Solved

Hi,we use the caledonian sleeper from London Euston to Upper Tyndrum. But this route to Fort Williams is not in the Planner, whereas the connection to Inverness is shown. What now? How can I create my ticket for the train? Any ideas?Thank you!

After traveling four trips out of ten with our pass somehow my pass activated twice and my husbands will no longer work.  I can’t get any help from the people booking trains in Barcelona so we had to pay full fares for my husband’s ticket to Valencia. What can we do to get his activated again since mine is activated twice?

Hi everyone I bought a Eurail pass quite a while ago as I'm currently in Europe for studies and during my free time we planned to travel a lot I bought a 15 day travel pass that stated 'for flexible traveling' and on my order confirmation it also said for 15 flexible days.  I loaded my pass to my app and when i arrived in Milan I immediately started using it. Only yesterday I realized that my pass stated (on the app) that it is 15 continous days and not 15 flexible days like it is stated on my package.  The website describes the 'flexible' pass as one where you can choose your days and times whenever you like, but now i cannot choose my travel days.  I dont know where to go for help or who and how to contact anyone for help. Their online bot is not working and at the Amsterdam Schipol station they just said I must contact online support as they cannot help my due to the fact that I bought it online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I had to reset my phone, but now I am unable to reload the pass into the app, as it says that the pass is already activated on another device (which isn’t the case). I’ve already set up an case trough the request form. Does anybody, who had to face a similar problem, know another way to solve this problem? Unfortunately it’s a very urgent problem for me, as I want to start my journey by tomorrow. Thanks a lot beforehand Antonia

I have already bought a Interrail Global Pass Young for 185 euro. I can travel for 4 days within a month. I found a train from Villach to Copenhagen: 08:33 --> 04:17. This travel is considered as one day (because it last 19 hours approximately) or two ?

I bought a seat reservation on a train on a specific date that no longer appears on the eurail site.  Has that train been cancelled?

can i use global pass to travel with in a country and between countries ?

I bought two passes with the same account, then, on the website, I added the passes to the same trip cause we are travelling together and Bought reservations for that trip for both passengers. Now on the mobile app I can’t find my trip and I read that one pass can be blu be linked to one trip… how can I do? Cause I paid for reservations for two people on the same trip…. Suggestions?  thank you a lot

Hello, i have reserved seats in the train that goes from madrid to marseille, but they are physical tickets, so i cannot download them, even though i've paid for them. How can i get thouse tickets? Are they going to be sent?

Hello,  We will be travelling to Spain from France (Marseille-Barcelona-San Seabstian) and it says that seat reservetions are required on the website but it’s not possible to book online. Is the only way to do it in person at a spanish train station that it says in the app or does anyone knows another way? Thanks in advance!

hi! me and two frinds bought a 5 travels days pass. unfortunatly when we added the pass to the rail planner app, we aso activated it. we did not understand it would be so hard to seat reserve. we had alreade looked up a train that went from stockholm to copenhagen then hamburg en then munich. we saw that te stockholm-copenhagen trip had to be reserved but when we went to check out it sait it was full. now i cant find any trains that takes us out of sweden and our outbound day is set for today… thankful for help/suggestions to what we sould do now

Hi!  For some reason, every time I try to use the reservation tool via the interrail website my pass doesn’t show up. I login with my account as requested but my pass (1 month global pass) does not appear and I am unable to make any reservations. I need to reserve seats on the French TGV and cannot find any other way of doing this.  Would love to hear anything tips on what I can do in this situation! Thank you!

Hi there,All of the seat reservations from Zagreb to Split/Split to Zagreb are sold out on the relevant days we need to travel in August and they are required. Is there a website you could direct me to in order to book them elsewhere in advance? Or will I just have to book at the station once we arrive? Thanks so much! :) Jodie

Hi there,I’m planning my trip and on several trains I see that it says “you’re all good to go” but that seat reservations are sold out. In the case of these trains, can I still ride but just won’t be guaranteed a seat? Cheers,Scott

hi, would like to know how to book seat reservations. (I have a Eurail global pass for 2 months)I tried to book seat reservations for high speed trains (I have already saved the journeys into my trip on the app), and on the eurail app it says I have to book seats separately on websites, from london (st pancreas) to paris for next week and for another trip at the start of august. But on eurail.com, I am able to find the train timings but it shows “Prices temporarily unavailable, check back in a few hours to see prices and book this seat reservation”. I would like some advice regarding these 2 trips and the compulsory booking of seats. Is there any way I can go to train stations in London and ask their staff? Or book the seat reservations through the train stations instead? Thank you!

Hello, I missed my train that included my remaining inbound journey. I can't cancel my inbound journey on the app to travel the next day. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks 🙏

Up until 5th September there are day trains on this scenic route fromSalzburg to Zagreb. But from 5th Sept there are no tickets available and it seems like you have to go via Budapest. Does anyone know what the problem is?    It doesn’t seem to be just a delay in allowing the tickets to go on line. Many thanksMaxtoby

Hello there!I have a global flexi pass with 7 days of traveling time but I live in Romania so I am relatively pretty far from the rest of Europe. My plan is to go to Spain tho, but I would have zero time in the cities due the the 7 days limit and my question is that if I got on the train in Spain on the way coming back with the intention that I do not stop until Romania would it matter if I pass the day limit? So Maybe I got on the train on the 7th day and the journey back to Romania would take place on the 8th and 9th day. Is that ok or do I have to get back before it expires?

hello :)i am travelling from stockholm to croatia, my fist stop will be in germany. i was wondering if the trains from germany, example munich, going in the directon to split/croatia are fully booked or if it should be possible to find trains easily?

I bought a mobile eurail pass on Nov 20 but apparently the pass is being shipped to my place in the US; since I have to leave on Dec 12  I’m concerned that the pass may not arrive in time.  There is no number to call, the chat is useless and so is the website if you need to clarify things about your pass.  Who do I turn to to have them email me my pass as I had originally requested when I made the purchase?  Overall, a very bad experience.

I want to travel from Switzerland to St. Pölten (Austria) for a festival, but I am unable to find the city in the trip planner.

Can I travel form Bern (residence) -> St.Pölten -> Bern -> Paris -> Bern? Does going from Bern to (f. ex.) Prague through Austria count as 1 or 2 trips?
