Solved

I’m planning to travel with my sister and we both purchased a 22 day continuous pass. All together we’ve roughly 3 weeks to travel and I was wondering if that would be enough (I’m aware it depended on how many places we want to go) or would the 10 travel days over 2 months be better due to its flexibility? Any help would be appreciated

Trying to book through b-europe because it won’t let me through Eurail. Literally no train options come up even though they did a week ago? The train isn’t sold out because going through b-europe the normal way (not the pass fare way) shows they are still available. Very frustrated because my only other option is to book in person, two days before we are set to leave Amsterdam.

Is it possible to travel back to one's home country in the middle of an interrail month and then use the ticket for example a few days later to make another trip - international or national?

I am attempting to book Stockholm to Copenhagen on 7/2/22 for 3 persons. None of the trains have reservations available. I purchased Eurail global passes. The same for Brussels to Paris. Do I need seat reservations?

I have seen comments on this problem.Due to the train strikes in the UK I changed my start date from 23rd June to 20th. I didn’t activate a day travel fro the 20th until the 20th but it was already showing 1 day used. When I did finally activate my first day of travel it showed 2 days used.I have sent all the photos and explanation of this to customer service. My first question is how quickly will they respond to reinstate my lost day?My second question is:- Would reverting to the paper copy of the global pass which i did the first time I used a global pass stop this from happening as it seems the app causes a problem everytime I have used it (last time I received a refund for a lack of being able to activate one journey and had to pay the train inspector). In other words the paper copy is problem free surely? Thanks for getting this far. I love train travel and the idea of the global pass.PaulS

does anyone know where I can book the EN 463 (night jet) from Munich to Budapest? I can only find the connection Munich-Vienna. The train is displayed everywhere, but there are no booking options. If the train is not running at the moment, is there an alternative to get from Germany to Budapest by night train?Thank you

Dear all,I need urgently a staff to transfer my passes on my broken phone to another one. I am travelling now and cannot access to the app.Best regards,Delil Murat

I have a global mobile pass and I have booked the first train from Utrecht (Netherlands) to Milan in the Rail Planner app. Do I make a seat reservation on the ÖBB website/app? And I'm travelling together with someone else. Can I book the seat reservation for them too? Do I just fill in our names, buy the reservation and show it together with our Interrail Ticket of do I need to link them somehow?  I hope someone knows the answer :) Thankyou!

I now realise that Eurostar only give a certain number of reservations to Eurail users on their services.  Anyone any idea how many per train, or does it depend on the route/date/time of service?

Hi,I’m planning to use my Global Interrail pass to go from Brussels (Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid) to London (London St Pancras International) with Eurostar (12th of July). When I went to https://www.b-europe.com/EN to make a seat reservation it says, under the title “Travel Conditions”, that “Traveler must be in possession of a valid Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, which covers at least the country of departure and arrival. The fare is valid for a traveler in possession of an Interrail Global Pass or Eurail Global Pass, if part of the Eurostar journey takes place in the traveler's country of residence. Only holders of a 1st class pass are allowed to travel in 1st class Standard Premier”. My English might be letting me down here, but does this mean that this reservation isn’t valid for me since I am from Sweden? If not, I could make the same reservation from interrail.eu for only 2 euros more, but is it certain that that one is valid for me? Thanks in advance,Herman

Hi, my phone is broken so i bought a new one, how can i change my interrail pass to my new phone? , Thanks

HI!We just found out that we need a paper copy of the greek island ferry pass, but it takes two months to get here, and we leave in one month… has anyone had any luck getting the pass shipped faster? Unfortunately we are on a tight schedule so we need to make the reservations in advance, and can only do so with our booking number on the passbest, Olivia and Pernille

Hello,I have a new phone and would like to transfer the pass. My trip starts on Saturday. Unfortunatly I have not jet received a reply  from the service. What can I do?

Hi,I tried booking my seat reservation for my train to Brussels from London on Saturday, After booking it I received an email from eurail with subject ‘Something went wrong with your reservation’. My payment has gone through in which they described in this email saying they will rebook for me or offer a refund. I replied asking eurail to rebook for me but haven’t heard anything back. I tried to book it again myself via eurail website but it says that the prices are currently unavailable. Through eurostar I also tried to book a reservation for the same train but was unsuccessful also as I don’t have a paper pass and they won’t accept digital. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I don’t know what to do as my train is this weekend. Thank you! :)

Hey everybodyI have some problems booking a seat reservation on the TGV from Cannes to Toulon and then from Nimes to Barcelona, on Aug 2nd.In the first one, I tried via https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish, but I do not have a pass cover number, so I cannot make the booking.in the second case, I cannot book in the interrail App. Is there another way? Thanks so much!

Me and my girlfriend were planning to travel today 22june so we activated our interrail pass yesterday on our mobile devices. Just to make sure it works before we would get on the train today. But now we have both gotten sick so we are wondering if its possible to deactivate the pass or to change the dates. We havent used the pass to board any train and we only have 4 days in total on the pass. If we cant deactivate or change the date we have to buy a new pass if we want to travel in the next couple of days because we need the other 2 days for our return trip. I have asked this question to interrail customer service but they have not responded and I couldnt find a telephone number to call. Any help is appreciated! Thank you

Hi,I have been in the process of planning a trip that starts in Athens, Greece and ends in Vienna, Austria.Originally, the plan was to go:Athens, Greece Thessaloniki, Greece Sofia, Bulgaria Belgrade, Serbia Zagreb, Croatia Rijeka, Croatia Vienna, AustriaHowever, I am not sure if there are any trains that go between the countries (Greece - Bulgaria, Bulgaria - Serbia and Serbia - Croatia). Does anyone know if this is still the case?Thank you,balcantravellerP.S. Yes, I realised the difference between Baltic and Balkan but I can’t change my username nor the topic title

I have a Global Interrail pass that I bought from Interrail.se (the Swedish version of the site). On their page, it says that seat reservations can be made from Trainplanet.com. However, there are trains that aren’t available there, but are available on Interrail.eu (for example the Eurostar from Brussels to London). Can I make the seat reservation from Interrail.eu and combine it with my Interrail pass bought on Interrail.se?Thanks in advance,Herman

I have had an email saying that my Eurostar from St Pancras to Brussels on train 9132 has been cancelled. This was a reservation for 7 people so it has cost us a lot. Eurostar tells me to seek a refund through where I booked it yet the Interrail site is having none of it and says it is non-refundable. Their support are yet to get back to me after contacting them a week ago and apologising that they’re busy.It would be great if they could clear up what is happening with cancelled Eurostar trains. I also don’t want the reservation using up a travel day as it will limit us the rest of the trip. Will Interrail refund me?

Hello. Is is possible to cut my journey in half and have different arrival and departure cities ?For exemple:10.08 : Going from Milano to Budapest [Using Interrail]14.08 : Going from Budapest to Paris by plane [Not using Interrail]16.08 : Going from Paris to Berlin by plane [Not using Interrail]18.08 : Going from Berlin to Copenhaguen [Using Interrail]

Hello! Me and my friend are Interrailing and are currently in Paris. On Thursday we're continuing our trip to Annecy and have been trying to book this since a seat reservation is required. However we cannot seem to do it and I've seen a lot of other people with the same problem. Does anyone know of an alternative way to book?  Thanks in advance,Felicia

HiI wanna make a refund on two MobilePass. Before I bought the MobilePass I searched in the Train Planner App to make sure the trip I wanted to go, to a specific location and at a specific time actually existed, and it did.So, after this was confirmed I went to Train Planets webb and bought two MobilePass, one for me and one for my daughter.I then connected my MobilePass to Train Planner and with the trip I had saved in My Trips.A start date was created the 12/6, the same day as my first trip, and 2/4 days was showen as registered as used in my MobilePass, in the Train Planner App.When I was going to do the same in my daughters app the trip did no longer exist. No, it was not fully book, the trip did not exist. This was confirmd by the support at DSB in Copenhangen trainstation who searched for the specific trip without finding it.I have a DSB signed/stamped paper that confirms that this is what happend. Here we are with two MobilePass with start date 12/6, in one pass 2/4 trips are regi

Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my refund (Order ID IN30343174). Sadly I get no response from the customer service. Not the best experience. If I have to wait until august I have to take legal steps.best wishes

Hello, my name is Candela Martínez. Today I bought my global pass for 7 days in one month but now the web page won´t let me buy the reservation for the trip I want. It is super important I book the train I want because I have a flight after that train that I can't miss.  The problem is that I was about to buy the reservation for the train from London St Pancrass 5:30am to Paris 9:20 and then the page said there was an error and now it says that prices are unavailable and that I have to try later. Please I need help with this. This pass is the only reason I took a 7 day pass and also, my plane ticket depends on it. Thank you
