Solved

I’m trying to make a sleeper reservation on the Nightjet Amsterdam to Munich on 14th August. The website won’t let me pay and gives me this error code:Reservation error (NJ-Code: NJ-02, TS-Code: WBS08085, Public ID: 70fd2fb9f0b847f49fcf33f36edde9a8, Support ID: NIGHT1_bB91lD85)Does anyone understand what this means?I’ve tried to get though the the support line in Austria but don’t speak German so I was wondering is there another way of making this reservation does anyone know? Many thanks

Hi, I am planning to move from Zurich to Innsbruck but I am confused with the coverage of Austria Pass.It seems that I can use my Swiss travel pass from Zurich to Buchs SG (in Switzerland), but is it possible to use Austria Pass from Buchs SG to Innsbruck? Or, should I use it from Feldkirch (in Austria, the next station of Buchs SG) to Innsbruck and buy the ticket from Buchs SG to Feldkirch separately? It would be thankful if someone enlightens me about this :)

We are trying to travel from Bled to Zagreb on the morning of the 14th July. The train we want to get on is the EN40465 from Lesce Bled at 7:31 to Zagreb at 10:49. However on the OBB website this train is showing as not available to book tickets for. Does that mean the train is not running? Or just that it is fully booked? And would we be allowed to travel on this train with our passes but without a seat reservation - we are happy to stand!

I am going around in circles trying to work out how to reserve tickets on Spanish high speed trains. My family and I are flying in to Spain but thought we would take the train back across Europe.  My problems are that I need to make seat reservations but trying to do that via an online search just takes me to sites that are set up for ticket purchasing not ticket reservations. It would be easier (I expect) to use the interail.eu tool, but for reasons that are unclear my trip details don’t appear on the online account I set up. Neither does it appear possible to query this with the interrail.eu as they don’t seem to respond to emails or accept phone calls.  This is all very frustrating and worrying, Can somebody help?

Can I get an interrail pass if my country of residence it's in Europe but not in the EU?

Hi! A few weeks ago I added the train from Hamburg to Copenhagen at 10.53-15.35 on the 6th of August to the interrail app. Now my friends have tried to do the same thing but it says it is no longer a train even though I checked on the Germany Rail Transport website (Deutsche Bahn) that it is still an existing train. What could be the problem? I specify that it was not a train that needed a reservation.

I wondered if anyone can help with this please:)I have added the 14.25 from Paris Lyon to Avignon on the 25th Aug to ‘my trip’ and successfully bought seat reservations but have just checked and it doesn’t appear in the journey planner anymore. I have looked on Sncf and trainline websites and it is showing up on their sites which is confusing me. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,Next Monday, 18th July, I was taking the Eurocity train from Budapest to Prague at 11:40, and I already had the seat reservation because ir was obligatory according to the app. However, after the last update of the app, this train is missing. Why is that, and what do I have to do to travel that day from Budapest to Prague taking into account I already paid for ir? Thank you

I have a two-month global pass with the latest activation date of 9 April. Does that mean I can activate on 9 April and then travel for two months? Or is my 9 April also the limit of its validity (i.e. an effective latest activation date of 9 February in order to use the full two months)? Thanks!

Hi allWhen I missed the train because the train before was late, can I ask for a refund for my reservation, or ask for change of the reservation (if there is time enough for doing this...)  I have an Eurail ticket 1. class, but even more than one monthe before, I cannot reserve seats in the first class (DB ICE Frankfurt > Cologne). Reservations in this train are NOT mandatory. Are there “open” seats in such trains. Thanks for your help!

Hey,can I use one pass for two people traveling together? Me and my girlfriend want to drive to Bordeaux and need to figure out if we can share one “one-country-pass” to drive together with the same trains. Thanks a lot

Does anyone know how I could get a reservation for a bed in a single sleeping compartment for the IR 407 "Corona" train between Budapest and Brasov? (this is another route than the Dacia and Ister night trains)Somewhat to my surprise, the Interrail reservation service is able to book reservations, but only on paper tickets, for which I am a bit too late already (departure 19/07).I know I can purchase this at the train station in Budapest, but are there any advance options I am missing? Thanks!

Hi, I was wondering if i can return my paper passes (purchased prior to covid) to change to Mobile passes for my upcoming travel. I would like to book my reservations now as it seems seats/times are running out. Please help. Travelling to Europe next week. I have emailed Eurail support my paper passes and waiting for a response so they can confirm it can be returned. And if confirmed i can repurchase Mobile tickets and wait for a refund for my paper passes.

On my previous journey, there are a total of 4 days that I will need to activate my EURAIL Flexi pass to travel between countries, however, I was not able to activate the pass on any single day. I already contacted the customer service but they only reply that they would response within 48 hours, but until now, there are still no response. And because of that, I need to pay for a train ticket fee, which I should no be paying because I already purchased the Eurail pass. Is it possible to refund the ticket fee, since this issue is the Eurail’s responsibility?

My friends and I booked 4 second class passes. We wanted to travel through Italy, so we had to reserve seats for those trains in Italy. We decided to do this via Interail. However, they sent us reservations for first class. So now we want to cancel the second class passes and book 4 first class passes, because there are no second class seats available on any other website. Our question is: can we still use the first class seat reservations we received with our new, first class passes, or are those reservations linked to our second class passes, because we booked those seats via our second class passes on Interrail?

I am travelling around Europe and I am trying to book a night train ticket from Prague to Budapest. When I am booking my reservation on Eurail website it says “E-ticket unavailable” and prompts me to fill information to have a paper ticket delivered to my hotel.  does anyone know a different way to book this with no paper ticket needed?

Hi Guys! We would like to buy a greek island pass But we need it very soon. Does anyone know where in the Netherlands You can buy it?

The journey in question is Strasbourg → Munich on the 22nd of July at 10:50. The journey is through 3 trains (1 regional and the rest ICE).When I book on Eurail, I’m having to pay about 32 euros per train (8 euro x 4 passengers). So this amounts to 64 euros for the entire journey. But when I plug the same info into the Bahn website, I’m getting 8 euros for the entire journey?I know what a bargain is but this seems a bit much :) Have I done something wrong or is there something I’m not aware of?

Hi there!I‘ve been wondering how I could use my mobile pass as a bus ticket. As for train rides, you need to select your train in the app to activate the ticket, but I can‘t find any bus connections. I‘d like to use it in the city of Zurich and to just spontaneously hop on a bus or other city transport. Do you know how this works? Thanks!

hi, we bought one country pass by mistake and we had to bought global pass again but how can we claim for pass we bought before by mistake though we activated one day also so we dont know what to do now. ugh !!!!!!

Hi! Does anyone know how “reliable” or legit the manually added journeys are? Is there any way to ensure myself that the ticket will be valid and there wont be any issues with it? Thank you!

I am wondering which pass is appropriate - or indeed, whether I would have the choice / right to buy either?I am a UK citizen (with UK passport) but have long term residence in Hong Kong. I have a Hong Kong identity card, but not a Hong Kong passport. It looks as though the Eurail would be the best option as it would allow me more travel in the UK. Would an ID card be accepted for this, or do you have to have an overseas passport? I assume with the online passes they link up / verify passport numbers in some way - would I therefore fail to activate the pass with just an ID card and no passport?

I am trying to book seat reservation everything goes in the basket but cant process

Hello everybody,I want to travel from Strasbourg (France) to Kassel (Germany). For the first train from Strasbourg to Karlsruhe a reservation is needed. For the second train, from Karlsruhe to Kassel, there is no reservation needed. When I want to buy this connection, I only have a reservation for the first train, for the second not. And that confuses me. When I bought my tickets for my outward journey from Germany to France, I had one train with reservation and one without, too. But there the train without reservation was booked too, so in my Mobile pass I have a ticket for that train.  What do I have to do now?  How can I book trains where no reservation is needed?(I have a mobile pass) Best regardsJohanna
