel to Barcelona in December (around the 19th) thanks to this opportunity. However, for several weeks now, the reservation dates have been stuck at 23 November, even though tickets on Renfe have been available for two weeks. This means that I cannot make any reservations (accommodation, activities, etc.) if I cannot book my train ticket (at least the outward journey) in advance.Thank you in advance,Thiméo M

Hello,I bought a "4-day in 1 month" Interrail pass in 1st class for me and my girlfriend (for a trip in Austria). It is not activated for the moment. The 1st reservation I would like to do is a "sleeper coach" for us in an ÖBB night train (for the return journey from Vienna to Zurich (for the night of December 23rd to 24th) and I would like some help about this issue if somebody already faced it:When I check availability on this train via the Interrail.eu website, it indicates that "pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection". (see screenshot below) However, when I try to do the reservation via the ÖBB website (with choice of “Interrail discount”) there is availability : I can book a sleeper coach for 188 euros for 2 people. See screenshot below :  Note: I think it's normal for the price to be so high for a simple reservation. Indeed, the price of such a berth on this route is around 400 euros.I used the procedure described on the Interrail website on screenshot below

Eurail is doing something fishy. There is 1 day left of the 25% off passes discount and it is giving me an error when going to pay. It says that support will get back to me within 24 hours. All I need to do is enter payment details and I’m done. When has a company ever had issues taking money from customers??? Unless they are waiting for the 25% off to be finished so that they make extra money off me. is anyone else having this issue??

Hai everyone,We are from the travel committee of a small study association and we have some questions about buying a Flexi 4 day pass.We want to travel from Utrecht (Netherlands), to Nice (France), Milan (Italy) and than back to Utrecht. How does it work when booking for 25 people at the same time We want to buy the passes with the 25% off, but we don't know who is coming with us yet, so we don't know the information How can we reserve 25 seats all at once, to know we are all on the same train We don't understand how to choose and reserve specific trains, we are leaving on the 10th or 11th of April.  How much is this exactly going to cost. We saw it was around 10 euros, but than immediately got hit with 34,- minimum

Wondering if anyone has experienced this, and perhaps knows a way to work around this.During pass activation, when hitting the button ‘Start activation’, a pop-up is supposed to appear and ask for my phone security code. But it doesn't appear. This prevents me from activating my pass.If I disable the phone security, the rail planner app complains about a lack of proper security, and doesn't let me continue. Little bit stuck, and actually considering cancelling my order and quickly ordering a paper pass instead.Any ideas?

Hi!I am ordering interrail passes. I have filled in everything and i am now at Payment. But I have not been asked to fill in passport numbers. Is that done after payment is done?Thx in advance! Rickie

Hi guys,I already traveled with an Interrail pass, but this time I have a weird issue. My direct train (witch is in 2 days) from Wroclaw to Berlin doesn’t show on the app timetable. I have the reservation and I don’t know what should I do, I mean - how should I validate my ticket on board. When you add it manually, QR code doen’t show? Train information:IC(EC)37004/54 ODRAdeparture time: Wrocław 7:11arrival time: Berlin Hbf 11:11 I’ll be really greatefull for your help, thanks.

2 persons, each have iPhone and iPad. Can both of us have borh persons pass on two devices?  is that smart or stupid?is it better to have passes on iPhone with SIM card than on iPhone without SIM? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,Regarding the decision between a first-class and second-class ticket, I’d like to ask you something.I’ve been on several Interrail trips before, always traveling in second class. Now I’m considering purchasing a first-class Interrail pass. Next summer, I’d like to travel to Norway and Sweden, and I was wondering if any of you have experience with first class there. Do you think it’s worth it?I did some research in the Rail Planner app beforehand, but I got a bit confused by the prices for seat reservations in first class on regional trains. Are they really free? Are there additional advantages of a first-class pass that make the trip more comfortable or possibly even save you money in the end? And what about food — do you get any benefits there as well?Thank you so much for your help.Have a nice day and a wonderful trip,Lena

Hi everyone,You probably get this question a lot, but I’d like to ask something about the activation process.I’m thinking about buying a pass now because of the sale, but I’d like to travel next summer. Is it possible to activate my pass next August if I buy it in December? Does the sale change anything regarding the time frame for activation?Thank you so much for your help.Have a nice day,Lena

Hello everyone,You probably got a lot of these questions, but I can’t seem to understand what applies in my situation. Let me simplify:On day 1, I will leave my country of residence (Belgium) towards Paris and then catch a night train (the trip begins on Day 1) to the South of France. Does this count as an outbound day or as a 1 normal day of the 4 days that I have?Thank you in advance!

I have a youth mobility visa for UK. Which pass should I be getting? It’s a e-visa so I only have an email/document as a proof not a physical one.
