Solved

I have emailed customerservice@interrail.eu 4 days ago regarding why my night train ticket from Genova to Rome shows price of 3 Euros when I have actually been charged 122 euros. The reservation ticket also states it is a second class ticket when I have actually booked the first class couchette. The ticket shows a seat number instead of a couchette number. i.e 14A, 14B etc.

I would just like to know because i really don’t want to waste one travel day. Also, is there a way to see travel days in advance? (if i activate my pass would it show my travel days before i use them?) Please rectify me if I’m being unclear!

Hi there i was wondering if anyone could help! me and my friends were planning getting the 23:09 train from Stockholm Central → Copenhagen, changing over at Malmo C. This comes up in the journey planner, but it is not available to see in the reservation sections? I have also tried the SJ.se website for the swedish railway services, and it’s not on there either?  Any help appreciated!

Hey!I was just about to reserve a seat for train NT 1, leaving Stockholm Central to Malmo at 23.09, June 10. This is visible in the Rail Planner app, but it turns out that this connection can’t be found on the seat reservation site. What’s up and which one to trust..?This is first of many reservation I need to make, didn’t have the best start apparently :D Anyone able to help a first timer? :)

Hello fellow travellers. I am interested in going from Denmark (Aarhus) To Spain (Valencia) to visit some friends. On the way I want to stop in Germany and France, before i travel back to Denmark. I can’t get in contact with the support, so I am hoping this community can help answer my questions. If I buy the global pass (10 days within 2 months), will I then be able to travel all the way from Aarhus to Valencia and back to Aarhus with a large backpack and a guitar, on any days I choose within 2 months from my departure? On the interrail map, the only station in Denmark seems to be Copenhagen. Is there any parts of the trip that is not included in the global pass? Or can i travel freely within all countries during my 10 travel days?

Hi, everyone.I have a one country pass for Italy (I’m travelling in the beginning of July) and I booked my reservations on the ÖBB website, because I saw on the interrail.eu website that I could do that. But I noticed that I didn’t needed to use my pass number during any of the reservations and I thought that was a bit weird.I just received an e-mail from interrail.eu saying that I could start booking my reservations on their app/website and now I’m confused if my reservations made on the ÖBB website are valid or not. Noticed that I have received the email with all of the ticket reservations but I don’t know what to do now

Hi, I have been emailing interrail but I have been unable to get an answer. Me and my friends are trying to get a reservation on a train from Lille Europe (France) to Amsterdam Centraal, however when on the interrail website it doesn’t allow a reservation. The reasons given for why we can’t reserve it seem contradictory, see attached images. One of these reasons is that it can only be booked 90 days in advance, but that day is long gone. What can we do to get a seat reservation on this train? We tried calling the station but it was just an automated voice saying the number didn’t work. Please reply asap as we need this reservation.Train DetailsDeparture and Arrival Date – Friday 5th August 2022Departure from Lille Europe – 20:30Arrival at Amsterdaam Central – 23:11Thanks,Maria Chiara Grech

Hello, I would like to add my interrail pass on the Rail planner app but it says that I can't because it's already been saved on another device, which is true because I saved my pass in the app on my former phone which has been stolen 2 months ago... so I would like to know if there is any way I can add my pass on my new phone without having to "remove the pass from the other device" as it's suggested to do on the FAQ platform and I obviously can’t do it. Thanks !

I’m trying to order a train to and from Belgium and since I can’t do it through the eurail site I need to do it through b-Europe.com but they require a pass cover number and I have a mobile pass. I have sent a private message to Magdalena but have gotten no answer. Please help.

Hello, I have a question about réservation and train not on time. I need to take a train to arrive in a city in which I can take my Interrail but thee problem is that : between the 2 trains there are only 15 minutes. My question is this : if the train before is late and I can’t take the train intrerrail that I have reserved, what can I do ? Can I take the next whithout making the réservation or I need to pay an other ticket ?

Basically what the title says. I’ve made quite a few reservations in the website. I know these are separate from the reservations in the apop, but when I try to put into the app my stops, the app also wants me to make reservations. I just wanted to make sure that the reservations I made outside of the app were valid and that the eurail would work with them. I’m also made a few reservations in websites outside of the eurail website

Recently I have been looking at the trains into Athens Greece from Prague. In the Rail planner I went from Prague to Athens and found no trains. Then I put Belgrade, which didn't even come up. Finally I put Skopje Macedonia to Athens and also couldn't find a train. Is there something I'm missing here? Or is there no longer a way to Athens with the eurail?

Are there alternative ways other than the Leonardo express that takes you from Rome termini to the main airport?

Hello everyone,I won the interrail global pass (7 days of travel over a month) and I have problems to make seat reservations.I plan to leave this summer from July 30th to August 15th from France to Germany, Poland, Hungary and finally Austria. When I try to book my seat for the trip from Berlin to Gdansk by train on July 31st, on the interrail website it says for all trains: "Prices unavailableNo prices were found for this route. It is possible that seats for Pass holders are sold out. Look for another route or see "More Information" for other booking options. If Pass seats are sold out, you will need to purchase a full-fare ticket to travel on this train".I would like to know if all the seats are taken (I would be surprised if this is the case since all the trains every day for several months show this)I am waiting for your feedback Thanks a lot

If I have the Global Pass, do I need to pay for luggage? like I’ll be backpacking so I’ll have a big backpack with me! So, with the globall pass, I’ll still need to pay for extra luggage?

I can’t activate my mobile eurail pass (one country: france)it said something went wrongi am at cdg airport and no one can help about this issuekindly advise what should i do for this case?as i will use the pass today to take train to Strasbourg

Hi, looking to exchange a 4 day pass for a 7 day pass, as need a few extra days for my journey. Planning to travel in the next week, and no response from other channels. Could you guys give me some advice on how to proceed?

Hey everyone! I want to make a trip from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Florence (Italy) early August, then come back to Amsterdam for two days and then go on a trip that takes me past countries like Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria and then back to Amsterdam. Does anyone know which pass works best for this? Kind regards,Max

Hi Everyone,I’m sure you guys have had plenty of questions like this so far, but I’m at my wit’s end here. I’ve had no END of problems with my Pass, and this latest one is infuriating. I’ve been trying to book a trip from Venice to Verona on June 17th for DAYS now. Every single time, there has been a ‘prices are currently unavailable’ error. Other sites still have tickets available, so I know they aren’t sold out: moreover, the entire DAY will not load. I’ve already had to buy multiple tickets on other websites, defeating the purpose of this pass, and I’ll be damned if I lose more money to this. Any ideas?

Hi, our family of 3 need to travel from London to Paris on 6/12 and I have not been able to make seat reservation from both EURAIL nor b-EUROPE.com.  In EURAIL, I can’t find the available.  But I can find available time in b-EUROPE.com.  But when I enter the pass cover using the pass numbers in my global pass purchase confirmation email, it said my number is invalid.  Can someone helps me please!

Can I use my email to purchase a urail pass for my daughter oor has to be hers

Hello!I plan to take the train that is in the picture. Although seat reservation is not required, do you think it’s better to do it? Will I always be able to board the train, even if it’s full?Thank you!

If my train from paris to madrid leaves at 9:15pm one night and i have a layover in Narbonne at 7am the next day and then the train leaves at 10 to arrive in Madrid by 4pm, is that one travel day?
