Solved

Hello! I’m moving to Brussels in July. I’m Italian citizen and last months lived in Buenos Aires. I’m wondering if I could use my new Brussels address as my billing information for my Interrail pass. Max

Hi !I would really like to go to Milan from Nice on the 19th of July. But I'm not really sure about the tickets, where do I have to get started ? I will travel with my brother, but we are not familiar with train tickets. Can you please help us to book the best possibility ?

I realised one letter was missing in my third name in my global pass, does anyone know if this might cause a problem? I havent activated the pass yet so I should be able to change it but seems to be impossible the get an answer from the support

Hi,I wanted to travel out of the country with my NS Weekend Vrij Subscription Card, instead of using the outbound day.Had a long discussion about whether I had to use the outbound journey or not. The conductor said I had to use the outbound first, before using other tickets. So he actually forced me to use the outbound journey. He filled it in himself on my ticket, without asking me.As far as I know you can use the outbound day at any time, and choose to use other tickets instead. who was right here? I think it was unfair. I wanted to keep my outbound journey for another time, when my weekend subscription card is not valid.

Merci d’avance :)

I’ve tried calling OBB twice in the last hour and they don’t seem to be hearing me on the line? I want to book the night train from Budapest to Timisoara but I can’t do it on the website either. I want to get the night train on July 18th.  Does someone know what else I can do? I’ll be going to Budapest from Vienna.

Hi!I'm going on an interrail trip with my family this summer. Part of this trip is the connection Prague-Zurich on August 7 (arrival on August 8). The planners says this train is running (EN 50466, departure 18:01, arrival 8:20), but it is not possible to make a reservation for beds. Not on this website, not on the Czech, Swiss of Austrian railway website. Does anyone have an idea how to book this train?Maarten

Hi, I want to book a reservation from Paris to Frankfurt (the first train of my trip...) but when I go on the websites it says the prices are unavailable at the moment and I should try later. The weird thing is that when I connect with another navigator it shows me the price (13€) but an error occurs when I want to proceed to payment.Do you know if that means the train is full ? Can I buy a ticket in a station instead ? Thank you

We are 4 passengers travelling to Paris tomorrow 22nd June via the Eurostar. We are unable to reserve our seats as it is asking for Pass Cover Number which we don’t have as we have mobile passes. Urgently need 4 pass cover numbers so we can reserve our seats immediately.  Please help.

We are reaching Chur via Bernina Express only at 6:20 pm in the evening.  When I look for tickets from Chur to Zurich for that evening - there seems to be only 2 trains left and they dont take reservations.  What if the trains are full and I am traveling with a party of 4?  How do i buy tickets to any other train from Chur to Zurich. Can you send me details of other regional trains or operators where I can buy ticket to Zurich using EU Rail pass?

I installed the Interrail Rail Planner App, added my pass and tickets but now it refuses to open: my mobile is always shutting down, when opening it. What can I do?The customer service’s advice wasn´t helpful. The prior condition was always a started app e.g. for error logging and so on. But as I wrote: The mobile (Iphone SE (2016) IOS 13.1.2), is shutting down after starting the app before I can do anything.

I’m kind of stressed out because I can’t seem to be able to book the night train from Budapest to Timisoara. Or Split to Villach Hbf. Nor the train from Timisoara to Craiova.  i found alternative trains but now I am too late to order them or even send them to my hotels address as I leave in a month. What do I do?

Hi!I want to go from Barcelona to Bologna and the Railplanner app suggested the following route:9:10 Barcelona-Sants13:32 Valence TGV Rhone-Alpes Sud26 min Change trains13:58 Valence TGV15:39 Chambery Challes Les Eaux5 min (!!!) Change trains15:44 Chambery Challes Les Eaux18:15 Torino Porta Susa55 min Change trains19:10 Torino Porta Susa21:24 Bologna I realize this is a more than a 12 hour trip, but I have no problem with that. What I am concerned about is the 5 min change in Chambery Challes Les Eaux, is that even possible? Does you guys know if those trains leave from the same platform or how I could find that out beforehand? Also: There are “Seat reservations required” on the trains crossing the borders (30-35€ each) + the last trip Torino → Bologna (10€). Does that actually mean that you have to book reservations in advance? This far in my trip I have, but I haven’t been checked in all the reservation required-trains this far and was wondering if it really is necessary to pay for th

Hi I'm planning to do this this July, its a bit ambitious but it should be possible. I'm wondering if anyone has some advice as to how early I would need to book all these trains. (Also bearing in mind we're arriving in Paris on the le Fête National.) Thanks

I would like to book a train from Paris CDG airport to Lyon, however, the eurail reservation website says it is unavailable, and suggests for me to go on to the train station.  I also tried to book on SNCB, it is unable to do so. I would like to avoid booking fees 2€, is it possible to try on any other websites? And based on experience, is the Paris to Lyon train crowded?

Hello all,I wonder if somebody can help me. We went to board the glacier express on May 12, 2022 and I tried to add the trip to my pass and I was unable to do it in the app. However, I was successful to add the rest of my trip. I bought the Global pass for 7 days travel within 21 days. I tried asking for help with 2 OBB offices one in Bern, Switzerland and one in Brigs before hopping into the Glacier express. Both had told me that the glacier express should be covered by the Eurail pass. When we board the train I explained to the conductor my issue. The conductor proceeded that if I’m not able to produce a ticket that he has to charge me and to sort the issue with Eurail. He charged me 1,165.00 swiss francs for the 5 of us. He gave me the receipt and stating that I could not activate the train tickets in the app. I e-mailed Eurail right away that day and attached the receipt and the issue. 1 month later I got an e-mail from Eurail and stated that there will be no refund will be issued

Hi!I’m trying to book sleeping compartments for my friends and I on the night train from Trondheim to Bodoe in Norway. But when I try to book the ticket, I can’t chose between the simple seats and the sleeping compartments. Does anyone know how I could book a sleeping compartment with an interrail discount ?Thank you in advance!

we are in Norway from 27.07-14.08 and have planned our trip with the app Rail Planner. Unfortunately we can't book any reservations under "https://www.interrail.eu/de/book-reservations" because it says that the tickets arrive too late at our place (Austria). How and when can we make the seat reservations? Thanks in advance for the support!

Hello! My train pass (7 days within 1 month) was purchase 16 June, 2022. I am hoping to travel next summer (May or June 2023). I know I have to activate my pass by 11 months after receiving it (so 16 May, 2023). Does this mean all of my travel dates must be before 16 May, 2023? Or can I activate it on 15 May and travel through the end of May and into June?

I know that it’s not possible to make Spanish reservations on the Interrail app and you have to make them in person at a train station in Spain (absolutely crazy!). I am planning to get to Spain on a Sunday, but want to take another train on the Monday, if I go the ticket office in the first station I arrive at in Spain, how likely is it that trains for the next day will be ‘sold out’? Or trains for 3 or 4 days later (especially the high-demand Madrid > Barcelona train)?  Thanks for any experiences/info.PS I am travelling in late October

I asked customer service eurail b.v.  the “passcover numbers” of our mobile interrail passes.  I didn't get it because I didn't mention a specific reservation.  I see in the forum that many request this under time pressure.  I also know that it is only necessary with a limited type of reservations.  To avoid that stress, I already requested the passcover numbers for our three-month interrail passes, which we will probably use in a few months.  That you need a specific reservation question to get these numbers: is that new or has it always been the case?

Dear sirs,I'm going to Denmark, and I plan to buy tickets from Kopenhagen to Gottemburg, from Gottembur to Oslo, from Oslo to Stockholm, and from Stockholm to Copenhagen, now, in July.I am a wheelchair user and would like to know if there is accessibility at stations in Scandinavia, as well as on trains, for wheelchair users

I booked my reservation from Brussels to Barcelona and made the payment, but I got an email from you saying that, although you received the payment, due to technical glitch the reservation couldn't get through. I replied to the email choosing the option that you will rebook it for me. However, until now I cannot see the reservation neither on our app nor your website. Please help me! I cannot reach a human at EU Interrail. I have written them several times but they haven't responded yet...
