I did not include my 2 children (6 and 9) when I purchased my pass. It was a promo pass so I can't return or exchange it.Is this true? If I bought a promo pass and didn't add kids when I bought it, do I have to pay extra for kids? advertising has promised that my kids (or even 2 other kids under 11) could ride with me for free. That's why I bought the pass! I cannot travel without children!  I expect adequate support

I have bought a global pass when it was on sale. I entered wrong country of residence (Germany). I am now in Germany but I am here only for a 2 months language course. I have not activated my pass yet and it was a mobile pass. I would like to travel in Germany freely like others.

Hello, Unfortunately, Interrail did not change the country of residence, even the pass was not activated. Well, my questions are?My Country of Residence is France, If I go from Brussels to London through Eurostar and cross France? Will it be counted a trip in the country of residence. Or how can I do it If I want to go and come back from Brussels to London. What will be the activation date of global continuous pass for 2 months? Is it from 1st day of the month or any day of the month i.e 7th June to 7th August ?  And If I book my trip for 7th June today? Will my pass be activated by today or 7th June, when I book my first trip.Thanking you in anticipation.

Hi,We start our interrail from Paris but our homecountry is Denmark. Is it possible for us to start our journey in another country than our homecountry? If yes how do we indicate this in our interrail pass in the section “Outbound jorney”?/ Victor

Hi  I am travelling to istanbul in July via bucharest but in the reservation page it say  joirney takes 42 hours 2 change of trains. So there is long waits between changes.  So 2 days from bucharest to istanbul. Sorry l am mumbling but what is the easiest route to take.  I especially want to visit Paris and Budapest on the way

I have been trying to make a reservation from rijeka to strasbourg (via munchen) on Friday 22 July for over a week now. For the ride from Rijeka to Munich (INT 480) I keep getting the message that the seat reservation is not available. For the trip from Munich to Strasbourg (TGV 9576), I keep getting a message that the prices are temporarily unavailable. Can anyone help me?

Hey there,I`d like to start my France trip in Cologne; the operating train service is french (TGV/Thalys), is the country pass valid from here? I found mixed info; the pass only makes sense for me if I know upfront of my trip whether it`s vaild. Seems to me that validation in border regions is very up to each country, so I`m very happy for the help of someone with experience with the french one country pass :) Thanks so much!

Can I use the days f. e. on the 31st of May and the other days in June?

Hello,I received a free youth global interrail pass via DiscoverEU and I have been told to activate it via the mobile app. However, my phone is too old to download the app (I have iOS 12 and you need iOS 13 to download it, my phone isn’t capable of updating to a more recent iOS).Is there any way I can activate my pass and travel without the app? In all the emails I have received there has been no mention of any alternative to the mobile app, but I have no way of downloading it.How am I supposed to travel? Thanks

I want to travel tomorrow Paris to Lucerne.  Just bought a Eurail pass, but cant find any reservations. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hey all :) My problem is that I had already registered my interrail pass on my phone and even made reservations with it. Unfortunately, my phone is not the most reliable as it seems and just did a Factory reset (all data got deleted). When I now download the Railplanner App and try to register the Pass, I am told that it is already registered (which is technically true but as I said, it got deleted). Does anyone know if there is a way to re-register my Pass? Or where is it possible to contact the Interrail Team? I keep getting directed to chatbots...

Hey!I am trying to book four trains in Italy but get the error ‘Prices temporarily unavailable’. I am going with my girlfriend and we both have first class InterRail tickets. There are other trains in Italy (and other parts of Europe) which we have successfully booked reservations for. Please can someone help us to find out what is causing this error message and/or where the next best place to book reservations are if we cannot do it directly via InterRail? We have looked into ItaliaRail but there does not seem to be a way to input an InterRail pass code for a reduced price. Hopefully we don’t have to pay even more for ‘normal’ tickets.Roma Termini - Palermo Centrale 08/July/22 @ 2300 (although we don’t mind taking the train before) Palermo Centrale - Roma Termini 17/July/22 @ 1848  Roma Centrale - Milano Centrale 20/July/22 @ 0920 Milano Centrale - Zeurich Hb 20/July/22 @ 1310Thank in advanced for your help!/Kevin

Hello everyone,I just realize the fact that - You can use your Interrail Global Pass to make 1 inbound and 1 outbound journey within your own country (in EU).What about a Eurail - as the fact that I am not a residence in EU? Is the same rule applid to the Eurail pass, and then how to decide which journey is for inbound and which for outbound? Thank you.

I am thinking about using my digital Eurailpass for the Leonardo Express. I have read that many people get fined if their ticket has not been validated. Will I have problems if I board the Leonardo Express with a digital ticket?

I wanted to go to Lourdes straight from CDC airport. Is there bullet train passing from CDC airport?

I am planning to travel from Verona to Milano with my Interrail ticket on the 5th of July. As I want to avoid a reservation fee, I am planning to take a regional train, for which I believe no reservation is required. On the website of Trenitalia it gives a connection with Trenord 2624, departure 09:43 (see image), but I can't find this via the Interrail App. Is it possible to use this train and add it manually to the Interrail Planner App? And is it true that there is no reservation required?

Hello everyone,I would like to get the Eurostar ticket with my friend from London to Amsterdam using the mobile Eurail Pass, but the direct train ticket sold out on Eurail websiteI tried to call SNCF hotline, but their staff said I can only make a seat reservation onlineand I tried using b-europe, but it requires a pass cover number, thus I cannot make a seat reservationBeside making an enquiry on Eurail website asking for the pass cover number, is there anything that I can do? I am afraid of the ticket solding out… and I really want to try on the Eurostar :( Thanks everyone

Hi, I’ve just reserved a paper ticket and I see my shipping address is incorrect. Can you help me with changing the address?Thank you!

I live in uk and am starting my trip on Monday but Eurostar was full so am flying to France. Can I use my Eurail pass on trains from home to Heathrow? Do I have to ‘stamp’ my pass on the first journey (its digital so not sure how to do this) and then do I have to do it each time I use the pass? When I fly back to the UK can I use my pass to catch Gatwick Express home?

Planning return trip to Naples from Brighton in October. Staying in Naples 10 days. Looked at standard return train fares and they seem to be 300£ plus. So is the Global Interrail Pass the way to go? I can get senior fare. Will I be able to use it on Eurostar and then the high speed rails in France/Italy (e.g Brighton - London - Paris - Turin - Naples) or another feasible itinerary?. Any advice would be appreciated. Robsk.

We Are from Germany and used the pass to visit Budapest. We want to go home tomorrow and already bought seat reservations and planned the trip. Now we want to activate the tickets for the train from Budapest to Berlin and from Berlin to our home. But we cannot do that as it says we used all our inbound/outbound which is not true because we are not even home yet. The inbound/outbound cannot be cancelled anymore because it says we used it in the past. We need one inbound in order to get to our home… can the old and incorrect one be cancelled because it was not an inbound? Currently, we are stranded in Budapest but we really need to go home..

Hello Interrail community,I am a bit confused on how to manage reservations for a Nantes-Copenhagen trip on the 08-09 July. The trip relies on a Offenburg (00:41) - Duisburg (06:40) section that is referenced as both a nightjet (NJ) or intercity train (IC).From https://tickets.oebb.at/, it seems the NJ is not available for 4 persons anymore : If I search for the whole trip on the planner (Nantes>Copenhagen), it indicates the Offenburg-Duisburg section requires reservation. (I think it considers the NJ reference, that is considered a night train that requires reservation)If I only search for the Offenburg-Duisburg section, the planner indicates no reservation is needed (it seem it considers the IC reference, that does not require a reservation) My question is then rather simple : is a reservation needed on the Offenburg-Duisburg night IC train ?If I choose not to book a reservation, do I have to enter manually the Offenburg-Duisburg section on my mobile Pass ? (as for now it only show

Hi everyone So I’ve paid for my eurail pass (global pass, mobile) created a trip and assigned travel day and tickets from city to city in Italy. Now it’s time to do the seat reservation and I’m having issues. It won’t let me reserve a seat, all I get is this screen: I don’t know if that means there are no seats left, it’s too early to reserve etc. I have tried all my different journeys (Venice- Rome etc etc) and all the times and I get the same response.if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated!thank you
