Solved

I have placed this order weeks ago and when I realized the problem, that I was missing legs of my trip to from Como to Zermatt and Zermatt to Paris, I notified them immediately via email. That was a month ago. I still have not heard anything and I travel in two days. I have requested a reset of my password because it says I have an account but I do not and I have not received a reset password email so I can set a new password so I can’t log in to view my reservations.  Can someone please help me with this? I don’t want to have to buy these tickets out of my own pocket when I have already paid for the pass!

Hi.I have 2 matters needing assistance:Is it possible to change a seat reservation to another time when I’ve already paid: and  How can I include additional travellers with my reservation, i.e. how can I make reservations on their behalf? Thanks again,Theresa

Hello,Does the Bahncard give me a discount on a interrail ticket?

Hi there. I've got a some question about the app...My gf and I are currently on Interrail, and we are trying to get from Croatia to Bosnia. In the app you can't find the Sarajevo station, however on the website they say its possible?

I’m trying to purchase a global pass to travel around Europe however I’m from the United States and that isn’t listed in the drop down menu for Billing Address.

Hi All,We have booked a very last minute Europe trip and I now see that I left it way too late for the Eurail passes and now I’m stressing!I paid for 2x global pass for 4 travel days. I’ve managed to get seats for a few of our legs, but there are 2 that have no seats available and I don’t know what to do. On the 14th of July we need to leave Paris and arrive in Amsterdam on the same dayOn the 16th of July we need to leave Amsterdam and go to London(Ideally the earliest train possible for both) When looking at reservations I just pressed the top result for the area as I’m not familiar with the many stations - could anyone suggest any stations that I might have some luck with? If we have to go further out to make it work then so be it!Thankyou :)

Hi all, Quick question - if I have the monthly pass, and I start on July 10. Does it expire Aug 9 23:59? Or do you have to count 30 days, which would mean Aug 8 23:59? Thanks for the answer! Cheers.

I am travelling from the UK through France, then meeting friends who will drive me to Italy in a car.  I then want to continue Eurail in Italy. So my question is….. does the trip need to be “continuous” by train between destinations for the pass to work, or can I break the destinations by car?  Thanks

Hi, I’m new to the community! I’m planning to purchase a 15 day straight interrail pass. Should I buy the pass before I start making train reservations?

Hi, can a youth pass be given to another member of the same family and if so, how can this be done?

Me and my friends were planning a trip to france(30th, July). We have the Global Interail pass and the only thing we need is a reseration on the TGV.The problem is that every train during the 28th and 30th July, has this:“Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”We also went to a side “https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv”, but when we tried booking and entering our pass number, which was an option, it said“You have entered an invalid passholder number”. Our pass numbers are right! What can we do to get a seat reservation? lg Tom

I'm traveling between denmark, Norway and Sweden, and I'm in a wheelchair.I would like to know if I should take any precautions before each trip, or if the trains and platforms are wheelchair accessible. And if, buying in first class, I have a place to store the electric wheelchair, which is foldable

Hi, I am trying to book seat reservations for 2 different routes, but both routes give me this message:Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board. We are trying to go from Rotterdam to Paris and Interlaken to Cinque Terre on two separate days.I’ve tried looking on the other booking websites (under “more information”) and can’t get reservations there either. One option it said was to buy a seat reservation at a main station in Europe. What are the chances there will be a seat reservation available when booking at a main station? Also, what is considered a main station in Europe? Thank you!

Hi! My friend and I was planning to travel from Gothenburg C to Wien at 8.40 am tomorrow, we've already made a reservation for the connection between Hamburg and Wien which was compulsory at the time. Now we see that we also have to make a reservation between our connection from Copenhagen to Hamburg which WASN'T a the time time we made our first reservation and now that connection is fully booked. Do you have any possible solutions so that we don't miss our connecting train to Wien? Best regards

Hello there.Maybe a silly question but with a pass, do I still need to book tickets with the reservation system? Or is it only when booking a seat is required?  Normally, if a trip is showed on my online pass without seats to be booked, I can take the train, right?Thank you for your confirmation.Best,Quentin

Hi there!I purchased an Interrail Global pass for 2 months. The app states a Validity Period  of“8 Jul - 7 Sept. I did not choose this myself. Seems to happen automatically. I however would like to make my first travel day 7 Jul. At the moment, I cannot activate the journey for 7 Jul. The app says that I do not have travel days left. Does anyone know how I can start travelling on Jul 7? Please note that my country of residence is NL, but I will make my first journey from DE to NL.I added some screenshots to clarify.

Hi I live in England which pass do I buy as I am confused if we are still classed as a European citizen?  And can purchase a global pass. Also i If I can get a global pass does it allow me to travel to London to get the train to France or is the pass only valid from the departing train station to the next country? Eg it is only valid from london to Paris and not getting to london.  Cheers

Hi, I haven’t got a pass cover number and issuer details when I bought eurail pass from an external vendor. When I contacted the eurail support care over mail they gave me a number but it says invalid. Can anyone help with how to proceed further ?

I’m travelling from Germany to Italy in September and I am unsure about the train ride leaving Germany. I heard that you can only use one train ride to exit your home country (Germany) and one train ride to enter your home country (Germany). For example I found a train connection from my hometown to Hamburg to Munich to Vienna, which makes a total of 3 train rides within my home country, is that possible with the gobal pass oder do i need to for example book a separat ticket to Hamburg and take a train from Hamburg to Zurich?

Hey guys!In July I want to travel from East Germany to London with the global pass.I just wanted to reserve a seat in the Eurostar and in the process stumbled upon the travel conditions, which are: “"Traveler must be in possession of a valid Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, which covers at least the country of departure and arrival. The fare is valid for a traveler in possession of an Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, if part of the Eurostar journey takes place in the traveler's country of residence. Only holders of a 1st class pass are allowed to travel in 1st class Standard Premier.". Does the highlighted part mean, that I am not allowed to use the Eurostar with my ticket, because I’m from Germany? I really don’t get it, because for me that makes no sense AT ALL. There is no Eurostar journey which takes place in germany, so I don’t have another option, I need to take this one from Belgium. I am sooooo confused :D Thankful for any help! (For reference: I start m

Hi, I haven't buy my euro pass yet, just want to ask for the July 22nd LONDON-AMSTERDAM, I check Rail Planner APP they will show $35 or $50,  Does that mean for that day every train have availability to reserve the seat? or it doesn’t mean anything?I check https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Booking/Pass#TravelWish they show up no train is available to reserve the seats for July 22nd, only 24th. so I got confusing which one is true?I tried to search https://www.b-europe.com but can’t find Cologne/Berlin…..should I try another website?Which website I should use to check reservation availability before buy the pass?Thank you!

I’ve submitted emails already through the proper channels, but it seems as though many have found received faster responses through the moderators on this forum.   In order to book a ticket at a discounted rate for a seat that is otherwise unavailable on eurail, I’m asked to provide a pass cover letter number, which is not provided to digital passes.  If anyone is able to assist, I will be traveling to France on Sunday!
