Solved

I'm trying to make a seat reservation for the TGV 8530 from Dax to Paris Montparnasse at 8:29 to 11:54 on 18/06. The Interrail website says that prices are unavailable for this train. Howeber, if I try to book through travel.b-europe.com , there are still some available seats. However, in order to book my seat, the website requests a Pass Cover number in the "Ticket Details" section. Since I have a mobile Eurail pass, I do not have a Pass Cover number and am unable to complete the reservation. This is also the case with 3 other friends of mine, since none of us have a Pass Cover number and therefore could not book the reservation. How can I receive a Pass Cover Number? Is there an alternative way to book a seat on this train? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys!

Hello, I am trying to book this connection via ticket.b-europe.com: 18.06.2022, Dax (8:29) - Paris Montparnasse 1 Et 2 (11:54). It’s not possible to book via Interrail. Now I need a Pass Cover Number (I have a Mobile Pass). I have already contacted Customer Support through the form and asked for it but they’re very busy at the moment. Thanks in advance.

Hello,I purchased an Interrail Global Pass as Mobile Pass a few days ago. I'm trying to book a trip on the ticket.b-europe.com website. However, a Pass Cover Number is required, which I cannot find on my mobile pass.  What is the best possibility to get my pass cover number really quickly? Our Travel is starting in a few days, so we are in hurry…Thank you in advance!

Hi!I am going to travel from Ljubljana - Split on the night train 16.8.2022 with my interrailing pass. But when i try to book my seat reservation / Sleeping bunk it only says “Prices unavailable”, i’ve noticed that it says that through all summer and even after 16.8.2022, i thought that they haven’t opened the booking process yet but when i went to ÖBB to book a seat reservation it said the same, although i could book a ticket + sleeping bunks for 160€, but that kinda remvoes the purpose of the interrailing pass. Anyone that knows something about this / alternative routes?Thank you! :)

So I ordered a mobile pass but got some personal information wrong specifically my birth date. I contacted Customer service to get it changed more than two weeks ago but i haven’t gotten any real response yet, (I absolutely understand that they’re overwhelmed atm) . I haven’t activated my pass because of this. But I’m getting really stressed about making seat reservations etc So I’m wondering if anyone here can help, how long it’ll take for customer service to respond, if i can resolve this without them, or in the worst case if I’ll be able to travel with the wrong info on my pass,

I bought an Interrail Mobile Pass and already connected a trip. Now I wanted to make a reservation via the Interrail Website, but it doesn't show my connected trip.

Hello, we would like to buy a seat reservation but the site does not want to show us our planned trip. how do we proceed? We would also like to ask about train tickets on mobile. we entered them into the mobile application, are they valid from now on? or do we need to do something else?

Hi y’all!I would like to know if it’s okay to take a train to go through my country of residence with my continuous pass. For example, I live in Germany, but I would like to go from France to Austria in the middle of my trip. Would the pass somehow count the trip as my inbound and outbound trips because there’s a connection in Germany or would it actually be allowed? I believe the answer is yes, but I haven’t found any clear answer to this specific case.Thank you!

Hello,I have an issue. I got the global pass and I have already bought seats for my initial outbound journey, through interrail website. It seemed fine, but when I enter this travel in the railplanner app, even though it is one trip with one transfer, it is displayed as several trips. The thing is: I start my journey on August 21st, but the second train of the day (a night train) is at 0:30 AM (so August 22nd), and the departure of this final train is still in my country of residence. So which date am I supposed to set as my ‘outbound journey’? 21 or 22? Or am I just not supposed to be able to do this trip, despite interrail allowing me to book it in the first place?(If I understood correctly what I read on the website, if the night train had departed 31 min earlier, not only I would not have an issue on the outbound journey date, but this would also have counted as just 1 travel day ...)To sum up:August 21st : France → France (transfer time)August 22nd : France (0:30 AM) → Austria

We are currently on an avanti train from uk to manchester.  The QR barcode is not recognized by the conductor, who graciously let us stay on. I verified these trains are listed on the eurail website under the link “trains valid in uk”. So… what to do? We are already upset with eurail because the train reservation was not recognized for the Eurostar train from London to Paris so we had to divert and go to Manchester to fly to Paris adding extra cost. Worried when we get into europe the pass wont work on further trains.

My home country is Germany but I’m living in Austria. I want to travel from Austria to Germany on one travel day and from Germany to France on another day (and the same route back). Is this possible or should I (or can I) change my country fom Germany to Austria?

Hi, I think I will be travelling in a couple places where I will not always have wifi or data/connection. What do I do then because I cannot add thet trip to the app to show the ticket inspector?

Hello All,I’m planning my first Europe trip and new to EU rail system.I have taken a 5 day Global pass and trying to book reservations for traveling from Hamburg to Barcelona on June 21st. It includes two changes via Karlsruhe HBF and Paris EST. EU Rail planner says I need seat reservation to board train ICE 9574 from Karlsruhe HBF to Pars EST. However, when I try to book reservation through EU Rail planner app or their website, it says ‘price unavailable’. My cousin tried to book on my behalf at Hamburg train station and they said it can be done only by the passenger coming in-person. I tried book via DB website too but it says ‘reservation impossible’.Now how do I book my ticket? What are my options other than buying ticket in-person? If in-person is the only option, can it be done anywhere in Europe? (I’ll reach Barcelona in 5 days)I do not want the pass holder seats to run out by the time I reach Barcelona or Germany to buy this ticket. Can somebody please help me figure this out!

Bonjour, Nous sommes deux personnes de 23 ans et nous souhaitons partir en train de chez nous lausanne (Suisse) pour aller à naples, Rome, Florence, Venise et surement Gênes. Quel formule devons-nous choisir?

Hi. I’m trying to make seat reservation for Amsterdam - Florence on the 17th of June 06.15 but the options I see in Rail Planner and Train planet don’t match but without any explanation. It looks like it’s specifically Amsterdam - Paris that won’t show up by Train Planet. Does this mean the tickets are finished? When I search for Amsterdam - Paris directly at Thalys I can see the trip but not add my Interrail pass… What can I do???

Can I use the pass in the national rail lines in England?

If I take a train or a ferry in the afternoon and it arrives the next day at night or in the morning, does it count as 2 days of travel to the pass?

Already contacted interrail but they are busy. Waiting for their reply. but also need to buy a new phone first.

In order to place a reservation for the connection between Nice and Pairs on the travel.b-europe.com website I need my paper pass number but I currently only have the mobile pass version of the Interrail pass. How can I can book ma reservation? Many thanks

Hey Guys,I would like travel to the Isle of Man out of Germany. did I need a ticket to the border of Germany?  Dirk

I thought about getting the nighttrain from Basel to Amsterdam. So my journey starts at the evening in Switzerland and ends in the morning in the Netherlands. Does this count as an inbound journey because I am travelling through Germany which is my country of residence?

I am trying to book a trip from Paris to Nice for me and 1 other traveler. I cannot book online without the pass cover number. If someone with Eurail support could supply this that would be very helpful. Thank you!

I need my Pass Cover number for my and my wife's mobile pass
