Solved

I am currently travelling in Europe and I have used once day on my pass. However when I uninstalled and reinstalled the railplanner app, I could no longer add my mobile pass. This is a serious issue as I have already had to buy a full fare ticket. I am also travelling tomorrow morning and it looks like I will need to book a bus if the problem isn't sorted. I should note my app is fully up to date, on an android phone, and I've contacted customer support numerous times today. Does anyone have a possible solution, or a more direct route to customer service

Hey Guys,as you see in the title, I have booked 2nd class seat reservations for trains from Zurich to Milano and from Milano to Ventimiglia via interrail, but I received reservations for the first class in the documents attached to the email. What can I do know? I think I won‘t be able to travel in 1st class with a global pass for 2nd class? I already tried to contact the costumer service, but it takes a really long time for them to respond. Can anyone help me?thanks in advance,David

I am unable to book seat reservations on Eurail as the passenger details page does not list my country of birth. It has been a very frustrating experience. I sent a message via Chatbot on Eurail site, however received an automated message after several days that there is a high volume of queries, and that I may not receive an answer any time soon.I noticed others had previously mentioned in the forum that their country of birth was not listed on the drop down menu. This should have been fixed by now, as others had alerted Eurail of the problem several months ago. All it needs is for the website to be adjusted to include “Other” option for Country of birth, to allow manual entry of country in a text box.  Something else that Eurail need to fix is that the App should allow seat reservations to be done via the App, not to be redirected to the website.

I cannot get the reservation booking tool to accept my requests to book reservations between Milan and Florence and Florence and Rome. Does the system still not work?I find it difficult to believe that every single journey between those cities on 08/07/2022 and 10/07/2022 is already sold outI’d love to know what I’m doing wrong - many thanks

Hello everyone I am planning to take the nightjet train from Vienna to Venezia on July but unfortunately i couldn’t buy seat reservation. Does this mean that the tickets sold out or it will be available later?

Hello together,I’d like to travel from Tende to Cuneo with  an Interrail Global Pass using the RE22956. According to the Interrail App, a seat reservation is required for this connection (though it’s a regional service?!) Is this correct and if so, where could I book a seat reservation (so far not possible via eurail or Trenitalia).  Many thanks in advance!cheers, Julien

As you can see in the image I need to get that ticket beacause it’s part of my journey from berlin to barcelona, does this mean that i won’t be able to get this train anymore, or does it mean that i have to get it at the station?

I got a reservation regarding destination Firenze to Munchen on 12th of July. One of the routes; Bologna to Munchen needed paper-tickets which shoguns be sent to my adress it was supposed to arrive 25/5  but it seems like it got stuck in the Netherlands and hasn’t gone any further. In contact with Post NL it says it’s been sorted and their custom service said that there are delay in distribution. We leave Sweden June 29th and need those tickets before that.If we don’t get our paid reservation ticket for the destination is it any possibility to get help at a service desk in London at S:t Pancreas to get the ticket? Or what should we do?I have contacted the eurail custom service… and awaiting a response but want to see if anyone here has any clue since the responding time seems to be slow at Eurail. Thanks, Louise

Hi, we are trying to get the EC 130 from Bratislava to Krakow at 10:57 on Sunday, however this seems impossible to buy - on the Czech train website, it is greyed out, system error. On the Polish website and OBB it is the same thing. I have asked in the train station twice in Bratislava and everyone says system error come back later (absolutely useless). I tried ringing the Czech website and they said to book it at the train station, and the people in Bratislava said try the website where I got told by them you can’t buy it here. What would you recommend?

Three of us are travelling from Paris to Annecy on July 11. We have made a reservation from Gare Lyons Paris to Lyons Part Dieu, and then we have to change trains in Lyons. The schedule says “No reservations required”/ “You’re ready to board”.  We are concerned that the train might be full. We also only have 12 minutes to change trains in Lyons. The train we hope to catch from Lyons to Annecy leaves at 14:08.Is the afternoon train from Lyons to Annecy typically busy? Can we book a reservation, even if it says “no reservation required”?  Is 12 minutes enough time for us to get from one train to another in Lyons? There is another train from Lyons to Annecy at 14:50  but we would have to change trains in Chambery, with only.a five minute stop.

Hello, first time inter railing, so I'm feeling a bit lost... Just figured out that I need a seat reservation to get to Paris from London, but by the looks of it, there are no available reservations in whole June. So, does someone have any suggestions on a different route I could take to get myself to Paris within Monday the 20th of June? I dont mind traveling the whole day!

We are planning to travel in 10 days, but can't book reservations as the pass cover number is incorrect on both our passes. It has only 7 digits. Help!

Hello,I am wanting to reserve the night train from Sofia to Istanbul but the reservation service says it is unavailable for the whole month of July. Does anyone know why this is?Many thanks.

Hello, my wife and I purchased Interrail Global Passes for a trip in September.  Every train I try to book has the message "Prices unavailable No price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out."  I'm starting to wonder if the pass was worth it!  Any suggestions?

Does the Eurail 22 day global pass cover anywhere in England outside of London for the Chunnel?  Example: Could I go from London to Highclere, Stonehenge, Oxford, Liverpool or Manchester and back to London at different times using it so long as I stay within my 22 days?Would this same pass still be what I use to go from London to Paris and around France before returning to London, or would I need another pass for this leg of my travels?

Hi everybody, I would like to make a reservation for me and my two friends for our trip to North Europe but there is a problem because I can’t reserve seats or beds in the train from Berlin and the problem is described as follows: “Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Is it possible that the train is already sold out? I have tried to look for the same train e.g. in October and there is the same problem. I have also tried to book seats on websites of train companies but I wasn’t successful. Could you please help me anyhow? Thank you very much for advice!Jáchym

Hi, I accidentally added a journey to my trip for today when I was planning my trip. My travel pass is set for August though but it already shows that one travel day has been used. How is that possible? Could you please help me what to do with it? Thank you

Hi, recently I bought a global pass. Now I am trying to reserve a train seat from paris to barcelona but it says the physical ticket won´t arrive on time. However, my trip is only planned on the 21st of july. I don´t see why this will not be on time. How do I fix this? Can I also just get an online ticket?

Debo hacer una reserva para unos asientos de marsella a barcelona y me dice que me enviarán el ticket físico, el problema es que dicen que el ticket me llegará a mi domicilio en la fechas en las que estaré de viaje, ¿cómo puedo hacerlo?

Having trouble finding a seat on train from Paris to London for 24 June.  Is there a problem with reservations for that day?

Hi there, We were looking to travel on Monday 11 July from San Sebastian/Donastia to Barcelona Sants on Alvia #533. We just got into Spain to book seat reservations. We can find the availability on raileurope.com for full price tickets (https://www.raileurope.com/en/journey/san-sebastian-donostia-barcelona-sants-1ifrp91?leg=outbound&outbound=30e5b4-42e3cb) but on the renfe website, it says Tren completo which I'm assuming it's full. We also went to the ticket office and they said full train too.  Can anyone explain why we can see and buy tickets on raileurope.com if the Renfe website and the office lady says it's full?  Also does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get to Barcelona from San Sebastian if the direct train is full? I can see the ones with the changes in Vitoria, but hoping we can get in earlier than 9.35pm...  Thanks!
