Will my train journey from Wales to the Eurostar (both inward & outward) & onto Florence (overnight bus connection from Paris via Milan) be counted as one travel day? And is the bus connection considered as part of the same journey since the only alternative seems to be a train connection that involves an overnight wait of nearly 8 hours.

if i activate my "interrail global pass" (flexi pass) by entering the departure date, can i change it later?

Added today as a travel day accidentally on the app. Cannot delete. I need all my travel days and this ghost travel day deleted from my pass. The app defaults today as the travel day and it is a very easy mistake to make. I need this travel day removed. I filed a ticket a few days ago but I have not received a response. I need this done ASAP and escalated if possible. Please see attached screenshot. I need the travel day removed from my pass. I have not connected any journey to this travel day so it should not count as a travel day nor did I use any rail services that day. I need all my travel days for my pass and losing a travel day to this bad UX on the app is wrong and should be corrected.Travel day to delete: July 19 2022 Moderator Note: Redacted pass and reservation information.

I did buy some paper ticket reservations for 4 persons next week for Spain, but I can’t use them. Is it possible to give them back? Would it be allowed to just give them to somebody else? If yes, is there a common forum for that?

Hi,I already have used the interrail ticket for several times, but this time I really have trouble getting reservations and now travel time is longer than expected. I know that I am late this time for reservations in the next two weeks in France, but the last time it worked for me. So, it would be nice to see if reservations are possible for my train connections before I buy a pass and then I could decide against it. Is this possible? GreetingsMartin

Hello, I got interrail global pass with 2nd class ticket and when I reserved seat St Pancreas London to Paris the booking office of Eurostar gave standard premier class in Eurostar. So will it be an issue? when I will be traveling.

Dear support team,I recently received an updated invoice for a company purchase of Interrail passes. Unfortunately, the invoice does not have Interrail's EU Tax Number on it, which means it is insufficient for the company's accounting needs.I would like to request an updated invoice that includes the issuer's EU Tax Number (VIES VAT number). Could you let me know what, if anything, I need to provide as information for this?Thank you for your help.Best,Balázs

Hi, I'm sorry to bother you, as this question occurred here many times. Unfortunately I wrote a wrong country of residency (Germany, as I study here) to my mobile pass, but I would like to change it to Czech Republic. I have a Czech ID to proof in the train. Is this enough or does it have to be changed in the pass too? Thank you very much and have a nice day! Best regards, Tereza

My mobile passport's passenger data has the wrong date of birth. The customer service team reported that they have changed it, but unfortunately it is still wrong. The trip begins pretty soon. What could I do to get it right?

Here is my situation:I bought my Global Pass for 4 days for the 2nd class seats. I planned out my trip in the app with all of the trains that I would need. None of the trains show available seats and are all sold out.  Is it possible to pay an extra fee for 1st class tickets to still get on the trains with my 2nd class ticket? I don’t mind changing my pass for a 1st class pass. This is my planning:Amsterdam to Paris on the 4th of AugustParis to Barcelona on the 7th of AugustBarcelona to Paris on the 13th of AugustParis to Amsterdam on the 14the of August  Thank you for your help in advance!

Can I check if the German Rail Pass can be used to take the trains from Innsbruck to Munich?

Hello,I would like to book a two person cabin for the night train from Bari to Milano. Couchette and single cabin are the only options on the interrail website but the two person cabin is is available on the Trenitalia website. Is there anyway of booking this? Thanks,Adam

when I want to book a train seat it says Your Pass cover number doesn't look rightwhat can o do?

I tried contacting support about this and have not received an answer and we are leaving from Prague in two days so it’s very urgent. due to train disruptions in Budapest-Nyugati we were unaware off we missed a train, since we activated our passes beforehand we lost a travel day which is crucial for us to return home to Sweden.. What can we do? Can we get in contact with interrail in a better manner?

Hello,I planned out a trip on the Interrail website but when I actually bought the tickets I found that it was not possible to book reservations on many of the routes I was aiming to use 😣. In the "more information" section it says you can book at the station. If I did this three days in advance (when I arrive at the preceding destinations) do you think I could book the following routes at the station:Vienna - Krakow 15:10- 22:23 (08.09.22)Krakow - Bucharest 04:01 - 08:06 (12.09.22)Bucharest - Istanbul 10:55 - 05:35 (14.09.22)If anyone has any tips it would be great as I don’t want to be left stranded! Thanks,Alex

Hello I wondered if there is a limit to activate QR codeS on Rail planner app, before I take the trains? nos it possible to activate it only a few hours before I took the train ? thanks

Me and my friends will be travelling in eastern Europe with an interrail pass. We've been about to book the seat reservations for the train lines that require a reservation. The problem is that there is only the option to get them send to our home adress as a printed version. My question is if the seat reservation works with a QR code or reservation number so that a friend at home just need to send pictures of the reservation tickets or if we need it as a printed form. Thanks in advance!!!You guys are our last hope !!:D

Hello there, Can you please me help me about the train tickets?I have mobile pass and I will travel in august. I put the dates and trains time on my app on my trip. I have a QR Code for all these trips that I booked on the app. Is the QR code already the ticket or I need to book the ticket on a train station? Thanks

Hey! So I was interrailing last spring and had no problem with my reserved seats since I had them all printed out. I would however like to do a trip with no planned route or anything like that, ehich means that I can’t reserve and print the tickets at home beforehand. I was wondering if the e-tickets work fine by showing them from my email even though it says on the Interrail website to print all of them just in case.

Hi I am trying to work out whether it is worth buying an internal passLike many others I am confused by the inbound outbound rulecan I travel by train from Edinburgh to London and then take a Eurostar if it is on the same day, and can I take the Eurostar and then the train back to Edinburgh if it is on the same day? Many thanks for your responses.

HejI had problems with creating tomorrows tickets, it didn't show all trains. So I removed the day and added it again accidently adding todays date (but not any trains). Since I need all my travel days I would like to withdraw todays travelday which I did nat use, thank you in advance. / Johannes Barth

I have a global pass (2-month). Does the 2 months begin to elapse from the moment I ‘activate’ the pass on the app? Or from the moment of my first trip?

Hi! I printed out the map showing a broad selection of available railway lines with the global pass. This is showing a connection going from Bayonne-Biarritz-Hendaye-Irun-San Sebastian, but when using the planner (app and web), every route passing from France to Spain is going down via Narbonne. Is it possible to travel from France to Spain via the west coast of France to the north coast of Spain?
