Solved

Hello, We have 8 passengers (2 families: 4 adults, 4 kids) booked on single Eurail Global Pass itinerary/order. We have 8 paper passes in our hand, here in USA. We are trying to make reservations on trains in France (Lyon - Paris, Paris - Brussles) and it only allows us to book for 5 passengers maximum. Is there a way we can book all 8 passengers at the same time? We tried to split the global pass individuals into two groups of 4, but are not able to do it on Eurail website. What is the easiest way to accomplish that? Our trip is in 3 weeks, and want to get reservations done in peak summer time. Thank you for your help.

Hi there everyone,I’m pretty new to eurail, as the last time I was in europe was with my parents. I have some problems with my mobile pass and the travelers on my account, as follows:The birthdays on the pass are wrong by one day for both travelers. I’m not sure why this happened, as I know I put in the correct birth dates when buying the pass. The current reservations are not added to a trip. I’d like to add them to a trip, but as far as I can tell the only way to add reservations to a trip is by creating the trip first and then booking the reservations WITHIN the trip.

I need to know that if i start my 2 month pass on July 12th, will my last day be September 12th?

I urgently need a pass cover number for my eurail mobile pass to book my tickets. I've tried multiple other channels like email and chatbot but I've not received a response over the past several days. @Leo @Magdalena @Nanja  Can you please help!

I paid and the money went out from the bank, but I didn’t receive any mail nor can I find the order from my order page… It shows that I haven't ordered yet but the money went out. What can I do?

Hi there,I got one question.German Rail Pass exceptionally provides a few international connections to neighboring cities such as trains from/to Innsbruck, Venice, Brussels or Basel etc.https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/german-rail-passIf you are a resident of one of neighboring countries (, who is entitled to purchase a German Rail Pass and use these international trains from/to Germany)  and a holder of German Rail Pass, are you still excluded from using a specific international train that connects Germany to your home country? (e.g. as a Belgian resident, can I still buy German rail Pass and use Brussels-Cologne trains?) Thank you!

With 10 days global pass can I take free rides on 10 different days or it has to be 10 straight days? For example, if I travel from Barcelona to Milan on Monday and two days later I travel from Milan to Amsterdam, how many days will be availed? Moreover, why will I have to pay for reservation? Whats the point of buying the pass if I’ve to pay for reservation?

Hello, I’d like to reserve the seat from Paris to Strasbourg. I was planning to make a reservation in this site.https://www.eurail.com/enBut some people say that mobile pass only can reserve in person, not in online. Is that right? If so, what should I do if the tickets I'm going to reserve are almost out of stock?

Hi everyone,my name is Emanuele and together with a friend of mine, I won an Interrail pass with the Discover Eu programm. We are now planning our trip and thought of taking an ÖBB Nighttrain (Amsterdam-Innsbruck) where a seat reservation is mandatory. Since we obviously want to have our seats next to each others, I kindly wanted to ask if this is possible and, if yes, which steps we have to follow to be seated next to each other. Thanks for helping! :)

I’m from India. I’m planning to buy a 7 days 1 month global pass. In my itinerary, I deiced to travel in Regio express to brig(Switzerland). No more travelling in that day. So my question is, If I use the Eurail pass, in Regio express, will it counted as a travel day ? will it deduct one day from my 7 days ? And what about if I use Eurail pass at ferry/cable car for discount ?

Bonjour, j’ai une question au sujet des réservations. Les réservations sont-elles tous payantes, ou il y a certaines réservations qui nécessitent pas de frais supplémentaires ? Hello, I have a question regarding reservations.  Are the reservations all chargeable, or are there some reservations that require no additional charge?

I want to do an intrarail in italy, can anyone tell me if the interrail pass gives access to the cinque terre trains?

Hey! My old phone broke and I need the pass to be transferred to a new phone. I've already emailed the customer support but no response yet. My next travel day is tomorrow.

I wasn’t able to use my interrail pass for the outbound journey on Eurostar as it was full so I’ve had to buy a full price ticket - can I however use my pass for the train ticket between my home town and St. Pancras International to get to Eurostar?

Hi, I would like to take a nighttrain from my homecountry. Does it count as one outbound, even when I‘m still in my homecountry at midnight?

Hello. I tried to book a seat on the Paris-Strasbourg train through travel b, but I was asked to write down the cover number. I don't have a cover number because I received a mobile pass. Therefore, I would like to request you to tell me my cover number.

Hello! Im thinking of buying the 3 month global pass but I am wondering how much extra will I have to pay for seat reservations? I will be over 13 countries and I would like to know aprox how much extra money would it be?

Hello, I have the Interrail ticket global pass and Germany is my home country. If I travel from Stockholm, Sweden to Munich, Germany with a stop-over in Hamburg, Germany does that mean that I have to pay extra for the Hamburg-Munich train since I already entered my home country once (Stockholm-Hamburg)?

How can I get customer service to correct a reservation on Eurostar to Brussels? I realized after booking this that it was better to take Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord and then transfer to Thalys because my final destination is Antwerp. I booked this and now I noticed that I cannot take this Thalys train because I will be on Eurostar to Brussels and it won't stop in Paris. How do I fix this? I got no help from Eurail, only chatbot or automated replies

Les pays pass incluent-ils les trajets entre le pays de départ et le pays d’arrivée (celui en question pour le country pass) ? ex: pass pays Italie, inclue-t’il un trajet france Italie ? Do country passes include journeys between the country of departure and the country of arrival (the one in question for the country pass) ?
