Hi I have seat reservations on Paris nord- Amsterdam centraal  at 1 June 8:25-11:44 the train number on my seat reservation (train no: 9315) doesn't match the train number in the railplanner app though (train no.  9415) the exact same departure time. Can I still add this journey to my pass and the ticket will be valid?

Hello, I’m trying to order the Interrail 4-Day Greek Islands pass, but it says it will take 2 months to deliver. I’m not sure if this is a bug or what, but I’m leaving in 3 weeks. What can I do? Is there a way to get the mobile pass and enter details digitally? I’m also not that excited that I need to pay for this delivery, plus some kind of a protection. I end up paying 30% more. If there’s a way to get the mobile pass without this paper, please let me know.

Hey! I’m just playing around a bit with my mobile pass to see if I figured everything out. So I activated my pass (deactivated right after) to see if it would creat a ticket.  And it did.Do I see it correctly that I only get one ticket per travel day, even though I’m using 3 different trains in 2 different countries? Is it also normal that it shows immediatly ¾ travel days as soon as I add a journey to the the pass, even though that first travel day is still in the future? Thanks!

Hiif there is no one to sign for a posted paper ticket and it goes back to the sender (EUrail) eventually, do you automatically get the money refunded because the ticket was not used?

Hello!I want to make a seat reservation for train from Barcelona to Valence. I tried it through interrail website and it says that is has to be delivered to me by post and also that it would´t arrive on time (but my travel is in august and now is june, so i don´t get why it would take so long to deliver it). I know it has to be on paper and not online, but i don´t know what to do as long as i don´t want to buy it that day at the station because i´m scared it would be sold out. Isn´t there any way shipping could be faster? I also tried making the reservation on SNCF website, but there is no way how to do that there if i understant it correctly. Thank you for any help!

I bought Eurail passes for me and my daughter, but the trains require seat reservations which I am not able to book! (I tried all the hacks suggested on this forum.)The train TGV 6031 I am hoping for, leaves Gare de Lyon on July XX at 8:43 am and arrives Montpellier St Roch at 12:14.The human phone agent said that the 8:43 train was totally booked. So, he proposed other trains that did have seats available 7:12pm arrive 10:42 pmor 5:12 pm arrive 8:41 pm.But I was unable to book those online either. So I could theoretically book those over the phone - but they accept only an AMEX card from Americans- -which I don't have! I could buy in-person at the Gare - but, well, there's this problem of the Atlantic Ocean.Anyway - if you know any way to buy a seat reservation, please let me know.Un peu ridicule.

Hello. The overnight trip Is considered 2 days so 2 tickets?

Can i book the trains before activating the pass? I start from Italy, i have to go germany / czech republic / slovakia / Austria and back to Italy, where should you book? Thanks

Hi,I am disabled and require assistance. I have a pass Interrail and submitted a request for a complimentary caregiver pass a few weeks ago, but still have not received an answer. Hi everyone! This summer I’m traveling through east/south Europe by train for the first time. I’ve planned every train already, but I’m confused about the night trains. Are they included in the interrail pass or not? I have a pass for 21 days.  For example, the train from Zurrich to Utrecht - in my trip it says I have to pay, but when I search it’s included (see pictures). Thanks in advance for your help!- Robin

I have Eurail Global Pass and I am trying to book seats for Paris-Barcelona for 27th July 2022 in 1st Class for (1010-1654) but it says on the Eurail website that it will be a "Paper Ticket" which will be delivered to my address. I will not be able to receive the Paper Ticket in time due to travelling. The seats will be Sold by the time I reach Europe so booking at a local station is not an option.  is there any other way to get the ticket like on Email? What to do?

We are planning to travel from Prague to Barcelona. I know there is a train from Paris to Barcelona. From Prague to Paris looks as if train makes a couple of stops. Can we get off and spend the night at these locations and get back on train the next day

On the website from interrail you can read that my train has mandatory reservation but in the app its not even recommanded. What is right?

I am planning an interrail from Milan, PARIS, AMSTERDAM ARRIVING in Rome in 4 days, how are the travel days counted? based on the trains I take, or based on the days?

Hello, Using the DB app: for some trains (international on ICE to Denmark/belgium) can't book a seat réservation.. Does it mean sold out?  And, any way to cancel a seat réservation? Asking here since db customer service is not responding.

Hello, I have a problem.I want to travel from Marseille to Barcelona in a little more than 2 weeks and now wanted to buy a seat reservation. And altough Interrail says, that the reservations in paper form will arrive if I buy them 6 days before the travel, it always states that it probably wont arrive in time. Can somebody help me? Are there no more seats available? Can I reserve them in another way?I would be very grateful to hear from you soon.Sincerely, Tobias

Hi everyone, we activated our passes today in the morning to start our journey a few hours later. Before we started it turned out that I have covid, so we did not go.Is there any chance to cancel the activation? We already wrote the support but I think it will take some time till we get an answer. Do you think, they will be accommodating in this case?Thank youNina

Hi,I am looking to book seat reservations for my group on the night train going from Bucharest to Budapest early July. It seems that interrail only offer paper tickets for this train which will not arrive to my house or my hostel in time according to interrail leaving me unable to proceed with my order. Is there anyway around this where I can book a seat reservation and use an email confirmation as my proof of purchase?Would we be better off to buy a seat reservation at the train station as soon as we get to Bucharest? If we are unable to secure a seat reservation would that lead us to not being allowed board the train? or would we still be able to board the train but have no seat?Looking forward to hearing any replies.

I bought an Interrail Global Flash Sale Pass Senior during the 50% discount offer. I went the whole hog and chose the First Class 3 months continuous variety. Having no firm travel plans at the time of purchase I randomly selected  validity start date of 3rd September. I understand that I can alter that at any time within the 11 months from the date I purchased the pass.I now want to take flight from the UK to Paris for a swing around France for a few weeks, travelling by train of course, to visit friends and relatives resident there - probably for just three or four weeks - before returning to the UK either by Eurostar or more likely by air (I live near Scotland so the cost of train from London to home is not much less than a flight home from Paris to my local airport). Here is my question. Since my pass is a 3 month continuous one but I’ve used three or four weeks of it, will I be able to use up the days remaining on it on another holiday in Europe at a later date before the expiry of

Hi, due to all the problems and uncertainty caused by the Interrail reservations process, I’m now considering just ‘paying’ for train tickets from the UK to Spain. The total cost is only GBP25 more than the Interrail plus all the reservations, but the difference could be zero if I can only get E20 Interrail reservations on SNCF - plus SNCF fares are refundable up to 2 weeks before travel, and Eurostar are exchangeable for free. And I don’t get the huge stress reservations and worrying about getting stuck! (I’m annoyed that I didn’t think of this earlier, as the Eurostar fares are now a lot more expensive than when I first checked). Can anyone tell me whether the ‘normal’ tickets in Spain have a compulsory reservation also? I see on the Renfe website that they have an ‘optional’ reservation for an extra E8, however if you don’t pay the E8, is it (A) you just have to choose a non-reserved seat when you get on board, and if you’re unlucky you might not get a seat with your companion, or (B
