Can somebody help me, please? We have bought three passes and planned to travel as a family from Prague to Portugal and back, leaving tomorrow. On Monday I wanted to load the passes in my App (I need to have all three passes in my phone) but all I get is the ´Something went wrong´ message.I am online, have Android 6.0.1, the latest version of the App (24.1.0), I´ve tried about 15 times since Monday but keep getting the same message. I enabled error logging and contacted customer service on Monday, receiving an automatic reply that they will try (!) to deal with it in two days. They haven´t answered yet.I don´t know what to do .. we have booked all our accomodation, I have seat reservations (had to go to Germany to get the Spanish seat reservations) … it´s very frustrating. We might be able to postpone the first train and leave on Friday July 15 at 5:30 am at the latest, but no more changes are possible as we´ll be on the move 14 days out of 16.Do you think I should get another Android p

Hello, I bought interrail global pass and I want to depart from Valencia, Spain. My train departs from Valencia the 31st of july at 16:38, but I have to wait one day in Barcelona, so the next morning I leave Barcelona on my way to Geneve. I read that you can’t travel more than one day in your country in order to leave it, so my question is if “one day” means one calendar day or means  24 hours since the beggining of my travel.

Hey everyone. I’m supposed to travel from Paris starting on the 31th of July and cross Germany - Tchek Republic - Slovakia - Hungary - Serbia - Croatia - Slovenia - Italy - …I NEED HELP. I can’t book ANY trains or at least the ones I’ve tried. Everytime it says “Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”PLEASE help I am losing it.

Hey. It’s me again. I am FREAKING OUT. I’m leaving with my friend on the 31th or July or the 1st of August - or at least I’m supposed to. We are cool with the first stop, it could be Amsterdam or any city in Germany really. The thing is that EVERY Interrail ticket is BOOKED. We don’t know where to go, we can’t travel later than that. What the fuck is happening? Why sell 500 euros Interrail passes if you can’t travel with it? PLEASE help. It’s urgent.

Hello,When we bought our passes we thought we made sure that the correct pass was assigned to the correct person but here we are. I am now unable to activate my pass because I am older than 27, while my partner has activated the adult pass. Any idea on how we can fix this?

Hello everyone,I bought passes for me and my friend. I somehow switched the names of me and my friend however. I am supposed to travel next week on monday (18 juli) and me and my friend are supposed to travel on the 7th of august. I already activated the passes.

Hello,When I try to book my seats, I get all tickets with “Not avaiable for some travellers”. Do you know wher it comes from ?

Hi!I bought a 7 day Global Pass, but changed my plans and would need only 5 days. I understand I should cancel my Pass and get a new one. Problem is I already made reservations associated to my actual pass. Is it still possible to make this exchange, or is it better to play it safe and keep it this way? Thanks for the help!!

Voila voila

I want to book a train from Rotterdam to Paris. But when I am booking at interrail I see this: ‘No price results were found for this connection. Please try searching again or find an alternative way to book.’…. When I go to the site of Thalys, I see that there still are some spots left… But how can I enter there my interrail ticket???

non riesco a pagare i treni che devono essere riservati. una mia amica è riuscita a fare il biglietto sia a me ch a lei ma vale lo stesso ? anche se non è collegato al mio pass?

Hello, I need a pass cover number to book a seat reservation with Thalys, but I have a mobile pass so I do not have a cover number. I have tried to request one from support, but with the recent delays in answer, I am not hopeful. I am afraid it will sell out before they get back to me.  Any Ideas for a work-around?

Hi, Just wanted to check if we need to use travel day to get any discounts on activities/travels in Jungfraujoch region from interlaken. Thanks,Swapnil

Hi!I am travelling to Spain in late August with Interrail pass. I have looked into a few other threads where I have found the number +34 912 320 320 to call for booking seat reservations since I doesn’t seem possible to book seat reservations for trains i Spain over the internet. I live in Sweden and am arriving in Figueres Vilafant about 1-2 hours before the first train I aim to book in Spain.I have called several times trying to book seat reservations. First time they said it was too early and that I had to call back when there was 3 months left until my trip. Second time they said it was something wrong with their system but that they would mail me a link which I had to click on to approve the booking, or something like that. Unfortunately i never got the mail. Now that I tried calling for the third time they say that I can’t book seat reservations until 3 days before my trip, but that I can buy tickets now to the train if I want(however then that is not linked to my Interrail pass)

Hello, how do i know if i have activated the interrail pas?We are a group, we had all the passes on one mobile now (but we haven't used them or anything) we need two of the passes to be on another mobile. How can we do it? Once activated, can we modify the trip that we had planned? For example, there are two days that we are in London and we want to take the metro but we have not put it in the application. Would it be possible to take the subway? Thank you very much

darf man mit einem one country pass für dänemark bereits ab flensburg fahren ?

Hi !!! Do you how it is possible to have the 20% reduction on the donkey republic app ? I don’t  find where I can put the “INTERRAIL20” code .. Thanks !QS

I bought my pass a month ago and just recently activated it to start traveling. However when I went to reserve my seats on my planned journey there weren’t any available. I am trying to get from London St Pancras → Schiphol Airport, NL on July 14, 2022. Can I reserve a seat in person in London? Can I get on the train without a seat assignment and risk standing? Please help worried I won’t actually be able to use the eurorail pass.

How does it work on trains with "Seat reservation not required"? Can you get in without making a reservation? Is it on a first come, first served basis? Is entry to the train guaranteed?

Hi!My Interrail ticket expires on July 17, my question is, does the ticket expire on the 17th at 00:00 or do I have the whole of the 17th to use it for the last time?

We are travelling to Tirano from Varenna soon. I know all about the trackworks and there is a replacement bus. However when looking on the interrail app to add the trip it is showing the first part of the journey by train to Colico is "not in network" why is this the train is RE 10316.

Hello.. I am new to this eurail website and I started planning my travel and I saw in planner in mobile app I turned on filter for No seat reservations required and searched for travel from kopenhagen to hamburg. In the results I get I see high speed train and one IC train and it says the reservation is recommended.I want to know is it just a suggestion or I have to do reservation in that case?

Hi there,I'm about to purchase Eurail Greek Island Passes for travelling with my family from 13th August 2022. When checking out, I've noticed that the paper passes would not reach Australia/ our hotel in Greece by mail before 22nd August. Can we receive a mobile pass instead, to ensure being able to utilise the passes? Thanks in advance for responses.
