Solved

Hallo,Meine Tochter 9 würde gerne mit ihrer Schwester 15 mit dem interail fahren weiß vielleicht jemand ob das geht und welches Ticket sie brauchen Danke schon Mal im voraus

Hello everyone, I'm going to Interrail this summer towards Romania and Turkey. Now I cannot make reservations for (night) trains in that area online. Does anyone know if this trains sell out quite fast or are there enough tickets available so that I can do that upon arrival in Bucuresti (3 days in advance) or is it worth booking reservations via a travel agency? Also, does anyone happen to know what delays I should take into account between Bucuresti and Budapest? I have now planned a transfer of about 50 minutes in Budapest from night train (D78) to Railjet (RJ66), with which I travel to Rosenheim to end up in the Innsbruck part of the NJ to The Netherlands. Is that feasible or is more extensive planning necessary? Thanks in advance!

Hello all, I am trying to book reservations online which I really need to do soon but the interface always says“Your Pass cover number doesn't look right”I already tried out all numbers I could find on my paper pass and in the online reservation. Issuer is DB (CIV 1080), as it says on the pass. Could the issue maybe be that I did not purchase the pass myself but the travel department of my employer did it?

Hi, my son and friend are traveling with Eurail for the fist time. You have to reserve seats on the train from Gothenburg to Stockholm. How the hell do we get those seats next to each other reserved?????They both both a pass and installed the app. Can someone pleas help us? Greetings Natascha

Hello,Irish citizen living in the UK for the past 6 years.I am excited to use Interrail for my first cross Europe trip, London to Croatia this summer.I am wondering however, when applying for my Interrail, whether to say that my country of residence is UK or Ireland. My only ID is an Irish passport, however I want to use an outbound day of the global pass to use Eurostar to leave London.I have no ID or residency papers for the UK, even though this is where I have lived for the last 6 years. What do people recommend? If I choose UK but have only an Irish passport, will this cause problems? At the same time, if I choose Ireland but want to travel from my residency country of the UK, would this be possible? Thank you and sorry for the confusion!Matthew

if i start travelling on 25th of the month, i can use some of the days from my pass between 25th and 30th and some next month before 24th midnight, right?

Hi there,Has anyone solved the following issue: the app says "your tickets are loading" but nothing is happening? We are traveling already and this causes some unnecessary stress.. We tried restarting the phone, the app etc. Thanks! Donodo

I have a global 2 month pass. I want to activate it from the 3rd of July until the 3rd of September. I am planning my trip and need to do some seat reservations, for which I need to have activated my account (or at least I think so?). Is the pass activated from the day we activate it on the app or from the first day of using it to travel ? I am worried that if I continue the activation on the app by registering my ID, it will activate it today and will therefore only be activated until the 12th of August. Thank you in advance !

I’ll explain myself. We need to make a reservation for a train from Berlin to Krakow the 21st of july. The reservation was someway locked by the interrail booking system until yesterday afternoon and I tried booking. Then, I realized that they are paper tickets which are meant to be sent home, but the platform says it cannot be sent on time to Spain (we part on 11th of july). Trying different countries, in order to try sending them to any hostel adress during our travel I also realize it neither can be sent to France, Netherlands or Germany, but trying some different countries Antartica looks a cool destination for the booking system.  I can’t believe it is easier to send anything on time to Antartica than to Spain or any other country I mentioned. Looks like a bad joke. Of course the platform suggests to make the reservation in an European main train station and I suppose in our case the only possibility is to wait until we get to Berlin to do it. This means some risk to lose the trai

HelloI am going around in circles regarding which private operators in Sweden accept the pass. The list on the IR site says one thing, ACP (another retailer) shows a different one and when I asked about trains run by Kalmar länstrafik the train operator said they did despite it not being listed! Screenshots of lists / Facebook chat conversations. One operator Mälartåg who operate around Västerås aren’t listed. Their social media says contact SJ as “they manage IR in Sweden” and SJ can’t help.Years ago when I sold European Rail tickets, we had access to the InterRail annexe which had far more comprehensive information than was ever published on the pass guides / T&Cs. Is there access to this at all to verify the full list? Thank youPhil Richards.

Hello, my name is Claudia, I´m from Brazil and I´m planning to travel to europe in October but I´m having some difficulties to buy the train pass because the planner destination shows me the time, da date, the journey on the map, however, when I try to buy the pass one the destination is not available and, sincerly I´m afraid of buying the pass and not be able to use it. I truied to contact to the company but there was only one robot asking me questions but no replies. Is there a human being who could help me in this community<

Hello! Do you maybe know what can I do when I'm from Poland and I want to travel Iceland and GB when there is no railway connection? Can I still travel for free anyways?

Hi,We have been successfully travelling the Rail network of mainland Europe for a few weeks now and largely very smoothly indeed. However, we need to now book a seat reservation from Girona to Lyon and the only option we can get on any website is for them to be posted to our home address. This is no use as we are in northern Italy and live in Manchester! Has anyone come across this before or have any ideas as to how we can get around this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I am due to interrail in Mid July and am looking to start reserving seats, but am unsure how to reserve so the seats come up on the app. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,Billy

I’ve bought two two-month passes intending to make several shortish trips, returning home between.  Now I read we only get one journey outward and one inward in our country of residence.  Other people who have asked about this seem to have found answers but we’re in the UK, which means getting to and using Eurostar. Does this mean we’ll have to buy additional tickets?

Are there others who have trouble booking seat reservations for your Interrail trip during the summer holidays? I will travel in mid-July.  I have never had any problems booking seat reservations with Interrail in the past, which I have tried several times. The Website and the App just stand and search without any result. I have problems both in the Railplanner App and on the website www.interrail.eu I am trying to book seat reservations between Bologna and Munich /day time. My itenary is Copenhagen- Basel-Zurich-Chur-Tirano-Montorosso-Bologna-Munchen-Salzburg-Copenhagen. However, it only says in the App that it is Bologna-Munich that requires a seat reservation. But is it not also a good idea to book a seat reservation on the Copenhagen-Basel and Salzburg-Copenhagen routes? I am eager to receive some good advice.

Hi everyone! I am trying to book tickets from Bruxelles midi to Lyon Part Dieu on the TGV (17-7-22 and 23-7-22) but the interrail site says that either all placed are booked by card holders or that the prices are temporarily unavailable. Is there some other way we can book the tickets? We have a mobile pass btw. Thanks!

Hello. I have 3 mobile pass . Is it possible to extend their validity ? Many thanks. Isabelle

I’m supposed to travel on 13/07/2022 but when I go to choose my start date in the Rail Planner app I am only able to pick a start date from the 16/07/2022 onwards. I’ve emailed customer support about this but they seem to be taking at minimum three weeks to get back to any query which doesn’t leave me a lot of wiggle room. I’ve tried removing my pass and re-adding and no luck, anyone have anything else I can try???

Hello, I would like to ask if it would be possible to return my pass please. Or if someone would want to buy mine because I have to cancel my trip and I’m not sure if I’ll get a chance to use it later. Thank youBest RegardsValentýna Vavřičková

Hello All. I have an Eurail Global pass flexi 7 days. I accidentally put in a travel date for 11th June, but I did not use it. I am not able to cancel it in the App now. Need help in cancelling that travel day. Can someone please advice. Need this resolution asap as I need to change the first travel day to tomorrow

I accidentally logged out of the application, so I wanted to log in again, but I get an error that the application is wrong and I should download another one, but when I try to log in to the other one, I get a message that my Pass is already activated and I cannot connect it  with this app.  Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

HI!I have bought a Mobile Pass in Sweden and I would like to make some reservations. When I try to register my Mobile Pass-The Pass-cover number and my last name on eurail.com it doesn't accept it. How can I get forward?

I have plan to travel on this week but I can’t activate it. Already sent the email but no responses.

Hi!I sent a pass exchange request through the official form over a month ago and I still haven't recieved a response. I got the confirmation that they have recieved my request but nothing more. As you can imagine, I'm growing very tired of waiting to get some of my money back (or have a response that says it's not possible).I'm new to interrail, so my question is whether or not someone else has had the same experience lately? I understand that the customer support is busy right now, but is it normal to have to wait for over a month?Kind regards,Herman
