Hello everyone, I recently bought a interrail ticket and asked my ID/passport number. Instead of the ID/Passport number I gave my document number, is that a problem? kind regards, Sam

Hello dear community, in the last step of the seat reservations, the field for “Continue to payment” cannot be clicked. Where is the problem? Can anybody help me further?Best regards Paul

Hi! I’m going to make all Seat reservations for this year’s Interrail, but I had a problem with railway Line Bologna-Napoli ( 21 august ). I also tried with oebb.at anyone can help me?

Trying to plan our trip to Europe this fall.  We are looking to take the highspeed train from London to Paris.Do I need to buy a pass for this one trip?  There doesnt seem to be anywhere or anyway I can book just this one trip without getting a pass.   If I dont need a pass, where can I book the train tickets ahead of time?

Can you buy a reservation from the machines, or just from the ticket office? Thanks.

HelloI am gojng interrailing with 3 friends in juli. We want to make reservations for trains in Italia but it's not possible. The interrail app keeps bugging and if we actually see some trains to reserve, it gives an error 'Prices not available' or 'Come back later'. Fine, but I have tried making reservations for over a week now and it is not working. Deutsche Bahn also gives an error, stating 'reservations not available'. Italiarail is also bugging. Would someone please help us. We are leaving in a month and i am getting a bit disappointed and frustrated, unfortunately. I will post our full route later today in a comment, but if someone is willing to help us, we would like to reserve this train (first). The train from Lauterbrunnen (or Interlaken-Ost) leaving around 11:02/04 and arriving at Florence around 17:04. On 12 juli. Thank you so much for helping!

Hello everyoneWe have a second class inter rail ticket. We are a family of 4. We want to get the night train from Toulon to Paris. Is there anyway of booking a whole cochette I am only being offered the 6 birth and I know that if we were just buyng a single ticket we would have the option to pay a supliment to reserve the whole carriage. We have 2 children with us and consequently would like the privacy of our own copartment. Many thanks

Got my DB seat reservation, it doesn’t have a QR code or anything like that. Is that how it’s supposed to be? Just wondering if anyone has experience with DB reservations.

Hello, Seat réreservation in first (we have first Interrail) costs more than double of second class. Never seen this.. Worth it?Oh and, where to book seat réservation without extra charges? Need to book well in advance? (August trip)

I bought my Interrail ticket using my Facebook account. The mail with which I once installed Facebook does not exist anymore.Hence, I cannot get my confirmation. On the interrail website, I cannot change my email address (it says: “You can't edit your email address”) I want to leave in a few days, so I would appreciate your help!!

On the 29th of July my daughter and I will travel from Prague to Zürich. The plan is to leave Praha hl.n at 7.38 with  EX360/RE25 to München and then continue to Zürich with EC 190.I know that the reservation is optional on both trains, but as it is a Friday in the middle of the summer and the trip is rather long I, against my initial intention, have decided to make reservations. However, at neither CD, nor DB or ÖBB, is it possible to make a reservation for EX360/RE25. Is it at all possible to make a reservation on that train?

hi everyone🌟🌟 I’m currently planning to travel with the interrail pass in September. I have 7 travelling days within 1 month. While planning I was wondering whether travelling out of my hometown/country already counts as the first/last travelling day? thank you for helping me out :)

Hello, We will be taking the train from Nice, France to Milan, Italy on Sunday June 26th. We don't need reservations for the first step of the trip but are required to reserve seats from Ventimiglia to Milan. I have seen the 3:10-6:55 train on Italiarail and Trenitalia but it hasn't showed up on OBB or Eurail. Should I continue to wait, as I still have 3 weeks, or contact customer service? 1st image: Italiarai2nd image: OBB3rd Image: Italiarail (sorry it posted again)figure widget

Hello everyone!I was chosen in one of Discover Eu´s recent evaluations for a one month travel pass. Now I found out, the most travel days you get with this ticket is seven days. Now I think, that two or three days more would just be perfect. I really want to be flexible with how long I stay wherever I am at, which is not the case with the seven days. Also I´d like to go to as many places as possible and stay for a maximum of 4 days. So something between 9 and 12 days would be perfect. I´d be glad to hear about your opinions :) Felix

Ok

Hello hello, this summer I will be travelling with my global pass for 2 months (2nd class)my question is: can I use benefits for this pass? (for free)? Such as: ferry from Italy to Greece, Interlaken lake cruise, scenic train in Switzerland or buss in Slovenia.. or.. are the “free” benefits just for the pass holders with specific country, that they selected? Thanks🙏

Hi all I am trying to book the seat reservations from London to Istanbul. l got it sorted until bucharest but from Bucharest to Istanbul booking the sleeper night train cost for 2 adults and a child says €9 euro for seat and additional €14 each for couchette car it comes up to about €70 euro. How accurate is this or is it me expecting it to cost lower than that

Kann ich mit dem Interrail Griechenland Pass auch die Fähren zu den Inseln nutzen?

I will travel around Europe for the first time with Interrail Pass this week.My plan starts from Krakow, and move to Warsaw, Berlin and Paris. When I checked the booking page of Interrail website, most bookings of international trains were already closed so I was worried about not taking any trains there. Can I make reservations at ticket offices in Poland and Germany even though online booking were closed?

Until what date can I make my first reservation? thanks a lot

Good morning,I am a student living in Venice, Italy, and I have won an Interrail pass (7 travel days in one month) via the DiscoverEU portal. I’ve found as the first train, the route without change from Venice S. Lucia to Vienna which leaves at 21:48 and arrives the following day at 07:41. The return journey, always without change, with departure from Munich at 23:20 with arrival in Venice S. Lucia the following day at 08:34. Considering these journeys, how many travel days will be counted by the interrail pass? Thank you in advance
