If yes, which ones?

I’m trying to reserve the train that departs 1 week from now online. It says the reservation is available but when I put in my French hostel address it says:“Your order contains one or more paper tickets, based on our calculations your order will not arrive on time. Please send your reservations to another address, such as your hostel in Europe or try booking at a European train station.”How can this be? Is there no way around this? I tried calling SNCF last night and they said that there isn’t spots available but the Eurrail website says there are. I won’t be in Paris until the 26th and I fear the tickets might be sold out if I go to a station to book it then…Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you ❤️

Hey! So, unfortunately, 24th July is our last day and last travel day of our Interrail trip, our Passes are valid till this date. We’ve just recognised that we’ve bought earlier (like a month ago) our seat reservations on our very last train the Zürich - Budapest night train (14 € / person). This train departs on the 24th, but arrives next day, on 25th, consequently this, arrival date is not in the Pass validity. Yeah, we know, we should have thought about this way more before… But now the full fare tickets for this route are very, very expensive (100 € / person), which we frankly cannot afford. What should we do?? Are we in a trouble?? Such a bad situation…..

My phone re-set mid journey, now I can't add my pass again to the same mobile. It says already added to a device. I am in the middle of the journey right now. I need urgently help. Order Number EU30787033Pass number VWTVF7

Hi Everyone, I am thinking of using Interrail with my child to travel from the UK to Spain. From what I understand, we cannot use Interrail within the UK, except on the Eurostar to get out of the country and back in. So we will be getting a family Railcard anyway to ease the cost of getting to London and I am wondering whether the Railcard can be used in conjunction with Interrail (eg for the Eurostar seat reservation or for the Interrail ticket….?)

Hi! I am on my way home and by mistake used my outbound flicker on the app. My train leaves tommorw and I have to stay in Gothenburg for 1 day. How can I redo the mistake

I’ve had a melt down of my emails; doesn’t look like I forwarded this one to my husband… and can’t find it anywhere on the site!  I do have the reference number, but not any details of carriage, seats and etc., for tomorrow… and with travelling, I have to rely on all of the above… not printouts!

Dear fellow members,Due to a series of serious illnesses in our family we (3 adults: man, wife, son) are only now able to book our train journeys in Sweden, Norway and Denmark starting the 3rd week of August.Would it still be feasible to make reservations for a number of trips (Stockholm - Oslo, Oslo - Bergen, Bergen - Oslo, Oslo - Stockholm, Stockholm - Kopenhagen)  at such short notice? The purchase of our Interrail chard depends on the availability of these reservations and I don’t want to risk getting stranded with my Interrail Card. Where can one check whether reservations are still possible without already owning an Interrail Card? Who can give us an expert opinion on this matter? Thanks

My Ámsterdam London train just got cancelled. So I have several problems. For example, Eurail takes this first day trip as used. But that is another question I will try to solve later.  Now I booked a ticket for brussels a 6.28am without reservation required. Should I arrive at the station way earlier as to make sure I get in? Or just having the ticket in my app should be enough? Thanks for your help!!!

Hello, I requested an exchange of 2 interrail passes (photos sent by email on May 5, 2021) and sent my passes by post. How do I get the new PASS please? I want to use them between August 27 and September 11, 2022. I've been emailing about this for a while and never got a response. We would like to organize our vacation because the dates are approaching! Thanks for your feedback

I have been looking into reserving my seats for my Italy trip through the ÖBB website as many have recommended. However, it says that the ticket must be printed at ÖBB self service machines or at ÖBB ticket offices in Austria. Is this required, or could I also just show my ticket on my phone? I’m just not sure how I’m supposed to print these if I’m not actually in Austria.

We are trying to book seat reservations to travel from Ljubljana to Split on 4th-5th August, but on all the routes there’s at least one leg of the trip that says it requires reservation and it’s not available to buy. We’ve also looked on other websites such as OBB but same issue. It says it’s a regional train, can we still get it without reserving? Not sure whether to just wing it when we get there.

Seat reservation with non-interrail passenger on Irish trains: how to do it so we sit together?

hi, i’m slightly confused about the outbound/inbound journey rules and would just like some reassurance. I have a one month continuous global pass (mobile). On my first day of travel i plan to get the train into London where i will then change stations and use the euro star to get to Brussels. Similarly, on my last day of travel i will be getting the eurostar back from Paris then getting the train home from London on the same day. So my question is will i be allowed to take two trains on my outbound/inbound journeys as long as they are on the same day?

Hello. I have a tour family mobile pass purchased with plus.i am having a loro of difficulties in booking and communicating. The passes have not yet been activated. Is It possibile ti request a refund? They are reliable?

👋🏻 Hi, good afternoon! We are a couple from Barcelona. We have paid the Greek Island Pass (4 days within a month) and have already the ID of the reservation.📲 Now we need to activate the pass in the Interrail app but our ID does NOT work. Considerint we are travelling on August (busy ferries, I suppose), we want to activate the pass and reservate the different ferries Athens - Santorini - Naxos.  😓😓 THE PROBLEM: The app gives us an error by which our ID is not valid. We think this is due to our start date pass: 15th August. Does this mean we won't be able to reservate the ferries until 15th August? We want guarantees... And do NOT have any email response. Help please!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hello, I'd like to ask whether the Interrail Global ticket is valid in Serbia and North Macedonia. I need to travel from Zagreb (Croatia) to Belgrade (Serbia) and from Belgrade to Skopje (N. Macedonia). I can't find it on the app. Where can I book my train ticket? Can you help me?

I have a global pass, 2nd class. Now trying to get from Copenhagen to Stockholm. However, trains are sold out. I can find 1st class seats. If I buy these seats how can I buy the firstclass ticket? Called to SJ (Sweden's railway) but there re 180 customers before me. Any tips?

I travelled from Hamburg to Verona with a connection via Munich (night train). I now want to go back to Hamburg. The system says that I cant enter the home country again. It seems that the connection via Munich at night was calculated as a second trip in my home country? What can I do to come home?

Emergent support needed!2,5 weeks ago I wrote you a letter asking for help.We really need it right now! When we travelled from northern Sweden to Stockholm,we started our journey in the evening. The next morning we took train from Stockholm to Copenhagen. The pass demanded to use in-/outbound journey on the both trips. We hadn’t left Sweden yet but the system already took all of our in-/outbound journeys within 12 hours of traveling.Otherwise,it was impossible to get a QR-code for the trip Stockholm-Copenhagen.We are 2 adults and 2 kids and tomorrow we want to come back home. The Interrail pass refuses to activate any journey to Sweden because no in-/outbound trips are left. There is no helpful information about the conditions for in-/outbound trips.Though we have read a lot about Interrail, right now we are feeling worried and disappointed in the system that is failing us. We need an inbound journey now to get home. And it can take up to 17 hours to get there through Sweden.Best regardsElena

HiI’ve bought a 5 days interrail for two people and today I’ve activated the pass and booked the outbound journey - including buying the reservation seat for the eurostar to Paris. Now it’s showing travel days 3/5 left where it should be 4/5 left, correct? Below picture to illustrate.can I have some help, please? I found the whole process of pass activation and seats reservations very stressful possibly not quite knowing what I was doing.

Hi, I hope someone can help me.  We were robbed on a night train last night.  My phone with the global pass is gone and I need to download the pass to a new device.  Our next train is Sunday.  There is no telephone number to Interrail Customer Service and no-one has answered my email to support@myinterrail.co.uk.Can anyone help me in advising how this can be done? I dont want this very stressful situation to mar the rest of our trip :-(Thank you everyone.

Hello, I have a technical question, if I am going interrailing from the 9th august to the 5th September do I need to buy a 2 months pass, or can I buy a 1 month pass. I will be gone less than a month, but it does switch from august to September while I am gone, and I can’t find anything on the website to answer my questionBest Regards Kaya

Hi,      I am planning to purchase an Interrail global Pass (4D) for my first ever trip with interrail. a few personal details are as follows. Planned Pass Type:  Interrail Global (as whole family have German visas) - 4 Days in a monthFamily/ travelers:   Me, my wife, 8yrs (son), 6yrs(daughter) & 2yrs(son).  total 5 peopleCurrent location: Berlin, Germany Tentative Trip Details:        a - Berlin to Mannheim 13.08.2022        b- Mannheim to Paris  17.08.2022        c- Paris to Cologne  19.08.2022        d - Cologne to Berlin 20.08.2022  Q1:  Since my country of residence is Germany,  I am confused as if for 4-Days global pass would be right choice for above mentioned itinerary. ?   i mean specifically talking about “inbound/outbound within country of residence” rule. Q2:  For Mannheim, Germany to  Paris, France leg and return leg, seat reservations are mandatory, but do I have to make seat reservations for adults only ? or for all kids (8,6,2 yrs)  also? Your valuable feedback is h
