How long did it take for your paper seat reservation to be delivered ?

Hello, I have a question about seat reservations in France. I want to travel from Lyon Part Dieu to Barcelona Sants on the 30th august. (RSC 9734). I can book the reservation via Interrail, but since it is a Paper ticket, it will be delivered on the 29th august to Austria (where I live), so this is the day when I plan to start the journey. Is there a way to buy the seat reservation now and pick up the ticket at the railway station in Lyon? Or do you have a recommendation? I only have one hour waiting time in Lyon, is it possible to buy the ticket there? Or are chances high that the time is not sufficient to buy the seat reservations locally or even worse, that tickets are not availabe any more?If anyone could help me, this would be really great, I am really frustrated :D! Thanks in advance!

Why does this say 6/7 travel days used when I should have 5/7 used? Will this affect when I try to use it for my last destination? I’ve still got Ljubljana- Venice then Venice - Rome (although I’ve reserved the seat to Rome so not sure if a travel day is needed then)

I have emailed customer service that i need a Pass Cover number with no response, can anyone assist me? thanks!

My date of birth is wrong by one day on my mobile pass and I need this to be changed, because I’m going to have to use it in 3 days, so on june 1st. I’ve already contacted the costumer service and it’s been over a week. I’ve resent an email yesterday and no response. I’ve tried to contact eurail on facebook saying it’s urgent, but it keeps making me send an email.

I am trying to get into my Eurail pass to book trips but I need my Pass#. I have the confirmation email with an order # but don’t see another number . I tried en tereing the order # but it did not accept. The chat is useless and I can’t find the Pass #

I know there are 2 options for making a - compulsory! - reservation for a domestic medium or long-distance train in Spain. As I'll be in Spain a little over 6 weeks from now, both options (in person or calling which only gets me a 72-hour reservation) aren't possible now.Anyone who knows what the chances are that trains are fully booked when I arrive in Spain and want to make a reservation? I'm talking about Bilbao-Salamanca with a change in Miranda de Ebro, as shown on Renfe's own website (little less than 6 hours, while the DB app shows one of 8+ hours and the Railplanner app tells me it takes more than a day).Renfe - Train list

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but hope someone can help.  Looking to book From Amsterdam Centraal to London on 23 June 2022 with seat reservations on my pass.  The morning trains (ideally 10:15) are showing no seat reservations available. However, on the Eurostar site it is showing availability on all trains.  Can anyone help?

A friend has shared with me his travel plan but in the application it says "Not connected to a mobile Pass". When I click edit it only lets me select the option "Connect a Pass to this trip" I only have the option "Paper Pass" available. How can i fix this?Thank you.

I wanted to purchase the inter rail global pass for 30 days for youth offering in sale price. but when I am doing the check out it's not proceeding

Both mobile passen are installed on different devices. Using “share as link” works fine and the whole trip is transferred to the other device. However the sequence of journeys is mixed! Do you have to select all journeys for a particular day in order to produce the correct QR code for inspection?

Hello! On the trip from Prague to Budapest it is mandatory to reserve a seat. When I go to make the reservation, it appears that it is mandatory to pay these €9 apart from the €6 for the seat. Can someone explain to me why these €9 are mandatory and what they are for? Once I pay and reserve the seat, how will I receive the reservation ticket and the seat number?Thank you!

Hello,  I am going on a trip in 2 months with an interrail pass, and I would like to know if it is possible to activate it now (even if I have already reserved some trains on the interrail site), or if it is absolutely necessary to wait for the day of departure  Thanks in advance !

Hello fellow travellers,I´m planing a few trips in the new future and a few trips require a seat reservation. Now to my problem:I bought a mobile pass and I´m using the Interrail Planner app. If i now want to book reservations i have to enter the country I want to travel within and make a reservation. So far so good. Right under the search bar the app asks me to choose wether I have a mobile or paper pass when I choos the mobile pass option and enter a country like the netherlands i get a few options for the major railway companies like DB or DSB but not for the official Interrail website. If I then enter France I only get the option to do the reservation in person but if I choose the paper Pass option I can use the online booking function with Interrail. Can I ignore this differntiation between paper and mobile pass and just book all reservations via the Interrail website or do I have to book all the seats in person? Thanks in advance!

Hello!I am traveling from Ljubljana - Split 16.08.2022.I am going to book a bunk for me to sleep in but as i understand it only let’s me book the sleeping compartment between Ljubljana - Zagreb (1Hours something that takes), where i will be switching trains. As you can see it says the sleeping compartment is only between Ljubljana and Zagreb, which is not worth 160€, i wonder if the next train i will be taking from Zagreb - Split have any bed compartments and in that case does the “Bed reservation” from Ljubljana - Zagreb train cover this train also?As you can see here it only says “Ticket not available” So my question is does this train have beds and is that covered from the previous train or do i have to book this train somehow or what?Thank you!

I'm trying to pay for reservations for a trip, I have added them all to a cart, but when I complete the "traveller details the "review your order" button isn't working to take me to the next session. I have using a new browser and re adding them all to my basket. Any help?

I start travelling next week and the date of birth on my pass is incorrect. My friend ordered two passes one for me and one for him, but the date of birth on my pass is incorrectly the same as his. I have contacted customer support but need answers quickly, should I try refund the pass and get a new one? This depends how quick passes are refunded. Or how can I change the date of birth? This is URGENT!

Me and one other person are trying to reserve seats from Lille to Toulouse, however when I find one of the few seat reservations available on the website once we get to the end of the purchase process the message “please find an alternate connection, the unavailable leg will be removed from your cart” pops up and i cant reserve the seat, this constantly happens and most of the reservations on the interrail website say say ‘prices unavailable’ in red. Anyone know why this is?

Hello,  My friend and I are travelling in Europe next week. We purchased the 5 day mobile travel pass. Here is our itinerary: London to Paris 6/10Paris to Nice 6/13Nice to Milan 6/17Milan to Rome (found tickets and seat reservation complete) We are unable to find any available tickets for the first three trips. These all require seat reservations and we are unsure if these are required or sold out or how to go about this. Are we able to purchase these seats at the desk or will they be sold out by then? Any insight and advice will be helpful as this is our first time travelling in Europe. Thanks!

Hello community,I really need your help, I’ve been patient but it’s been several months that I’m trying to book trains via https://www.interrail.eu/.For the last three trains, the error message has changed recently and is now :“Prices unavailableNo price results were found for this connection. It is possible that all pass holder seats are sold out. Please try searching for another connection or check 'More information' and try other ways to book this seat reservation. If no pass holder seats are available anymore you need to buy a separate full fare ticket to board.”Those trains are : - Zurich to Prague : 2022/23/07 (21h40 - 10h57+1 day)- Bratislava to Budapest : 2022/29/07 (17h05 - 19h34)- Budapest to Balatonszentgyoergy : 2022/08/02 (16h42 - 18h57)I’ve tried on companies website, calling train services but I’ve achieved nothing yet and I’m afraid everything’s gonna be full soon. That’s my honeymoon, I’ll be so sad to canceled it.Can you guide me throught this ? I’m completely clueless

Booking one leg of a night train trip on travel.b-europe.com (15 June from Toulouse Matabiou to Narbonne), but it's saying that my pass number is invalid. I have a mobile Eurail global pass. It does not say how to find my pass number on a mobile pass (just a paper pass). How can I book these tickets, please? I cannot do them in person (as I am in the US). I cannot do them on the Eurail site, as it is saying the tickets are unavailable to be booked. Please help. Thanks!
