Solved

Trying to get to Hendaye from paris at the beginning of september but the only train available seems to be the Inoui TGV… and I thought that they wouldn’t accept the eurail pass

Would just like to double check that none of these need a reservation. Thanks :)

I am trying to make a train reservation with my interrail pass from Rotterdam to London. First you have to log in. I did that so you can see the what reservations are availlable from ticket holders. The only day (3 june) we need to make a reservation, says they are all €0 and " prices unavaillable".  I know there's a max. Ammount of interrail holders that can make reservations in an Eurostar train. But ALL other days seem to be just fine. Does this mean theres just a bug or something? Or  are we not able anymore to make reservations for that day?. If so, this means we have to buy +€400 worth on Eurostar ticket for 1 train... That's is more then the Interrail ticket itself we bought.  Does anyone know, if this is the case, if we need to buy those tickets, or is it possible to go without reservations & tickets....? Thanks

I am trying to book a reservation for myself and my 2 daughters with my eurail pass- it says that the reservations are not able to be made on eurail.com- how do I get them? We are traveling from Paris to Nice, Nice to Rome, and Rome to Naples (and back to Rome)- on different days….

I am looking to book a couchette for my family in July for the 1am train from zagreb. It indicates it has couchettes as a service but I can't seem to be able to book one. Any ideas??

Please send me my pass cover number for mobile global pass. Thank you!

I am travelling in 1 hour and can’t activate travel day for today

Hello! A small group I am with and I all bought 1st class Eurail Global passes. Tomorrow, (we’ll actually today since it is almost 2am), we each got mobile tickets to travel from Nord Paris to London. It says that we need a seat reservation but every time I’ve tried to get one it says it’s not available and it could be from being sold out. If that is the case how am I able to have the ticket? When we go to scan our ticket will it not work? Or will we just not have a reserved seat? And if we aren’t going to be allowed to travel, what should I do? I hope this makes sense the way I’m explaining it. Also it said the seat reservation would be free since we were first class, I guess I’m just confused and nervous and not sure what to do. Please help, thank you :)  Kaylee

hi, i already booked the interrail ticket for 2 months and I was planning to activate it the 15 of June, it is possible to book the tickets of each train now and plan the trip without activate it?? so the day I will start the trip I will activate it and I will have directly the tickets?? Thank you!!

Hi. I’m Namhyuck Kim from South Korea.Recently I tried to book Eurostar by your system, and you know, it doesn’t work. As a result, I try to reserve the seat in B-eruop website, but they require the cover number. So please send me cover number… The one I want to reserve was already sold out.. it make me really sad..There are a lot of people like me.To solve this question, I wish Eurail company to improve their system by solving error when booking Eurostar by your site reservation system, or changing the booking way in B-europe website to require pass reference not cover number.

Hi My Eurail journey between Genoa and Milan is via Torino.  I have 20 minutes to change stations in Torino between P.Susa to P.Nuova.  Is this enough?  Is the Metro the best option to connect?  As an alternative are there likely to be plenty of taxis available outside P.Susa station around 1:30 pm in the afternoon or will there be long queues?  Any advice from people who have travelled this route would be greatly appreciated.  We will be travelling on a Monday in September.

Hi, I have been trying to book 4 tickets from Paris (Gare de Lyon) to Barcelona-Sants on the 23rd of December (at 10:14 am). Every time I try to checkout to pay, the website tells me that there is an error and that I have to find other options. I tried to book in every train on the same day and on the next day, but still the error message appears. Is there any other way to book those seats?

What happens now? How and especially when will I get my ticket? Thanks in advance for the answer...

Hello,I too am trying to book on b-europe.com but don’t have a pass cover number for my mobile eurail pass.I understand that eurail is - like everyone else! - struggling with staffing issues and high demand. But it’s been two days since I sent a message… I’m starting to get anxious that I won’t be able to reserve seats when it’s so tantalizingly close.Could anyone monitoring the board could please give me advice? Many thanks,Dave

Hello, Yesterday I ordered for me and my friends ticket for two trains in Italy. In the order there was reservation for second class seats. But today when I look closer there is written that we have first class seats. Our pass is only valid in second class. Does that mean that we can’t board this trains ?

I am traveling from Bristol to Paris via EuroStar but the rail planner only gives a 90 minute transfer from London Paddington to my train at St Pancras.  How can I book on a later Eurostar to allow a longer check in? thank you Peter

I am in USA and want to make a train reservation for a part of my trip. By time I get to Spain the train will probably be full or have no Eurail seats left. I see that I cannot make the reservation from the Eurail website or app. I saw somewhere that I can reserve directly with TGV using a cover pass number but when I go to the TGV website I don’t see how to do that. Has anyone done this?

HiI’ve got a journey planned soon and I’m still scratching my head about how the inbound/outbound section works. I live in England and will be travelling to London to catch the euro. I need to swap stations in London. Is it ok to have both trains listed on my app (Hometown-Euston & St Pancras-Paris) or am I best using the planner to find the route that goes from Hometown to Paris, showing a change? Also, on the return journey we are having to stay a night in London due to missing the last train to my hometown. Am I right in saying I won’t be able to use my pass the following day as I’ve already used the inbound ticket to get to London?Hope all that makes sense
