Hi guys, just a quick one,how dose the two month global pass work ? Is it one train journey a day for two months or two months worth of journeys ie round it to 60 or just unlimited for two months? 😅Really appreciate any response

Hello,I am wondering if anyone has advice on getting through to someone at Eurail to process a refund. We purchased 3 paper global passes on April 3, which never came. After spending hours trying to contact Eurail and the postal service, we ended up purchasing replacement mobile passes and requesting a refund. However, we have still not heard anything back with regards to our refund request. The tickets were nearly $1,200 and we have not received any indication that they will be refunded (despite paying extra for pass protection). I am wondering if there is a way to speak with a live person by phone or email? Any tips are much appreciated!Jamie G

Hi to everybody! When I select the trip to book my seats the systems keeps on the loading mode… I’ve been trying wtih differents browsers but I get the same results and my trip starts in just a couple of weeks. Has anybody experience the same? any recommendation? Thanks a lot for your help! Aina

Hi all! This summer I'm planning to travel from Estonia (Tallinn) to Latvia (Riga) to Lithuania (Vilnius) and eventually to Poland (Bialystok/Warszawa). I am entering Tallinn from Stockholm with a boat. Since Eurail doens't support the railway sites for the Baltic states I went to the sites of these countries by myself. My understandings are that it is possible to go from Tallinn to Riga (via Valga), but when I am looking to see if its possible to go from Riga to Vilnius it seems to be trouble. This is mainly because the railway site of Lithuania doesn't seem to be working for me.It was my plan to go from Riga to Daugavpils, to switch trains en travel further to Vilnius. From Vilnius I wanted to go to Kaunas, to go to Bialystok and eventually travel to Warszawa. Here on the forum I am reading that travel from Estonia to Latvia isn't possible, however the railway sites of these countries (Elron and Pasazieru Vilciens) say that it is still possible. Via the route I mentioned above. I am w

I want to travel from Bruxelles (Midi) to London (St. Pancras) and return a few days after. There are no more seat reservations available, but I read in the forum that theoretically seat reservations can be booked at the stations as well. Since I need 9h to even get to Bruxelles, I wanted to ask: how likely is it to get a seat reservation in Bruxelles for the Eurostar train?

Bonjour, si un voyage en train de nuit commence le soir un jour et finalise le lendemain matin, est-ce que cela compte comme un ou comme deux jours de voyage ?

Dear community Can anybody advise on the topic of adding an additional traveler to an already existing reservation? We have booked our trip for two, and now a friend wants to join so we end up being three. Naturally, we would prefer the third seat reservations to be close to us. Is there any way to influence this when booking, or by editing our existing reservations? Thank you very much for your advise! Yvonne

Hello,I'm experiencing a lot of problems with the site. At first I couldn't make reservations and see the prices. Then it says "come back in a few hours". Half a day later I can't even log in to make a reservation. This site makes interrailing so difficult that I think I will book another trip. Do others have this problem too? Especially with making reservations.

Hello! I'd like to travel from Ljubljana to Pula. According to the planner, there's one connection a day via Divaca but it isn't possible to book. Checked the provider website also and can't book it there. Any tips?

I recently bought a couchette reservation on the interrail website booking system for Intercity Notte 798 from Napoli Cle to Milano P Garibaldi on the 6th of july. As the confirmation e-mail I got from interrail confirms, I paid 86€ in total for two persons (41€x2 + 4€ booking fee). However the pdf tickets I got attached to the e-mail say that I only paid 3€ per person and they are for two seats, not two couchettes. Vagonweb.cz shows that coach 3 (where I have been allocated) is normally a seat only coach. And trenitalia support confirmed to me that I have indeed been given a seat, but refused to help more.  So now 80€ have been stolen from me, I have no way of getting this money back and I don’t even have the couchettes I paid for! I contacted interrail support with that stupid confusing chatbot, but three days later I haven’t got any response… I am leaving soon, and I would like this issue to be resolved, 80€ is a lot of money! I appreciate that it isn’t easy to have a perfect websit

Hello everyone,We are a group of five people that have Interrail global passes for the 2nd class and we need help with two trains, one from Hamburg to Copenhagen at the 7th of August (leaving Hamburg at 23:56 and reaching Copenhagen at 8:19). We have already booked a reservation for a train that leaves the next day (at 8:19 AM) from Copenhagen to Stockholm, so we don’t want to miss that. But the one that leaves at 23:56 from Hamburg says that the reservations are sold out. If it had to be done, we would just try to find a train that would take us straight from Hamburg to Stockholm and just try to cancel the reservation (if it’s even possible, some of them were sold out and some were unavailable because of some sweden rail track repairs from what I’ve read). The same goes for the train from Copenhagen to Hamburg at the 14th of August (leaving Copenhagen at 5:17 and reaching Hamburg at 10:05). We would like to catch the train after this one that we have a reservation for (from Hamburg to

Hello,  I was wondering something. I booked a ticket on the 4th of july for the Amsterdam to London Eurostar. If I decide to spend a little time in Rotterdam, will it be a problem if I board the Eurostar in Rotterdam and not in Amsterdam ?  Thank you again for your help, and have a nice day. Sylvain

Hello I bought a reservation ticket from London to Paris a day later then when I was supposed to leave. When I look on the Eurail website it looks like all trains are booked up. Is it possible to exchange my ticket?

Hello everyone! I would like to know if there is a time when you can take the train without it counting as a day of the Interrail Global pass?

I bought my interrail pass for one month of unlimited travel on May 11th. Do I understand correctly that I can activate it until April 11th 2023, but then choose a starting date in the future for example, June 20th 2023 and travel until July 20th?

Hi! Looking to buy a eurail greek islands pass (4 days). My paper pass will not arrive in time and I wanted to confirm that I could use my mobile pass solely. The checkout will not give me the option to add mobile pass.

Hi, I have already signed up in DiscoverEU travel app, but I can´t sign up my friends that are going to travel with me. How do i do it?Thank u

So I understand that we only have one inbound and one outbound journey. It says on a website that it doesn’t matter how many travel you do as long as it is within 1 day of travel. I’m from Scotland so obviously I need to get to Scotland from London. As I see my app allow me to take train at 23:30 from London. But will my pass still count if the travel is over night? I mean won’t that be a problem later on in a train? Can I actually do that this way?

Hey guys, I just got my pass and activated it on the mobile app. I want to make a seat reservation but the app says I have to log in to on the web ( which my web account is not linked to my pass even though it’s the same email , is there a way to link?), and then when I go on the web it tells me to make a reservation through the app. So I can’t do it either way. This is for Italian trains.

Hi, I’m using Eurail Pass and I want to go to Hamburg from Copenhagen. On the mobile app(rail planner), they don’t say this connection needs reservation. However when I search by website, it shows me I need a reservation.Does anybody knows which one should I follow? The train connection I want to use is IC.

Hello folksThis August is going to be my first time interrailing. I have a one way plane ticket from Stockholm to Gdansk, and I am planning to travel around Europe from there.I was looking into night trains available from Poland. Interrail website says you can travel from Warsaw to Budapest/Prague/Vienna. However, I was not able to find any night train tickets on the ÖBB website nor the interrail website to make a reservation. Are these trains going during August? How do I make the reservation and find the tickets? Are there any other destinations available by night trains from Poland? All help would be really appreciated :)

Hi! I wanted to travel yesterday from Brussels tot Brzeg. But, in Germany there was 45 minutes delay and in a later train 10 minutes. So I missed some connections and the las train tot Brzeg that day. I ended in Poznan. I read that I don’t need to use another ‘travel day’ if you lost your connections due to delays. But How do I need to do this practical?
