Solved

Hi, i can see many related topics to this one, so sorry if creating a new one is against the etiquette. We are 5 people with mobile interrail passes trying to book seats on french TGV train, but are unable to do so due to not having a pass cover number. From what i understand others have received pass cover number through the support on this site. We are quite desperate to get these seats reserved and its been quite frustrating trying to figure out how to. Hopefully you are able to help. Cheers, Emil.

I activated my pass and want to deactivate it to get a refund but I’m unable to do same online. Does anyone know how to do it?

If I’m doing some train travel then a river cruise for 2 weeks then more train travel after the cruise can I add the river cruise dates in the online planner? Otherwise it’s showing my Budapest to Amsterdam cruise as train travel. Any advice appreciated.

Hello, I’m Andrea and I’ve been planning an interrail trip for me and 20 other friends. Everything was going well, until I tried to book a seat reservation for Paris - Barcelona. Impossible. In any way, and no one is helping me by phone, not the SNFC nor Interrail Customer Service. We’ve a ton of stuff booked for Barcelona and it would be really bad if we had to cancel it all.  Please if someone can help me out, any way we can get from Paris to Barcelona on July 24th.

Hello! I'd like make reservations for my friends with mobile Pass (InterRail Global Pass) for trains in Italy. I added them to trip in my account, but I can't find Issuer (CIV) and Pass Cover Number on their tickets. Without them I can't make reservations. Where can I find them? Or how can I make reservations with mobile Pass? Moderator note: similar topic

We are tried to book the inbound trip from Copenhagen and back to Norrköping, on 7 of august. When we add the journey in the interrail app we find a trip at 15:07-15:46 from Copenhagen to Malmö (Train RE1066) and continues with 16:04-19:19 from Malmö C to Norrköping(HST544).The High speed train needs a seat reservation, but when we try to reservate a seat we didn’t fint the same train on the seat reservation website.. Instead we found a trip at 15:07-16:35 from Copenhagen to Hässleholm (RE1066), 16:57-17:53 Hässleholm C- Älmhult (BUS60544), and 18:08 -20:20Älmhult-Norrköping (HST546). It seems like the interrail app and the seat reservation website don’t match, we can’t find either of these trips in the other site. Now we already booked a ticket on the later of the trips (HST546) and we would like to use this as our inbound journey, but we need help to add this trip to our journey in some way. What can we do?

Hello Community,I purchased a paper pass yesterday and I would like to make seat reservations for some of my train journeys, especially eurostar as I am worried they will sell out but it says I need my pass cover number which it says will be on my ticket that may only arrive on 25th July and I am planning to travel 29th July...Is it possible to find out my pass cover number and make bookings before the paper copy arrives, otherwise can I change it to be a mobile version to avoid the problem? Thanks

Hey i need my pass cover number to book tickets online. Where can I get this number ASAP. thanks in advance  Best regards  alphan

I’ve got a mobile global pass and want to travel in Italy from Ancona to Bologna on Friday 8th July. From what I’ve read here, I can reserve seats using the oebb.at website. Will this give me an online ticket ie. can I just show the QR code on my phone for the seat reservation? Or do I need to print the QR code to show a physical paper copy? I’m arriving in Ancona the night before I want to travel. Could I simply go to the station to reserve my seat? Or is there a chance the train will be fully-booked if I leave it that late?

I want to book the night sleeper train from Prague to spilt or nearest.  can I book this on the interail site. or should I go direct to Regio?

I am trying to book 2 sleepers from Munich to Rome Termini 27 using OBB.Does anyone know the phone number for a conversation in English (the Austrian number is +4351717 but the recorded message is in German) please ?

Hello! I need to catch my high speed train from Paris Gare de Lyon 07:35 july 6th to Nice. Right now I’m in Amsterdam and i was planning to pass through Luxembourg for a few hours since i wanted to visit. I’m leaving on the 5th and I’m choosing between taking the flexibuss, therefore not visiting Luxembourg, or using regional trains. Is this route good? Will i get on board with out seat reservations? They’re greted out everywhere so its hard.  i also dont mind sleeping one night in a different town like Champagne, but I’m not a huge fan of Paris.

Hi, I am having a question regarding pass validity in Denmark. There are many side branches which are not operated by DSB or Arriva, e.g.Nakskov - Nykøbing F Køge - Faxe Ladeplads Holbæk - Nykøbing SjAnd many many more. Does anyone know if interrail is available on all these gray lines?

Hello community !I live in France. I would like to buy a 5days Global Pass (one month validity). Can I use the first day from my 5days pass to travel IN FRANCE ONLY, from Montpellier to Nantes ? Then I plan (after staying some days in Nantes) to fly from Nantes to Berlin, and use the rest of the pass travelling in Germany and Sweden.Big thanks in advance for you answers.

I already bought Eurail Global Pass and booked seat reservation. However, from July 1st, the Eurail Global Pass has 15% discounted price. I would like to cancel the ticket I bought in original price, and buy another discounted ticket.the question is the seat reservation listed with the ticket number, if I canceled the original price ticket, is the seat reservation still usable?

Hi! I have activated my pass through the app. Then I needed to make a seat reservation and that was not possible through the app. So I went to the website and created a account. Now I seems that I have two accounts, and they are not connected.

my daughter has a second class interrail pass that she hasn't activated yet, and cant get a seat reservation on Eurostar next week. if she changes to a first class interrail pass, how will she know she can definitely get a reservation on Eurostar?

What’s the best way to book a train ticket-i have a 1st class unlimeted Euralial pass and my parter doesn’t have any pass?  We want to be able to sit together in first class from Amsterdam to Paris. Thanks!

Hi!I purchased a mobile interrail pass for the first time.I bought a 4-day pass within a month.I will travel in a group of 5 people; the trip will start from Munich then it will stop in Budapest, Prague, Berlin and then back to Munich. I have many doubts about booking / app / app travel creation / pass activation.Let's start from the beginning. I take as an example the first travel section, which will be the same for the other ones:Munich - Budapest route - reservations requiredA) I tried to book seats from the interrail site for days but it doesn’t make me proceed due to various errors, so I used the Obb site and I found the EC63 train with departure time 9.29 (I still have to book). Is the seat-booking a separate procedure? And is this the reason why it doesn’t comunicate with the Rail planner application? Consequently, when I get on the train and the conductor will check the tickets, do I need to show him both the reservation and the ticket through the app? B) Through the app, I fou

We are making the reservations and in the app it indicates that we must reserve a seat in some sections and when entering to make the reservation it indicates that it is not necessary. Anyone else has happened? Thank you

I have already submitted for help to customer support but looking to travel this morning and haven’t heard back. I have 4 passes linked on my device. They are all show two time in the My Pass screen.   Two of the passes are allowing me to link journeys to them and I can see a ticket for today’s journey in the My Pass section as expected. However the other two won’t allow me to add a journey to the pass and therefore I do not see a ticket in the My Pass section. When I try to link I get this generic error message.  I submitted requests for help and from what I can tell there is no support in person at any Paris train station. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone,I am trying to get from Paris to Annecy on the 9th of July. I am a bit confused because for some trips it is mentioned that seat reservation information isn’t availbale. And some trips it is mentioned that seat reservation is required however prices are temporary unavailable. And sometime it is a mix of both. Can someone please help me understand the difference between each? Does this mean that all seats are booked already?

HiI just used a travel day by mistake as i was trying to cancel a journey. I contacted support but no answerI'm not going to travel today and i can't delate this travel day i just booked because the day has already started
